"The location of the hotel is extraordinary, seafront in front of two attractions (i360 and upside down house) and a few minutes from the center The first visual impression of the hotel was disappointing. One area was run-down and made me think the hotel was closed and abandoned. The room, on the other hand, was spacious and tidy. cleaning could be improved"

"You can tell this is an established resort hotel; everything is so well-equipped. The room was spacious and clean, and all the snacks and drinks in the room were free. The beach is right outside the door! Brighton 360 is literally on your doorstep, and there are lots of great seafood restaurants nearby. The hotel's underground parking is paid, but I parked in a street spot (on-street parking in the UK is generally free from 6 PM until 8 AM the next day! Brighton, being a seaside resort city, has slight variations, as seen in picture 5). Since I arrived late, I only paid for 2 hours of parking, and then it automatically became free (kind of like the overnight package at an internet cafe in China 😂). It was very good and comfortable! I highly recommend this to anyone with a sufficient budget – you won't regret it!"

"Extremely satisfied with this booking! The hotel's location right by the sea is fantastic, and opening the window gives you unbeatable ocean views. It's a shame the exterior was undergoing renovation during our stay. The double room had its own private bathroom, which was amazing value for the price. The only issue was that the hot water in our room wasn't very hot, only around 30 degrees Celsius. As it was a weekend, the facility manager wasn't available, and you know how British efficiency can be! The hotel was quite full, but the front desk staff (a lovely guy and girl) helped us arrange to use the shower in another vacant room. The kitchen facilities were comprehensive; it would have been perfect if the extractor fan was a bit more powerful. One day, while frying steaks, a front desk lady suddenly rushed into the kitchen, thinking we hadn't turned on the fan! If you're coming from Gatwick Airport, I highly recommend taking the National Express coach. It stops right opposite the hotel, which is incredibly convenient. If you're traveling by train with heavy luggage, walking to the hotel can be a bit of a hassle. You could also take a bus for a few stops to avoid pushing heavy bags on uneven roads. Overall, a very satisfying hotel booking. Next time I'm in Brighton, I'll definitely be booking this hotel again."

"Positives - on the beach front with lovely views, just a short walk to all the tourist attractions. Very nice English breakfast. Staff were polite and efficient. Lobby areas neat and tidy. Good lunch food. Negatives. Upstairs hallways and bedrooms are in very poor condition. Peeling wallpaper, dirty sofas, threadbare carpets, scratched paintwork and faded curtains. Private Parking advertised but still costs £25 a night. Limited amenities."

"Great location. Basic but cosy room. Problems when we arrived - Toilet has been used and not flushed. Bathroom door handle didn’t work so bathroom door couldn’t be closed. Shelf in the bathroom cabinet fell off when I opened it. Later that day I also reported toilet being blocked. Toilet was unblocked however none of the other issues were fixed during our stay. Also bathroom ventilator didn’t work as we noticed at night but I didn’t bother to report it."

"This place is amazing! The host upon arrival was really excellent and helped with our accommodation and shuffled our room to make it as nice as possible and upgraded us free of charge. We have a small child so it really helped! The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was enough for our stay. We found it to be homely and cosy and tea/coffee facilities were available in the room too. Some may say it is dated but we thought this added to the quality! It is really a great place to stay if you are on a budget or looking for an overnight place and the hosts are very welcoming too. Would definitely recommend and will be staying here again! Thank you for a great stay team"

"I booked for myself and my sister for a night away for our Birthdays. We had a lovely stay, our room was upgraded and we had a wonderful sea view. We were given a lovely gift which was so kind and thoughtful and really made our stay extra special. The room was large, with a seating area and a very huge comfy bed. Everything we needed for a relaxing night away. Robes & Slippers Perfect Buffet breakfast was very tasty. Staff friendly and helpful. We shall definitely return. Thank you so much x"

"The location is excellent, right across from the beach, and the housekeeping staff are incredibly enthusiastic. They were always helpful whenever I needed anything. The only downside is that the price is a bit higher than hotels in the city center. Although there's a bar downstairs, I stayed on the fourth floor and barely heard any noise. They even provided earplugs for guests, which was a nice touch. The bathroom is a bit small, but the bed and comforter were very comfortable. I forgot to take pictures of the room itself, but it looks exactly like the photos on the website. I only managed to snap a few shots of the hotel's exterior."

"Booked a family room for 3 people, 2 nights, 1 room with breakfast. The accommodation was clean, and the room was suitable for 3 people, although the window was a bit small and couldn't be opened. Overall, it was very good. The accommodation is close to the beach, just a short walk away, and also near the Brighton i360. You can easily walk into town or take a bus to various attractions. The breakfast spread was plentiful and sufficient for all guests, and the staff kept refilling the food constantly."
