The hotel is only 700m from Brighton and 37km from London Gatwick Airport, giving guests a number of convenient transportation options. After a long day of sightseeing, guests can retire to the comfort of the hotel. Germaphobes can rest easy - the level of cleanliness is highly rated at this hotel. For guests traveling with families, this hotel is consistently one of the most popular choices.

"A few niggling things that could be improved to make it perfect, however, I would not book when the temperature outside is in the mid 20c or higher! It was baking inside more than outside, making it extremely difficult to work and sleep. The room was very clean other than a few hairs stuck in the pillow (paper lined instead of quality pillows). My room was right next to the cleaners cupboard and noise from others slamming their doors can be heard very clearly. Otherwise the street noise couldn’t be heard with the door closed, but in that heat there was no way you would want to close the door. They give you a standing fan and a ceiling fan that stays set to 19c and no way to make it go faster. You’ve been warned about booking in hot weather! They have a spacious lobby you can sit and work if needed, but I didn’t stay after check out. Great location for all amenities of Brighton. Cleaning products provided for dish washing, washing clothes and eco hand soap. Hair dryer, ironing board and iron, safe, bottle of water, milk and tea/coffee which was a nice touch (usually you get the fake milk in the pods). Everything else you need to provide yourself. Would stay here again if was in Brighton and in the winter! Maybe it’ll be nice and cosy in the winter."

Hotel name :A room with a view, 5 minutes by bus from the train station, just opposite Haitao, opposite the bus road, reception is on duty until 21 pm, if check in is later than 9 o'clock, you need to send an email to the duty staff to wait for you for a while, the hotel details are as shown in the picture, I will not describe it. The design of the hotel is very retro and modern. The bathroom is clean, the shower water flow is normal, and the view outside the window is beautiful. When you check in, they will help you send your luggage to the room. When you check out, you need to take your luggage downstairs by yourself. The stairs are narrow and steep, so elderly guests should pay attention.

The hotel was so artistic, edgy and filled with colour and culture! Each room was decorated with a unique theme. The breakfast was freshly cooked and delicious. We visited during the heat wave and whilst there was no AC there was a Dyson fan which did the job. The service was amazing and I would recommend! The only drawback is people with accessibility problems might find it difficult to access certain rooms even with lift access.

This hotel is rebuilt and designed from an old building. The interior decoration is very elegant, except that there is no elevator, it is very difficult to carry luggage to the room, but the overall design is very beautiful

The location is superior and the transportation is convenient. The hotel has complete facilities, the rooms are clean and tidy, and the stay is very comfortable. The service of the front desk staff is very good, very proactive and enthusiastic. Personally, I think the price/performance ratio is quite high.

the location is great - near the sea! The weather was great, so we are satisfied. We did not expect more amenities from the hotel, because everything was appropriate for the old city. The owner of the hotel was friendly, even allowed to leave things until the evening. we recommend!

Easy to book via Trip.com, reasonable price for room with ensuite in great location. I liked the decor and the bathroom. Lovely clean fluffy white towels, good wifi, password clearly indicated, useful blackout blind, HOWEVER, the lights were falling out of the ceiling, bedside lamps were sort of attached to the wall, very wobbly and dusty and the bed was cobbled together from two mismatched divans so that there was a downhill slope towards the head end of several inches. I have never seen anything like it. I slept for an hour or two using the pillows to prop me up, but still woke with all the blood gone to my head so I had to sleep upside down on top of the bed. A bed to sleep in is THE basic requirement for a hotel room, so really guys, install an actual bed!!!!!!

The room was not large, but it felt modern and clean, just like the picture! The location was good, but it was disappointing for a place where 4 people went and paid 80,000 won per person. There was no elevator and the bathroom was shared... ㅠ But I think that date was a bit expensive. I looked up other dates and it was just a little cheaper. I would have been 99% satisfied! The bathroom was clean, but there was no shampoo. They gave us one towel each.

Decent family-run hotel, not dissimilar to other boutique hotels situated in historical buildings in Brighton. Shower took a while to heat up, the air dryer wasn’t working, and the room also had a lingering smell of cigarettes which I believe would have been hard to get rid of if someone smoked there previously, but the sea view was lovely and staff were friendly. Basic amenities available and adequate for the short stay. Instructions were clear and though not always right away, staff were reachable.
