The hotel must guarantee a hot water supply and shouldn't have any malfunctions. If there is a malfunction, it should be resolved immediately; it's unreasonable to have no hot water the next morning! Because we were going to catch a bus at noon, we didn't contact the hotel. I washed my hair yesterday morning and didn't shower last night, so I had no idea there was no hot water last night; otherwise, I would have contacted them then. (This morning, when I was washing up, my wife told me there was no hot water last night.) 6. There was no free bottled water each day; only one bottle was provided on the day of check-in. This makes no sense for a room rate of over 1400 RMB per day."
