Sanming Hotels with balcony

I'd been dreaming of visiting Guifeng Ancient Village for four or five years, all the way from northern Fujian to central Fujian. Finally, I made it! I hadn't checked hotels beforehand, but when we were almost there, we saw a B&B and chose it without hesitation. The service was fantastic, and I immediately called and joined the group chat to arrange everything. The drive up until 9 PM was like an adventure! The owner said he'd be waiting for me downstairs to take me on a small trail. Hahaha, I said, ”Don't worry, get in the car!” He joked, ”You sold me out and I didn't even know!” 😄 Then, after ten minutes of driving, wow! The ethereal scene before me captivated me! Then we were taken to Zhuangyuan Tower! In southern Fujian, there's a Mid-Autumn Festival tradition of playing the game of ”bo bing” (a card game)! I was immediately tempted to win! Zhuangyuan! 🏮! What captivated me most was that the room number I liked was the same as my phone number, 777. 🏮 Everything was perfect. 😌 This is truly a simple, peaceful village, devoid of any commercial atmosphere! It's even produced many celebrities! It's really a great place to produce talents! The Cai family ancestral hall of Chinese writers and calligraphers is here! The mountain road is long ~ it's really worth a visit! The boss lady and the boss are also very nice people. Their home is at the highest peak! Life is about climbing to the highest peak! Initially booked a deluxe queen suite and Trip.com / hotel confirmed we could add a single bed. Upon arrival, hotel said they couldn't and changed us to a family suite even though they have rollaway beds available and the deluxe queen suite had ample space. Room: Family suite is spacious but A/C took very long to warm up the room. Bathroom is open concept with clothing rack situated outside the shower closet which makes it inconvenient to dress/undress. Breakfast buffet has a decent selection of Chinese dishes including a noodle station. Location: Hotel is ＜10 min drive from train station and old town area which is quite convenient considering that most of the hotels that are walking distance from the old town are dated and undermaintained.

A friend recommended this hotel, and overall, it was fantastic! The receptionist was very kind and gentle, and she upgraded our room for free. The facilities were complete and cozy, and the lake view from the balcony was amazing—so pleasant! The hotel staff were all very polite, always greeting us with a smile, even the chefs and room service staff. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming everywhere. The buffet breakfast had a good variety of dishes, and the freshly ground coffee in the lobby bar was also excellent. At only 9.9 yuan, it was an absolute steal! [Thumbs up][Thumbs up][Thumbs up]

A four-star hotel has more than six-star environmental protection and high-quality services! ! The environment in the room is hygienic and the scenery outside is beautiful. The scent of flowers and the air are so good that it feels like living in an oxygen bar. In addition, before traveling, the hotel manager Zou has contacted me to inquire about my needs, such as hotel facilities, itinerary arrangements, and local area. Weather, traffic... etc. until I left Taining, she is indeed a very responsible and attentive employee who takes care of every guest. It is the most considerate service experience I have never encountered in all my years of traveling. When I left Still reluctant to leave! ! I hope to come back soon to rest and play. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

We booked a 38-square-meter family room, but stayed in a 10-square-meter room. The inn didn't have an elevator, and climbing up was a bit of a struggle for us, a 70-year-old. The bathroom didn't have a toilet, just a squat toilet, and getting up after squatting was a struggle. Showering was done with the toilet lid on top, which was tiny. The shower head couldn't be adjusted, so we had to hold it up with our hands to wash. We had originally planned to stay and not move, but had no choice but to find another hotel. This one listed online as 25 square meters, but it was more than double the 38-square-meter size! I wish all businesses would operate with integrity.

Nice hotel, right in the most attractive part of Taining town. It's a few minutes walk from the historic district, right on the river front. Easy access also to get to the natural scenic areas of the region. The hotel itself is nice, clean, well-maintained. The room is spacious and has modern features. The staff is very helpful, they do their best to accommodate a laowai customer. The only critique I have that is true for the vast majority of the hotels in China that the breakfast isn't exactly attractive for foreigners. One can of course eat Chinese breakfast with steamed buns and spicy soups and things like that most of the time, but occasionally I wouldn't mind to have a western style option available too. In a four star hotel I would expect this to be on the menu

The boss is friendly and parking is convenient, but the prices in the scenic area are too expensive. One pound of ordinary freshwater fish costs nearly 50 yuan. Also, the traffic cameras nearby may mistakenly capture violations. I was mistakenly photographed for not wearing a seat belt, and I succeeded after appealing. My good mood was affected. Friends who drive should be careful.

This hotel is really great! Stepping into the lobby, the first impression is one of comfort. The decor is tasteful, not the cold, impersonal kind of luxury, but rather a warm and inviting atmosphere that makes you want to linger. What I loved most was the outdoor balcony, filled with so many flowers and plants—it was incredibly relaxing. The location is fantastic, super easy to find, and importantly, the hotel has parking. It's also incredibly close to all sorts of delicious restaurants, basically within walking distance! There are also plenty of late-night snacks nearby, and they're really tasty! 🥳

It is a homestay run by an old couple. They are warm and hospitable. When I left, the old couple sent me to the door to say goodbye and told me how to take the bus. If I come to Taining again, I will stay at their home

The room is designed with a special atmosphere. If you light a candle on the tea table, it is very romantic. Although the location is in the downtown area, it is very safe for girls to travel. You can see the Aegean Sea opposite the window of the room. I like ～ Very cost-effective, the environment is OK, Go back next time.
