Novotel Residences Makkah
"It was a great hotel and the suite was big and very spacious as well as very clean. Staff were very helpful and also buses every 30 minutes that would take you directly to Masjid Al-Hiram and back to the hotel very easily."
Copthorne Makkah Al Naseem
"The hotel looks like palace everything was perfect and spacious is was above expectations."
Selat Al Bait Hotel
"Honestly, this hotel exceeded our expectations. It definitely does not feel like a lower-category hotel — in many ways it matches the level of a 5-star hotel. The service was great, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and everything was well organized. We would also like to highlight the breakfasts — they were varied, tasty, and offered a good selection every day. We really enjoyed our stay here. Highly recommended, especially considering the price — excellent value for money."
Pullman ZamZam Makkah
"Beautiful hotel, very clean, super friendly staff. Easy access to Masjidul Haraam."
Swissotel Makkah
Experience an exceptional stay with panoramic views, modern facilities, and direct access to one of Makkah's most significant areas.
Swissôtel Al Maqam Makkah
"Extremely Disappointing Stay at Swissôtel Al Maqam Makkah (Oct 27–30, 2025) We had our reservation at Swissôtel Al Maqam Makkah through Trip.com, and our overall experience was very disappointing and far below the standards expected from a five-star hotel. At check-in, the front desk took more than 30 minutes to provide our room keys. Staff kept going back and forth to the back office without explanation. When we finally received our keys and went to the room, the keys did not work. A cleaning staff member nearby tried to help but informed us he was not authorized to open guest rooms. He attempted to use his master key, but it also didn’t work. We had specifically booked a Kaaba-view room so we could pray from our room, but because of this delay, we missed our Asar prayer . A few minutes later, a female management staff member came out of the same room while it was locked from the inside. She explained that she was inspecting the room and that it was not supposed to be assigned to guests due to a broken fridge cabinet door. I asked why the front desk had given us keys to a room that was not ready or suitable for guests. We were then told that no other Kaaba-view rooms were available at that time. This conversation took so long that I also missed my Maghrib prayer. To compensate, the management offered us three nights of complimentary dinner; however, we do not eat dinner, and our breakfasts were already included in the room rate that we paid for. I specifically requested a refund or adjustment to the room rate instead of meals, but they refused, which was completely unreasonable given the circumstances. On our last day, the management spent a considerable amount of time trying to persuade me not to leave a review, which delayed our checkout. Because of this, we missed our flight and had to purchase another ticket. I have photos taken at the time, with GPS date and time stamps, showing the staff involved. Management threatened me to delete the photos, claiming it was against regulations, so I have blurred faces for privacy. This experience was unacceptable for a hotel of this category. Rather than offering dinners we couldn’t use, the hotel should have provided a partial refund or proper compensation for the inconvenience, sleepless nights, and spiritual disturbance we experienced. Based on this, I do not recommend Swissôtel Al Maqam Makkah, especially for those looking for comfort, honesty, and peace of mind during their stay in Makkah."
Makkah Clock Royal Tower, A Fairmont Hotel
"Perfect place to stay. We had a wonderful time staying in this hotel. Perfect view of kaaba in room 2708. MashaAllah! I would definitely stay here again if i would have a chance in shaa Allah."

Hilton Suites Jabal Omar Makkah
"The hotel was clean and tidy, and the location is very close to the Haram. However, we were very disapointed by the mediocre breakfast (very few types of food to choose from and what's even worse, refilling food is very infeequent) and the very slow wifi (10 mbps at this day and age and in such a high end hotel!!). Overall, the hotel met our expectations in certainareas but was way bellow expectations for the price in others. We're definetly not coming back."
Anjum Hotel Makkah
"Beautiful hotel. Very good. Easily a 10-15 minute to the mosque though which can be hard especially after completing umrah."
Makarem Ajyad Makkah Hotel
"I ordered food in the restaurant and they did not serve us food at all and we had to wait more than one hour just to find out they did not even place the order. The service was very poor overall."
Raffles Makkah Palace
"EXCELLENT"
Conrad Makkah, Jabal Omar
"Pros. Easy walk to gate 79. Less congested that clock tower area. The advantage to the stay was having pretty large room! The 2 queen beds are relatively big enough and they added an extra bed for my teenage girl. Convenience. Ratio cafe downstairs can be hyped for. The pistachio latte is a must have. Romansiah restaurant also in the building. A must have when you’re here. Close walk to Dawood. Food selection need to be improved both bf and dinner. If you’re particular abt food, Hyatt Regency Jabal Omar serves better spread and standard. Staff checkedin didn’t inform the 2 different restaurants for both bf and dinner G floor and M floor. Apparently we were directed wrongly by them assuming we are group agency and the food was low quality 3 star standard. Then went around asking but found out we were directed wrongly by the front desk. Range was bit better but still need improvement for a 5 star hotel. I think the major improvement the hotel has to do is change the bath towels!! They are so overly worn off and overly used and looked like it’s been used to clean the floors. Pls use fluffy maintained towels. It’s the highlight of quality for amenities. The drainage also slow and tend to choke up. 7 nights isn’t the best there but the space is good."
Time Ruba Hotel & Suites
"Can I complain? If I go to Mecca, I definitely stay here so I've been a customer at this hotel, but this time I was disappointed with my room service. When I first arrived, there was no soap and shampoo under the shower and when I got out and left, I pressed clean room but it wasn't cleaned. I stayed 4 nights here, but honestly, I was disappointed."
Violet Al Azizia Hotel
"Service is slecht"
Durrat Mina Hotel
"Excellent in every way."

"Umara trip"
Park Inn by Radisson Makkah Al Naseem
"Good room and service"
Tilal Jabal Alkabah
"Excellent hotel with great service and a nice breakfast. Highly recommended! Compared to other hotels, this offers the best value for money. However, the location is on a hill, which may be difficult for elderly guests to access."
