Afterwards, we also reported this situation to the hotel front desk, and the director of the housekeeping department also apologized to us (again, this matter has nothing to do with the housekeeping department), and proposed to send yogurt as compensation (I don't know if there is a tradition in domestic hotels to send yogurt to settle the matter, but we strongly refused), sister, I really don't need it. As guests, we are more inclined to believe that if this kind of catering service is not improved, it is equivalent to directly smashing the hotel's signboard, and a good housekeeping department will be implicated. I'd heard about the new five-star hotel in Taining and was really impressed upon arrival! The hotel is built into the mountainside, with the lobby and restaurant on the 7th floor. The guest rooms all overlook the lake, offering lake views that cascade down the hillside, somewhat reminiscent of the Shanghai Sheshan Wonderland Hotel – very unique. The rooms are spacious and well-designed, with a large bathtub in the bathroom – I loved it! The bathroom also features a separate shower and toilet. It was a wonderful vacation with my best friend. The hotel was clean and tidy, and the service was attentive. The air conditioning was pre-set for dinner, making it warm and cozy in the freezing Taining. For lunch, we ordered a simple meal at the restaurant. The food was delicious, especially the fried rice and the mixed fruit and pork belly – a perfect combination.
