An exceptional stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Amman ✨ From the moment we arrived, everything felt luxurious and perfectly organized. The staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive to every detail, making the whole experience truly memorable. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options, and the hotel facilities — especially the spa and pool — created the perfect atmosphere for relaxation. It was a wonderful hotel. The area is safe, and there are supermarkets and easy places to eat nearby, making it very convenient. The best thing about it was that there was free laundry (you could even use liquid detergent for free). The views from the pool and rooftop were amazing, and the night view was also beautiful. The gym was easy to use. The staff were all very kind, and I had a very pleasant stay.

Right from check-in, the staff made me feel welcome with their signature warm chocolate chip cookie 🍪 — such a simple touch, but it set the tone for a great stay. 🛏️ The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was especially cozy after a long day, and the overall atmosphere was quiet and restful. 🍽️ I had the chance to try the breakfast buffet, which offered a wide variety of local and international choices. Fresh, flavorful, and plenty of options to start the day right. 📍 The location is convenient — close to restaurants, shops, and a good base to explore Amman. Most importantly, the hospitality of the staff stood out. My stay at the Sheraton Amman was fantastic! The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, and the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable with stunning city views. The breakfast buffet was delicious, and the location was perfect for exploring Amman. Highly recommend for both business and leisure travelers—I can't wait to return!

When I arrived, I was not able to enjoy my stay, as there was some sort of issue, so I was sent to a sister hotel called the Arabesque Hotel. I was thankful that the hotel paid for the taxi. The manager at the Arabesque, Jack, was great! He gave my friend and I good tips on where to go. My friend and I also went on a free 2 hour walking tour that was advertised in the elevator at the Arabesque. The guide was super knowledgeable about the city and very nice. So while my stay at Zaman did not turn out the way I expected, I did have an overall positive experience for my first 2 days in Amman.

Our trip was for a surgery. The hotel's location was excellent, close to everything, and their service was outstanding. The room was warm and comfortable, and all the staff were very respectful. I will definitely visit this hotel again.

The issue this hotel has many locations buildings at the same area and its not clear in which building you will stay and you have to run from one to another to find your building

Overall a good experience — the hotel is clean and comfortable. The only downside is that it’s a bit far from downtown. The receptionist was very helpful and kind, assisting us with taxi bookings throughout our trip, even when we were away from the hotel. Great service!

I was first settled in a room where there was no bed linen on the bed. I was moved to another room. And the time was 2:00 a.m., and in general I chose this hotel because it is not very far from the airport to rest after a long flight. The result was not to rest. The window of the room comes out on the highway, where cars and furs are riding all night, including. Noise is like they're going right by your bed. I had beers with them, but they didn't help.
