"The hotel's location is excellent; it's right by the Kōtōdaikōen subway station. The hotel room was a decent size, and overall cleanliness was good, though the windowsill had some dust when I checked in, perhaps due to a rushed cleaning. Also, there was no air purifier in the room. Overall, it's still quite good. The front desk staff were very friendly, and breakfast was nice too."
