"The service of Qihu Hotel was very considerate. They upgraded me to two lake view rooms for free and also gave me free fruits. The hotel room was also very nice, clean and tidy. When we checked out, the front desk staff helped us carry our luggage to the parking lot, and also gave us tea and several bottles of water for us to drink during the trip. A very good experience! Must praise + recommend!"

This famous hotel is the best inn I have ever stayed in. Because the traffic jam came late, I didn’t expect the boss to wait for us at the front desk. I also upgraded our room for free. The most surprising thing is that there are moon cakes and sugar water for us. The lobby manager and the boss are very friendly. I gave my baby a lot of food and balloons, the whole feeling is very good, really worth recommending! (Thank you the innkeeper and staff for waiting for us so late ~)

I had a great experience! We booked both the 'Ant Nest' and a standard twin room, and each had its own unique charm. The 'Ant Nest' was really fun; if you're traveling with kids, they can sleep on the sofa. The twin room was very comfortable and spacious. The guesthouse itself is quite smart/automated, and the views are absolutely top-notch. It's perfect for taking lots of photos, and watching the sunset was beautiful. The breakfast was quite tasty too! I'd definitely come back for a second stay.

You guys were incredibly helpful when my child got sick. The food was delicious, and the scenery was beautiful. It's a great place for a family vacation with kids. We even picked some of your vegetables, watermelons, and cantaloupes. When my child got sick, we didn't even need to go to town for medicine because you had all the common medications, which really put our minds at ease. My other child had a blast playing in the downstairs playground. Thank you so much, we'll definitely be back! 😁😁😁 We also visited the T3 tea garden and stir-fried tea, relaxed at the Mount Kala coffee shop, went kayaking, and even ground our own soy milk. There were so many activities, and the kids had a wonderful time! 😁😁😁

This pet-friendly B&B was worth the visit, even on a rainy day (the front desk even gave my little dog a welcome gift – pee pads, poop bags, and protective spray, all very useful!). Before arrival, the front desk attendant contacted me with parking directions, local attraction tips, and restaurant recommendations. Since it was raining, I decided to have dinner at the B&B's restaurant. The steamed sea bass was absolutely delicious! Plus, a friendly cat joined me for dinner, haha. The B&B's pool is quite large and the water is very clean; swimming in it was incredibly relaxing. Our room was in a Japanese tatami style, clean and odor-free. And for the southern climate, having dry and fresh bedding in the room is so important! After dinner, I took a stroll around the B&B. The surrounding green, rolling, misty hills were truly breathtaking. This is definitely a place I'd visit again.

What an amazing place with amazing staff who made the experience that much better. The rooms were everything we could ask for, modern and very clean with great amenities. The private hot spring alone is absolutely worth visiting too. The surrounding area is beautiful too with lots to see and do but would definitely need to rent a car as some things are far away. The staff were incredible in every way. Before our stay I asked one of the staff members called Min if she could order flowers for a special occasion and she did so without hesitation and placed them in the room upon our arrival. She was so helpful and kind throughout the whole stay, telling us the best places to visit and restaurant to go out. She even went as far as helping us order dinner at the local restaurant when we were struggling too due to our lack of speaking Chinese. The breakfast was also delicious as well and the coffee shop where it is served has great coffee and lovely pastries. I couldn’t recommend this place more for a nice weekend away in nature.

Extremely satisfied! The service was exceptional from start to finish. Even before arriving, they answered all my questions thoughtfully. During my stay, they were incredibly responsive to every request, and I even received a parting gift when I checked out. The room facilities were fantastic, and because there weren't many guests, they proactively upgraded my room. The room was well-equipped, and the guesthouse's scenery was absolutely beautiful – it felt like I was living right inside a picturesque landscape. They also provided complimentary tickets to the tea plantation, which is very close by, though I'd say it's an optional visit. It's also not far from the Heshun Karst Cave, so you can easily stop by if you're in the area. Plus, there's passion fruit picking right outside, and the breakfast was delicious!

The room space is small, but clean and tidy, there is a scenic car transfer/welcome gift! ^_^ There is one restaurant, and there is almost no takeaway! Export snacks are more greasy. It is recommended to travel by car! 2 large and 1 small (1.2 below meters) Fenglinxiao Town tickets: room packages are included; the whole scenic spot is relatively flat and open! The projects are all charged (small trains/karts/hot air balloons/gliders/cableway taxis/ off-road vehicles, etc.), some free projects are a bit desolate (meng pet paradise) or take pictures, spring outings have rapeseed/sakura forests, and summer lotus ponds ~ It is also a beautiful scene to think about. 2 big and 1 small South China Night Pearl: Free project 2 big and 1 small red history and culture experience: free project Nearby Xiaohuashan Feilada Rock Climbing/Cave Tian Wonderland It is recommended to play: 2~ 3 days for a single scenic spot, 3~ 4 days for nearby attractions, Willing to come again! Stimulating projects/net red punch cards/slow life/parent and childcare and other age stages have taken care of ~ recommended recommendation!

An incredible gem of a boutique hotel, run by a friendly host who anticipates and caters to your needs. This hotel is nestled between idyllic hills and farms, and a 20min stroll (or rent their bikes at 60rmb/day) to HuangHua where there’re great restaurants and supermarkets. It was exactly what we did not know we were looking for in a short getaway from HK to Yingde. The hotel itself is clean and modern, and the food was a pleasant surprise. Being foreigners used to western-style breakfast, we were initially apprehensive while booking, but the farm-to-table, home-cooked breakfast turned out to be absolutely delicious, such that we found ourselves looking forward to it on our second morning. We felt like we lucked out with this accommodation choice, as just within walking distance from the hotel, the host brought us to local hiking trails with quite the view (tip: go at sunrise, and if conditions are right you’ll get to see the “sea of clouds”), a climbing crag and an amazing cave you’ll have to yourself. The host, who turned out to be quite the explorer and adrenaline junkie in her younger years, happily took us to them, also showing us photo spots along the way. But perhaps the best kept secret of this hotel is hinted in its name itself. From its roof terrace, we saw shooting stars fly by above the glow of the region’s famous karst.

T Manor Tent camp

Our two days at T Manor Tent camp were very enjoyable, with lots of peaceful walks through the plantation and some spectacular sunsets seen from our glamping tent and from the viewing area at the top of the hill which looks out over the karst-studded landscape. Our tent was located down below which was less spectacular than the tents on the hill but also less exposed and a good option. We had great service from the T Manor staff, who set up a WeChat thread so my husband could communicate with us easily as most of them didn’t speak English. One exception was Allen, a tour guide from Taiwan who was very friendly and helpful, especially on the last day when he helped organise a car to take us to our next accommodation a few hours drive away. A special mention must also go to the restaurant staff, who served us a range of tea-infused dishes and patiently went along with our many queries (our daughter is coeliac which made eating in China a little complicated). Thank you T Manor for a serene and friendly experience, we particularly loved listening to the sound of the bees pollinating the tea bushes as we eat on the veranda of our tent and looked out over the plantation.

The room was spacious and decent, though the mattress was a bit too soft for my liking. The views, however, were absolutely stunning! We had dinner at the hotel; the price was reasonable, but the taste was rather plain, reminiscent of simple home-cooked food. On the bright side, the breakfast soy milk was delicious, and the fruit quality was excellent. This place is truly perfect for unwinding and contemplation; it's very therapeutic. The drive up the mountain was a bit nerve-wracking the first time, as we drove slowly, cautious of oncoming cars. By the time we drove back down, we'd adapted and felt much more comfortable. It rained throughout our two-day stay, but enjoying the rainy scenery was actually quite pleasant. We'd love to come back when the weather is clear to catch the sunset. Unfortunately, due to the heavy rain, we couldn't make use of the complimentary scenic area tickets.
