Great experience at Taj Mahal Tower, from the check in, to the room service, to the breakfast variety and restaurant food everything was superb. Located just outside India gate. The little touches like the traditional welcome and the complimentary heritage tour make it all the more special. The room service staff were friendly and nothing was too much effort for them. I would definitely recommend it if you want a relaxing high end stay in Mumbai.

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at whilst on vacation in India. The staff is really friendly and attentive. The breakfast selection was also really amazing. Situated next to the Palladium mall which was really convenient.

It was a great experience. The restaurants are nice albeit you need to be sure if you like the authetic flavours from South Indian cuisine. As the paneer dish tasted a bit bitter due to different spices used in South Indian cuisine. Overall, great hotel and it is a peaceful to be in the large high ceiling lobby.

New hotel, very close to the airport. Took a small auto-rickshaw for 100 rupees and arrived in just five minutes. The room is quite small but has everything you need and is relatively clean. The staff are also polite. The only thing is, during breakfast, a young waitress will come and ask you for a like/good review.

We recently stayed at The Westin to celebrate my wife Ritika’s birthday, and I must say – the entire experience was wonderful. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality and attention to detail were impressive. A special thanks to Jasmina, who took care of every arrangement perfectly. Her efforts truly made the occasion memorable for us. The decor, the room setup, and the overall vibe reflected warmth and elegance. The entire staff was courteous, well-behaved, and extremely professional. Everyone made sure we felt welcomed and comfortable throughout our stay. The room facilities were quite good, and the front desk staff were polite. Check-in was convenient and efficient. The breakfast had a wide variety of choices. The hotel is also very close to the airport, making travel easy.

The yoga courses and Zimbabwe courses are not there but they will pretend that they are there. I asked 4 times to get the schedules through email but that email never came . Be careful cause the security at swimming pool is just like a decoration cause everyone can enter without having the room card to the swimming pool area by just jumping in while some clients are entering. And maybe there is a collaboration with the staff because actually in such beggars clothes how can they pass unobservant even the main door of the reception of the hotel! They have strict policies about cancellation which normally all the other marriotts of the world have..specially with clients who have diamond and travel genius highest level as vip clients .they dont consider that they stayed the entire week 7 days and it can happen that the last day some unpredictable work thing can happen. The 24 /7 service is just a fake thing cause if you call at a normal 10 pm the person's who ll pick up the phone after a LONG wait they still make you wait for the next morning for the concerned person to come and ask. They say ”we ll call you back but that call never comes” .

Stayed here for a business trip. The hotel's location is excellent, really close to the airport which makes getting around super convenient. There's also a shopping mall nearby, so it's great for some retail therapy. The service was top-notch too. I'd definitely consider staying here again next time.

Stayed at Hilton Mumbai International Airport recently and had a very pleasant experience. The hotel has a beautiful heritage-style ambiance and is conveniently located near the airport, which made travel very easy. Rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable with all essential amenities. The staff was polite and helpful throughout the stay. The breakfast spread had a good variety and quality. The pool and overall facilities were well maintained. Overall, it was a relaxing and comfortable stay, and I would definitely recommend it for both business and leisure travelers.

Great staff, especially at the breakfast place and door entry. Room needs updating. Sound insulation is lacking. I was daily woken up by the talks of the room service people starting at 7am.
