Facilities: The hotel facilities are remarkable, but don't compare them with the requirements of first-tier cities. I personally feel that they are still okay. Hygiene: Very clean, the aunt who cleans the room is friendly, thumbs up! Environment: Downtown area, convenient. Yong'an is where I was born. It can be said that I left my hometown, took root, and returned to my hometown. The surrounding environment is also friendly. Service: The service of the hotel's housekeeping department is great. I like all the room service including the front desk staff👍 The most ”exciting” part is here, and the key point is: it is not recommended to dine in the restaurant on the 2nd/3rd floor of the hotel. The service attitude of the catering department is really bad (note⚠️ I mean the dinner restaurant catering. The aunts who provide breakfast and cook flat meat rice noodles and noodles are super enthusiastic)! The story started when the hotel front desk informed that the restaurant was full that night (during the Spring Festival), but you can go to the restaurant to order dishes and have them delivered to the room. The waiter took us to the director of the catering department to order food. The director's reaction to the guests was to sit in his office chair and say, ”I'm busy and don't have time” (she can't even stand up in front of the guests, and can't do the most basic etiquette. How did she become this director? A relative?!) We didn't care much, and the waiter could only go to their manager. The manager gave us a menu. After looking at the menu, I found it a bit difficult (personal taste is used to authentic Cantonese cuisine, after seeing the mixed dishes on the pad). After the manager of the catering department heard me and my father say something, she suggested that if we feel that it is not suitable, we can go to the restaurant on the corner of the first floor. We immediately asked if the restaurant downstairs was of the same level of food, and the answer we got was: ”It's almost the same, our employees eat there.” But when we got downstairs, we were dumbfounded 🙄 a dimly lit small stall with worrying hygiene conditions. I really can't understand that a so-called four-star hotel catering manager still has such a poor understanding of customer needs when repeatedly asking guests to confirm whether the food is of the same level. We can only go back to the restaurant again and ask if we can introduce a nearby restaurant of the same level. The attitude of the waiter in the catering department was cold and impatient: ”Everywhere is full now, there are no seats, such as the old Yong'an in the street, Xi Xiangfeng, which are of the same level, but there should be no seats.” At that time, I was really angry. I thought, how could a four-star hotel have such a poor service in the catering department, especially during the Chinese New Year. The family had not been back to Yong'an for more than ten years. They went back happily to visit their relatives, but encountered such a bad thing. Afterwards, we also reported this situation to the hotel front desk, and the director of the housekeeping department also apologized to us (again, this matter has nothing to do with the housekeeping department), and proposed to send yogurt as compensation (I don't know if there is a tradition in domestic hotels to send yogurt to settle the matter, but we strongly refused), sister, I really don't need it. As guests, we are more inclined to believe that if this kind of catering service is not improved, it is equivalent to directly smashing the hotel's signboard, and a good housekeeping department will be implicated. Finally, we went to ”Xin Xiangfeng” for dinner. There is no harm without comparison. The catering service is enthusiastic and the dishes are well cooked. Next time I go to Yong'an, I will probably consider other four-star or above hotels. But I still want to say sincerely that apart from the issue with the food and beverage department, the entire stay experience was still good, and I would like to thank the housekeeping department and the front desk staff in particular. The room was new and very clean. The TV screen is large and the facilities in the room are relatively advanced. The front desk and other service staff were very enthusiastic. They also brought snacks in the evening and the breakfast was rich. Worth likes 👍

The facilities were complete and cozy, and the lake view from the balcony was amazing—so pleasant! The hotel staff were all very polite, always greeting us with a smile, even the chefs and room service staff. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming everywhere. This was my first time visiting Sanming, and I chose this hotel in Sanyuan District. It's located in the city center, so transportation is convenient. The rooms are quite large, and the cleanliness and service are good. The breakfast is also quite plentiful.

Great hotel close to all tourist sites in the area, quite and tranquil view of the river. They had no problems registering foreigners. rooms are spacious and clean, loved the cartoon feature for children. breakfast is what you would expect so far from big cities, tasty but more Chinese than western. Over all a very good stay, recommended if resting in the area before continuing your trip. So many different things to do around here you probably need more than 1 night.

First of all, the hotel is located in a very central location, about 500 meters away from the ancient city, and it is very convenient to go to Jiulongtan or Dajin Lake. Secondly, there are many choices for eating nearby, including various farmhouse dishes and snacks. The hotel room is clean and tidy, with complete facilities but a little old due to time. The matching tea set is very practical, and it is comfortable and cozy to make tea in the room at night. There is no problem with the wall sound insulation, it is quite quiet, the bed is of medium softness and can provide more support, the breakfast is not rich but it has everything it should have. I compared many hotels before booking, and this one is a good match at this price. I am quite satisfied with this stay and will consider it next time

Every time I go back to Ninghua's hometown, the first choice is Swan International Hotel. Convenient location, close to home, convenient parking. The room was clean and comfortable, the bed was solid, and it was as safe as going home. The front desk and waiters were very warm and gentle, making people feel very kind. There are many types of breakfast, and the taste of hometown is very satisfying. The overall environment is quiet and decent, it is really suitable to visit relatives here, five-star recommendation!

There is no water stain on the mirror in the bathroom, the tile gap is full of just-wiped brightness, and even the floor drain in the shower area is clean and no hair can be seen. The mineral water bottle on the desk can be wiped to see the shadow, and the charging cable and note paper are arranged into a small square according to the function. The most afraid of ”will feel” on business trips is broken here~ clean is not deliberate neatness, but let people put down the peace of mind, as if this space has been waiting for you, the dust and fatigue along the way, are gently picked up.

Can't look closely, the pillow in our room has a big stain, the picture is placed on the pillow below, I didn't take a photo, it feels disgusting, the toilet door is moldy, there is no floor towel, the air conditioner is as noisy as a tractor, seriously affecting sleep, there are 3 rooms, when checking out, the room where the elderly and children stayed said that they used their family planning supplies, and the money was deducted. There are so many cabinets, and there are so many consumer goods in the room, but there is only such a small box on the bedside, what does it mean, why are the consumer goods not placed together? I also suspect that the room itself does not have that thing.
