"There was no air conditioning, and the toilet was very small. I tried the Cambridge College breakfast, but the restaurant didn't have a very distinct college style; the college theme wasn't prominent enough, and you couldn't go inside the college itself—there were limited places to explore. There was a balcony, but the door couldn't be opened. The front desk staff arrived quite late, and in the morning, the room key was left in a box at the front desk. The elevator was new, but the room I was given was quite far from the elevator next to the front desk, and the carpet in the hallway wasn't very comfortable for pushing luggage. The double bed was a bit small for two adults."

The facilities are great, the bedding is comfortable, and the kitchen is fully equipped. The microwave/oven combo is very convenient – you can Google how to use it if you're unsure. The washer/dryer combo works wonderfully. There's also a dishwasher, which I didn't use. Basic cookware, dishes, and a kettle are provided, though I didn't use the toaster. Housekeeping is once every 7 days, and you can leave your trash bags by the door for staff to collect. Since all units have kitchens, the fire alarm went off once, but just stay calm. Trip.com's service and response time were very fast.

Guest UserThe prime location is the most appealing about this hotel. The room was comfortable and contained all the necessities required. Pleasant stay. Unfortunately on a Saturday at 7am there was an accidental fire alarm but non of the reception staff seemed to know how to inform guests that it was an ‘accident’ so many guests were left wondering where to go and if it was real and it caused a lot of confusion.

Kalpana and Habiba are really helpful and made my stay so good! This was actually the 3rd time I have stayed at Hotel du Vin and every single time the both of them showed great knowledge of the hotel, facilities and even the city!
Strongly recommend the hotel and the service staff!!
