The whole design is well-thought-out with no car noise, and the soundproofing in the rooms is excellent, making them very quiet. All the facilities are complete, and there's even a gym. The location is also superb, right across from Yuanshengju Shuanrou (a hotpot restaurant), and next to Xintiandi shopping mall, making it a great choice for travelers! The biggest surprise was definitely the spiral staircase – it was my first time getting such great photos inside a hotel!"

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The service in all areas was excellent. The front desk staff were warm, friendly, and very helpful. The housekeeping staff were also very efficient, attentive, and kind, which made our stay very comfortable. The restaurant service was especially impressive. My husband is American and is not used to using chopsticks, so we truly appreciated that the staff thoughtfully provided him with a knife and fork every morning without us even needing to ask. It made him feel very comfortable and well cared for. The breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of choices. The restaurant manager was very attentive and asked about our food preferences. On our last day, we mentioned that we would like to try sweet and sour pork, and the manager kindly arranged it for us. We were very touched by such thoughtful and warm service. Overall, we are very grateful for the kindness and excellent service. It truly made our stay memorable."

Opening the window, the sunlight streamed in, making it especially bright. I'm a light sleeper, and the room was very soundproof—no noise, no noise, no noise! I was incredibly satisfied with my stay at Guoxin Nanshan this time. Although the hotel is a bit old, the service was excellent. A butler followed up throughout my stay, and I could communicate any needs I had; the butler responded proactively. This stay included complimentary welcome fruit, and milk was delivered in the evening, which was incredibly thoughtful. The hotel breakfast had everything imaginable and tasted great. I will definitely choose Guoxin Nanshan again!

The room was clean, and the staff were very welcoming. It's supposedly very close to the ski resort, but we didn't have time to go. The newly opened guesthouse was quite nice. I forgot to take a picture of the pool table after we finished playing. It's a great place for a weekend getaway with kids. Unfortunately, they were having a pig-slaughtering feast for guests, so we didn't get to eat, but it felt very Northeastern Chinese 🤗

The hotel service was excellent. The front desk staff stayed with me the whole time when I was being extorted in the parking lot. The owner of a Jilin-F registered car claimed we scratched his car the day before. He immediately started yelling and blocked our car, preventing us from leaving. We showed him dashcam footage proving it wasn't us, and I even had photos of the existing damage on my car from before. He still wouldn't let it go, resorted to playing dirty, saying he wouldn't look at any of that and that he'd called the police, and the traffic police would handle it the next day. Who ever heard of traffic police responding the next day? Did he even call the police, or was he just trying to extort me? His wife was also yelling, claiming she couldn't reach me the day before. Ma'am, I didn't get back until 11 PM! If you wanted to find me, couldn't you have used 114 to get my number? They even called down their dad, who looked about 70, and the whole family surrounded us – it was ridiculous. It wasn't until I called the police, and they came to review the dashcam footage and proof of prior damage, that they finally shut up. Next time you try to extort someone, don't try it with an electric car. We have 360-degree real-time monitoring. You won't get away with it, thanks.

I stayed here during the May Day holiday and had a great experience. I booked a deluxe king-size room, but the store upgraded it to a deluxe twin room. I felt that this area was really comfortable for two people to live in. When I opened the door, I saw the beautiful city view outside. It felt very open, the lighting was good, and the room was very bright. The location of the hotel is very good. It is in a very prosperous area. There is a mountain opposite. You can go to Wanda by turning right downstairs. It is very close to Changchun Film Studio and it is very convenient to find food. There are many delicious foods just a few steps away. The hotel facilities are very good. The kitchenette can make some simple meals, and there is a microwave oven, which is very convenient; the washing machine can wash a day's clothes. The sofa in the living room is very comfortable to sit on, and the projector is particularly atmospheric at night. There were some minor episodes during the stay, but I felt that they were all solved well. It turned out that there was no clothes drying rack in my room. I contacted the store and it was solved quickly. The store gave the staff a holiday on May Day. I needed to change the sheets in the middle of the stay and the store came to change them in person. It was so dedicated. If you have any questions, be sure to contact the landlord in time. I didn't know until after I moved in that the sofa bed in the living room can be opened, and you can ask for extra pillows and quilts (¦3[▓▓] Because it has just opened and it is May Day, the landlord said that the range hood has not arrived yet_(:з」∠)_ I hope your home will get better and better.

There are also sensor lights for going up and down the stairs. There is nothing else to complain about. There is just one thing that can be improved a little. The water pressure of the shower head is not very high, and the hot water is not very fast, but it is okay! Service: The boss is nice.
