The Toya Kohan Tei is an ideal spot for travelers wanting to discover the city. The Toya Kohan Tei is an ideal choice for travelers who want to take in the sights and sounds of Toyako. The hotel is only 7km from Tōya Station and 74km from New Chitose Airport, giving guests a number of convenient transportation options. Famous local attractions Doryu no Yu Matchmaking hand bath, Katei Emman no Te Yu and Yosomiyama Foot Pass Course, can all be reached with a short walk. At the end of a busy day, travelers can unwind and relax in the hotel or go out and enjoy the city. Guests of this Toyako hotel can make use of the parking facilities. According to our guests, the location of this hotel is one of the best around. This hotel is a popular accommodation for guests traveling with families.

"We got a Japanese room and this was clean. It's an older ”luxury” hotel that is showing it's age with wear on carpets, walls and bathroom. Hotel would add lots value just replacing hallway carpets. It's selling point is the waterfront view of fireworks and the rooftop onsen which provided a beautiful view of the lake and mountains. We stayed during foggy weather, and the view from the natural mineral water filled onsen was magical. Despite all the guests, Onsen was always empty when visited so nice unlike other hotels on this trip. Breakfast buffet quality was ok, and built for masses. Bus stop is right in front of hotel but buses run infrequently to jr station or to crater. Overall good memorable stay."

The Granvillage Toya Daiwa Ryokan Annex is an ideal spot for travelers wanting to discover the city. The Granvillage Toya Daiwa Ryokan Annex offers a pleasant stay in Toyako for those traveling for business or leisure. The hotel is only 7km from Tōya Station and 75km from New Chitose Airport, giving guests a number of convenient transportation options. There's plenty to do nearby, with Boat landing, Anzan Kigan no Te Yu and Lake Toya Hot Spring all within a short distance. This hotel makes a great place to kick back and relax after a long day of sightseeing. This Toyako hotel provides parking on site. Guests tell us the location of this hotel is fantastic. This hotel is a popular accommodation for guests traveling with families.

"First, my apologies to the hotel! Their service was excellent. I didn't see anyone in the bathing area when I entered, so I took some photos. I wanted to share these with anyone considering staying here, so they could see the environment in detail. The hotel is directly opposite Mount Yotei, offering fantastic views. The room came equipped with bath towels, hand towels, bathrobes, and a razor. Before entering the hot spring pool, you'll need to bring your toiletries and room key. You can place your belongings in a basket before entering the hot spring. A hot spring tax of 300 JPY is collected before check-in. The washing machines are free to use, but laundry detergent is not provided. You'll need to buy it outside or bring your own. The room shows some signs of age, which makes it perfect for nostalgic enthusiasts! It has both air conditioning and a radiator. The view from the window is absolutely beautiful, making it a great spot to sit by the bed and relax. Overall, it's pretty good."

"This is a very convenient ski-in/ski-out hotel. The rooms were clean and spacious enough for our family. There was also plenty of storage in the closets. What we were especially satisfied with was the service, particularly from a Chinese-speaking male staff member at the front desk. He was very patient in answering our questions and providing assistance, giving us a wonderful first experience in Niseko. Grateful for the encounter!"

SANU 2nd Home Niseko 1st

Outstanding

This was my first stay at Sanu Niseko. Although it was a short one night stay, I was very happy with the experience. The property was extremely well designed, amenitized, and fitted out. Although the space was not very big, it was right sized and very comfortable. The various appliances and equipment (sound, video projector) were great touches and set up the visitor for a full experience. This was not just a hotel or villa property, but a getaway resort experience, or glamping plus plus. Everything worked, and was designed and placed logically. The sauna arrangement was perfect, and the skylights a delightful addition. I look forward to returning with my family.

This is by far one of the best hotels we've stayed at in our whole trip to Hokkaido. The location was unbeatable as it was right behind the Hirafu Welcome Center. It's also walkable to the quite a number of restaurants. Service was impeccable. They thought of everything, including providing guests with a shuttle to and from the KIng Gondola and many other key points within the town, and we could see its status and movement around town in real time. Our room was a two-bedroom unit, and it was really spacious with any and all kinds of amenities, including a washing machine, dish dryer, stove, microwave, etc... In particular, our unit was accessible to the ski slopes via a back door, and the view there was amazing. Just a few steps from the back door, we could already see the view of Mt. Yotei. The hotel also has a complimentary onsen (public and private options), which was a welcome treat after a day at the slopes. Breakfast had a lot of variety, so you can surely find something to your liking. All in all, we had a really great stay at Skye Niseko, and we willl definitely come back here the next time we're in Niseko.

Stayed here for 2 nights, experience was near perfect. Service and food were fantastic. Would highly recommend this to my friends and family and come back again. Pros: - Food, service was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment you step in, you’re treated like they want you there. - Hotel provides a free shuttle van to the Lake Toya fireworks which occurs daily. Works well for those who don’t drive. - Lounge, mini-arcades available for guests at the second floor. - There are 22 rooms in the hotel in total. Its small size is its selling point, as attention to guests can be kept high. Cons: - Meal options were similar on both days, though the kitchen did try to vary it. Would be good if more variety can be included for guests staying > 1 night. - Smart TV option was lacking. If the hotel can upgrade their TV to a smart one, in-room experience would be better.

This is a family trip for two adults and two kids. And we stayed in the hotel for 7 nights, bfast and dinner included. It's apparent in the booking that we will have kids in the stay, and yet either Trip.com/hotel charged us meals for 4 adults for the entire trip. We ended up overpaying A LOT and wasting A LOT of food because the kids couldn't finish the set meal. Yet the hotel refused to adjust / refund. This was a serious mistake made by Trip.com / hotel. The hotel provided shuttle bus to the ski resort. Good that there was early shuttle bus around 815am BUT the return shuttle was way too early (4pm) for any serious skiers. The hotel should offer more options. There was no gym in the hotel and difficult to do some proper full-body exercise. Onsen set up was nice and clean and tidy. The public onsen wasn't used much so it ended up a big private onsen for us. We like the traditional Japanese cusine but very disappointed that the chef provided limited changes on the menu during our 7 nights of stay. We spent roughly same number of nights elsewhere in Niseko and the design of their menu was way better. Staff in general was very helpful and friendly and some of them spoke English and Chinese. The hotel was short of staff IMO. I could see them running around in the hotel. The ski equipment room could be equipped with better facility to dry ski boots and gloves. Shuttle bus was only offered to Niseko but not Kutchan station which was in fact not too far away anyway. The room was clean and well maintained. The location of the hotel was great too. It's 10mins from the Niseko station and 5mins from annupuri ski run.

The overall experience at this hotel was quite good. The room was very clean, and the layout was well-designed. I especially appreciated the thoughtful design of the bedroom, which was enclosed with a door to ensure a very quiet environment, greatly improving the quality of sleep. The only downside was that the room had only air conditioning and no water heating, which made the air extremely dry. Even with a humidifier turned on, it didn’t help much, and my throat still felt uncomfortable at night. If they could improve the heating system or provide better humidification equipment, the experience would be even better!

The hotel is right next to the Hirafu ski resort, and there are restaurants and supermarkets nearby, which is very convenient. The bedroom is a bit small, but considering the price/performance ratio is quite high. The room can see the sheep's foot mountain and the scenery is very beautiful.

Hinzan was amazing for our ski vacation in Niseko! The location is super central, but they also have a shuttle that can take you to the lifts and around Hirafu so you don't have to walk with your gear. There were ski lockers and a room in the lobby with boot warmers. The in-room washer/dryer was also very convenient. While the front desk times were limited, they were very flexible about arranging for staff to stay late/come early for check in and check out. All the staff were amazing, going out of their way to make sure we had a good stay! Would definitely stay here again!

”This was an ocean-view house we rented for just one day to visit Chikyu Misaki (Cape Chikyu) and Lake Toya before heading to Sapporo and Otaru with a group of 8 people. As expected, the ocean view was amazing, there was plenty of space for all 8 of us to sleep, and all the facilities were well-equipped. Everyone felt it was a real shame we could only stay for one day. It offers great value for the price. Note: There aren't many restaurants nearby, and most of them close around 7–8 PM, so keep that in mind.”

We came in summer, and there are fewer tourists than in winter. We were driving by ourselves, so we drove to the supermarket in Kutchan to buy dinner and brought it back to the hotel. It was OK to cook it ourselves. The breakfast was rich and filling, and the price was really favorable (we were 2 adults and 2 children).
