Changchun Hotels with balcony

"Overall the room was very nice, and the location is pretty good if u like the hill mall , and the staff are all very friendly and helpful. However 1. The lifts to the hotel room is bit complicated and there is few stairs u have to climb from reception to ur room level which is hard if u are carrying ur luggage 2. hotel aircon is very weak. We stayed there for few nights , for the first night the room is even hotter than outside which is hard to fall asleep."

"The pool offers a great variety of features, really making you want to jump in. However, some guests were smoking by the poolside, and they should be directed to the designated smoking areas more promptly. There weren't many hot spring pools, but they were adequate. The water pump in the ”Doctor Fish” pool was too strong, and there were very few fish. After five or six people sat down, it would take more than 3 minutes to see any fish. I suggest adjusting the pump's intensity. The various hotel-organized activities showed excellent planning, especially the beautiful fireworks display. Our butler was very professional and helpful when we needed assistance. They genuinely considered the customer's perspective rather than just mechanically processing requests, which deserves high praise! Perhaps due to the hotel being over ten years old, the facilities in my room showed some aging. I recommend regular, staggered checks of things like the sink drainage, shower water pressure, toilet flush, and electrical outlet looseness. The decor's classic, palatial style was quite appealing to my family, but the facilities shouldn't feel dilapidated. Even minor issues with key facilities can significantly impact the guest experience. The breakfast buffet was good, but there was only one coffee machine, often leading to queues. The coffee machine's water tank also needed more timely maintenance. The charging stations are a 20-minute walk from the lobby, and the superchargers incur an occupancy fee of 0.5 per minute after charging is complete. This is very inconvenient for guests with hybrid cars who need to charge. Having to walk over 30 minutes round trip for an hour of charging can easily deter guests from charging. I suggest introducing slow-charging stations. Finally, the service staff in the hot spring pools and changing rooms had a somewhat rigid attitude, which I hope will be improved."

The front desk staff were warm and efficient, making check-in and check-out a smooth process, and they even offered tea, which was a lovely touch. The room was clean and spacious, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a relaxing night's sleep. The bamboo library in the lobby had an elegant collection of books, and the breakfast offered a rich variety of fresh and delicious options. All the facilities were complete and practical. The entire experience was gentle and comfortable, making me feel right at home. It's my top choice for business travel; I highly recommend it without hesitation."

"Excellent location as it is right beside 新天地，a not so modern utility shopping mall that has a massive food court and food kiosks at B1 &. L1 to fill your stomach. There are also one supermarket, Starbucks, Molly Tea, Chagee, Uniqlo, Watson, etc so if you run out of stuffs, you can walk next door to get them. The Puppet Manchukuo Imperial Palace is just a 15min nice stroll from the hotel. At hotel main entrance, just turn right towards 新天地 direction and cross the road at the 长通路，陕西路junction. If u cut diagonally through the mall, which doesn't open till 10-11am, u reach the palace faster. The breakfast is delicious and rooms are very clean. However my mini bar wasn't cold enough, resulting in my iced coffee milk turning warm by the next day. There's a 元盛局 outlet just opposite this hotel but you must take a short right detour under the busy viaduct to cross at the legal traffic light junction safely."

"This college student who is in love has stayed here countless times. I always stay here when I go out with my boyfriend every week. The price-performance ratio is very high. The projection screen is also very large and looks very comfortable. The bathroom is very clean and it is very comfortable to take a shower. I like the mirror in the bathroom the most. It is very comfortable to put on makeup. The scale is also Xiaomi. I have already known the sister at the front desk. Every time I come, she will upgrade my room type. I will stay here on weekends in the future."

"I'm so glad I chose Shuiyu Mountain Lodge among the many hotels and guesthouses in Changchun that were so numerous and dazzling to choose from. Located in the Changchun Water Culture Ecological Park, surrounded by lush forests and towering trees, it's like a natural oxygen bar. The entire guesthouse is elegantly designed and has a small courtyard, which immediately won me over. The guesthouse is quite clean and features smart technology, which is great. It's very quiet at night, a blessing for someone like me who is a light sleeper. The guesthouse is conveniently located in Changchun's main urban area, making it easy to get to Guilin Road, a food street, and the zoo. I especially want to commend Cathy at the front desk; she's incredibly friendly. She added me on WeChat the day before my check-in and was very helpful and attentive. She was always there to help me with anything, which was very heartwarming and further enhanced my positive impression of the guesthouse. The male staff member on night duty was also very nice. The breakfast at the guesthouse was nutritionally balanced, delicious, and healthy – a big thumbs up! If I have the chance to come to Changchun again, I will definitely choose this guesthouse again."

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The service in all areas was excellent. The front desk staff were warm, friendly, and very helpful. The housekeeping staff were also very efficient, attentive, and kind, which made our stay very comfortable. The restaurant service was especially impressive. My husband is American and is not used to using chopsticks, so we truly appreciated that the staff thoughtfully provided him with a knife and fork every morning without us even needing to ask. It made him feel very comfortable and well cared for. The breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of choices. The restaurant manager was very attentive and asked about our food preferences. On our last day, we mentioned that we would like to try sweet and sour pork, and the manager kindly arranged it for us. We were very touched by such thoughtful and warm service. Overall, we are very grateful for the kindness and excellent service. It truly made our stay memorable."

The rooms are clean and spacious, fully smart, and well soundproofed for a peaceful night's sleep. The hotel also has a gym and laundry room, and the breakfast is plentiful.
