1. The room was converted from an old building, and the space was fantastic! It was about 3.1 meters wide, very spacious, practically luxury level. The bathroom facilities were good. 2. The location was excellent, right next to the central square of Riga Cathedral, and another exit was 200 meters from the river. Convenient for getting anywhere in the old town. 3. The apartment-style kitchen was fully equipped, so we cooked our own breakfast and dinner for two days. 4. Unfortunately, the hotel doesn't have a restaurant and doesn't provide breakfast. 5. A major criticism is that there was no hot water on the second night, and it hadn't been restored this morning. This must be pointed out. The hotel must guarantee a hot water supply and shouldn't have any malfunctions. If there is a malfunction, it should be resolved immediately; it's unreasonable to have no hot water the next morning! Because we were going to catch a bus at noon, we didn't contact the hotel. I washed my hair yesterday morning and didn't shower last night, so I had no idea there was no hot water last night; otherwise, I would have contacted them then. (This morning, when I was washing up, my wife told me there was no hot water last night.) 6. There was no free bottled water each day; only one bottle was provided on the day of check-in. This makes no sense for a room rate of over 1400 RMB per day.

Beautiful aparthotel. Everything was so clean and felt brand new. It had everything you’d need for a simple few days, including plates, cutlery, and a fridge. Just note that there’s only a microwave for cooking. The pull-out chair was a bonus and surprisingly comfortable. The bathroom was gorgeous, and there’s also a great basic gym that’s spacious and well-equipped for a simple workout. The location was absolutely ideal. It’s a 10-20 minute walk to pretty much anywhere in Old Riga, with a grocery store just a one-minute walk away and plenty of restaurants nearby. It’s also a decent walk to the bus and train stations. Overall, a lovely, comfortable place to stay.

Everything is good to very good, but mattress smells of urine, and not just one spot, the entire surface, and that without any mattress cover. Will only come back if this is fixed

The breakfast was rich and very delicious. I didn't have to go to the restaurant because I ate too much breakfast. It was especially delicious like German potatoes.

The pluses: The room was super clean. The location is easy to get to the airport, bus terminal, downtown. And there is a small restaurant nearby with nice selection on the menu. The stuff is helpful and friendly. The minuses: The room is worn out. It needs a vacation or an upgrade. (But remember, it was still super clean!!!) The kitchen area is just scary. And I am not gonna add more descriptions to that. Nevertheless, I am greaful to have that scary kitchen. I was getting a cold, and it helped a lot to have the ability to boil the water several times for my throat. Will I stay there again? Yes. Because all I needed is a clean place to sleep and take a shower.

The location is bit far away from airport, but it is easy to go there by bus. There is supermarket or convenience store close to the hotel. The room is quite clean and the wifi is good, there is no air conditioner in the room, so it would be quite hot during the summer time.
