"Nice little hotel not far from the train station but also right on the bus route from the airport .
It was clean and we had a very good breakfast. It was a great location for walking into the centre which is on the way to the river. Good value for money and had a kettle in the room which I always like. Small supermarket right nearby as well.
Photo is of the bridge over the river. We had a lovely local meal just before the river for a very reasonable price."

"The area is so convenient, close to the city center and the metro...it takes about fifteen minutes to travel to the main sights of Toulouse, but we chose it fully aware of the facts. The hotel offers good value for money, especially the location. The room is spacious but the carpet is a bit old. Wi-Fi works fine. The room was very clean. But there is no elevator, so you can ask the staff to help you carry your luggage."

The hotel is only 800m from Toulouse Matabiau Railway Station and 9km from Toulouse Blagnac Airport, giving guests a number of convenient transportation options. Keeping busy is easy, with Interval Challenge, Manège De La Place Wilson and Manège all nearby. When guests have some time on their hands they can make use of the onsite facilities.
"I stayed at the Hotel Les Capitouls and was overall satisfied with my experience. The location is excellent — very central and perfect for exploring Toulouse on foot. The breakfast was also a real highlight, with a great selection and high quality.
On the downside, the rooms were quite noisy, with little sound insulation, and street noise was noticeable, especially at night. Additionally, one of the receptionists was somewhat unfriendly, which was a bit disappointing for a hotel of this standard.
In summary: great location and breakfast, but room for improvement in service and soundproofing."

"We had an excellent stay at Grand hotel. It is literally the very centre of the city which meant we could walk everywhere. In the square outside, there were sometimes events going on which we enjoyed watching from our room. We got a suite which had a beautiful bathroom. It was very clean and tidy."

The staff were so welcoming, kind and were so patient with me when I tried to conduct the check-in in French for practice. They stayed in French and were happy to repeat and speak slowly - thank you so much for your kindness! They also showed us the room and facilities personally, which was a lovely, welcoming touch. The room was comfortable and clean. Especially the bed was very comfortable. Good-size, hot shower I the en-suite bathroom. Good location, walkable to train station and central areas. The breakfast was also very good quality, and highly recommended. We would happily stay here again.

The hotel's location is superb, right on the central square with the Town Hall nearby. There's a public underground parking lot beneath the square, and plenty of dining and entertainment options in the vicinity. Most major attractions are within walking distance. The room facilities are complete, clean, and comfortable, with ample space and a nice view. The breakfast is exquisite and delicious, definitely recommended.

Great little hotel in Toulouse. Really convenient location for everything - 10 min walk from train station, 5 min walk to airport shuttle bus stop, 10 min walk to city centre.
Genuinely friendly and helpful staff!
Loved that you could grab a coffee and a pastry free of charge.
The room itself is on the small side but nice.
Amenities were good as well, including hair conditioner and body lotion.
The only thing I was slightly annoyed by was the location of the light switches - you open the door to the bathroom, realise that the light’s not on, start fumbling around for the switch, but can’t find it because it’s covered by the door you just opened)
Also there aren’t many power outlets, I had to unplug the hotel phone to plug in my charger

The hotel is located very close to the city center. The staff is very kind, the rooms are large, spacious, clean, and the swimming pool is a great advantage. Clean pool, clean water, and the perfect terrace to sit and drink a coffee. Was verry nice!

The location is great : next to a metro station and a car parking, about 10 minutes from the center town by feet and 2 minutes from the wonderful japonese garden 🏮

Guest UserThe place is beautiful, elegant, and welcoming. The room was spotless, very cozy, and excellently lit. The parking is right under the window, so you can't miss it. You have to arrive early for breakfast or you'll miss it, haha, but it's well worth it. The green area is very, very pleasant and relaxing.
I will definitely return in the summer.

The hosting was a bit strange because I am a gold member in this chain, but I didn't book via their site ... also staff told me that I had no right to my usual privileges.
The hotel is in a good position.
Excellent breakfast with regional quality products.
The room is a little small for 3 people, but quietly, in a city full !

Great Place to stay! Breakfast looks a little différent than in the photos online but is still ok. The only thing i was missing was a proper coffee machine.
Room had no AC but nevertheless had a perfect température.

Location was excellent and the staff were all very polite and friendly n spoke English. There were however mosquitoes in my room which I could get rid of n it was annoying.
The staff were also helpful in booking a taxi for me for my trip to Toulouse airport.
I would definitely recommend the hotel to my friends and return to stay if I’m back in Toulouse again.
They also allowed me to store my luggage after I checked out .
