"The location is excellent, right across from the beach, and the housekeeping staff are incredibly enthusiastic. They were always helpful whenever I needed anything. The only downside is that the price is a bit higher than hotels in the city center. Although there's a bar downstairs, I stayed on the fourth floor and barely heard any noise. They even provided earplugs for guests, which was a nice touch. The bathroom is a bit small, but the bed and comforter were very comfortable. I forgot to take pictures of the room itself, but it looks exactly like the photos on the website. I only managed to snap a few shots of the hotel's exterior."

"The room was modern and clean and the staff were friendly but the best bit about this hotel is the location - on the seafront and close to shops bars and restaurants.
The spa area was a bit disappointing, it’s more a leisure centre and very busy when we visited so don’t expect too much relaxation as there are not even loungers to sit/lie on.
We didn’t eat breakfast in the hotel as there are many great restaurants in Brighton so I cannot comment on the brekkie.
We attended the NYE dinner/dance at the hotel and it was brilliant! Great entertainment, lovely food - a fabulous time had by all and a lovely way to see in 2026!
Brighton in general is a lovely place to visit, lots of bars, restaurants and shops - especially the Lanes which is full of small independents which are just fab!
There’s lots to do and see! We took a short walk from the hotel to the i360 tower. A great way to see Brighton from the sky and we managed to catch it at sunset - so magical! I would definitely recommend!"

"We had a very pleasant stay at the Holiday Inn Brighton. The room was spacious, clean, and tidy, and housekeeping refreshed it every day, which we really appreciated. The service was outstanding — the staff genuinely make an effort to ensure their guests are comfortable and well looked after.
We had a small request regarding the kettle in our room, as the original one had a bit of limescale build-up. The front desk handled the issue immediately and even went above and beyond by providing a brand-new kettle. This level of responsiveness really impressed us.
The only minor downside is that our room was connected to the neighbouring room through a shared internal door. Although it was locked on both sides, the sound insulation was not as strong.
Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would gladly return. Friendly service and great comfort!"

"Friendly staff at hotel, comfortable bed. We were missing remote for tv but when asked they found one for us, tv very small, bathroom door broken , lampshade missing on wall and headboard in not great condition (room 15), furniture damaged (dressing table) plug in air freshener empty. Cleaner topped up on our sugar when asked and gave fresh towels , clean cups and glasses. There were some stains on the bedding , our bedding was not changed over our 3 night stay . Shower door had mould on the bottom of the glass door . Cant fault the staff or the bed or the location ad walking distance to see front and to the centre"

"This time, my family of four and I stayed here to watch a Brighton Premier League match.
It's an apartment-style hotel, and the room was clean, spacious, and felt very fresh.
The reception staff were polite and helpful, and among the four apartments we stayed in during this trip, this was by far the most comfortable experience! ^ ^"

"I really enjoyed my stay and the hotel was in very good location , hotel was lovely and the massive selling point is the pool and spa , excellent facilities and friendly staff
Only downside was the breakfast didn’t provide many vegan or allergen friendly items and that the heating wasn’t very regulated and felt a little ill front being too overheated in the room and no ventilation
That being said I like love to come back as it’s so close to the sea. The view was amazing xxx"

"Had a really great experience at The Charm Hotel. We booked the ”King Suite with View” which had an amazing scenic view, especially in the morning with the cool breeze. The environment and room is not only conducive, but is both spacious and clean. Highly recommend travellers who are looking for a safe hotel as my friend and I (both females) felt rather comfortable staying in this hotel. Only advise would be to pack light as there is no lift and we had to climb 2 stories up. Otherwise, everything is close to perfect."

GGuest UserCame here for the night as a little getaway for myself and I can say I definitely chose the best hotel. Immediately coming in, the staff are so welcoming and attentive.
The interior to the hotel is beautiful and timeless. My room was gorgeous and the bathroom was lovely with good lighting to get ready in!
Overall I’m so impressed and will definitely be coming back and recommending to others.
GGuest UserWe've thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Leonardo Hotel at Brighton. The bed was very comfortable. The location is perfect if you travel to Brighton by train. The staff were all very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We enjoyed our breakfasts - such a choice.
EEllie22Wonderful place to stay for a few days! Wonderful location next to the train station! A fair bit of noise from building right out side our window, but never the less the staff were incredible! If you stay here I would advise to bring some £1 coins for the pool table! They don’t give change or anything
AAnonymous UserIt was a decent stay and at off peak for £80 on a Saturday it’s not too bad. It’s a nice area of town and near to everything whilst still being quiet. The key code system as helpful asyou could come and go at any time and no check in process was needed.
The room was a reasonable size but the bathroom was very small and tight. The room gad basic creature comforts like soap, small shower gel/shampoo pots and hot drinks facilities.
The overall cleanliness was fine but the extractor fan in the bathroom was very dusty and the shower could’ve been cleaner with some hairs in it. The bed and key hygiene elements were clean though. The floors were quite thin so you could hear neighbours at times and the room could’ve done with a blackout blind really.
If it was cheap to stay again I’d consider here, but I wouldn’t pay more than I did given the overall experience as some basics were overlooked as mentioned. Hopefully the feedback is constructive.
GGuest UserThe old architecture and the feel of the hotel are so vintage and retro. The bed, the cupboard and the cabinets could probably use some work as they were of brass in the room I was in, but it was still a great property.
GGuest UserVery nice and clean, roomy, convenient if you are visiting the Brighton centre for concerts and close to the beach apparently. Warmly welcomed at the reception and was offered all the help I needed. Sure to stay with them next time I visit! (If you needed to call a taxi you could just ask at the reception. WiFi password is in the room. Plenty of teabags and coffee sachets, got hairdryer, kettle)
GGuest UserThe hotel itself had no faults. The issue we had was checking in. We did not receive information that we needed to download an app to check in then also needing to upload a passport photo, for someone who traveled a few hours up the road not thinking I would need my passport, soon got that sorted. Then in the evening when we came back to find the pin for our room stopped working, this was soon resolved but very inconvenient. There is no reception so had to be done over phone
Llann94High hopes but this feel quite short in a number of ways. From the photos the room looked lovely and this did match up. However it did become apparent that aesthetics have been prioritised over other aspects. The pub/club opposite was still incredibly noisy at 2am (on a Tuesday) with the windows doing nothing to muffle the noise. There was fast food rubbish found next to one of the beds from a previous occupant, and this was quite a large wrapper that would have been difficult to miss during cleaning. Communication around bed preference was not good at all, I had specifically asked for a king (and have the evidence of this in my booking details) yet on arrival twin beds were set up. When I raised this with the company, there was no offer of rectifying this, instead I was told more than once that this had been the request. To add insult to injury, our neighbours in the room next door invited some friends to their room and it seemed they were having their own party at 3am with shouting, giggling and loud music and more than 5 in the one room. We knocked on the door in the end to request some quiet as, with the club outside, we were completely surrounded by noise. One small plus point that, once we managed to get to sleep, the bed (albeit the twin I hadn’t requested) was very comfortable.
GGuest UserEasy to book via Trip.com, reasonable price for room with ensuite in great location. I liked the decor and the bathroom. Lovely clean fluffy white towels, good wifi, password clearly indicated, useful blackout blind, HOWEVER, the lights were falling out of the ceiling, bedside lamps were sort of attached to the wall, very wobbly and dusty and the bed was cobbled together from two mismatched divans so that there was a downhill slope towards the head end of several inches. I have never seen anything like it. I slept for an hour or two using the pillows to prop me up, but still woke with all the blood gone to my head so I had to sleep upside down on top of the bed. A bed to sleep in is THE basic requirement for a hotel room, so really guys, install an actual bed!!!!!!
GGuest UserThe room was not large, but it felt modern and clean, just like the picture! The location was good, but it was disappointing for a place where 4 people went and paid 80,000 won per person. There was no elevator and the bathroom was shared... ㅠ But I think that date was a bit expensive. I looked up other dates and it was just a little cheaper. I would have been 99% satisfied! The bathroom was clean, but there was no shampoo. They gave us one towel each.
