"This is my 2nd time stay in this hotel snd the service is very good. Location of the hotel is convenient too and very near CSMIA T2 airport. The staff are courteous, friendly and helpful. The breakfast is local cuisine and sumptuous and fresh. Even the restaurant staff service is good. The room that we stayed in was well maintained and clean with comfortable bed and AC. Will consider staying in this hotel in my future trips."

"Amazing hotel. Great pool and spacious rooms. The executive room has enough space and amazing view. The buffet breakfast and dinner has a kings spread - lot of variety and all taste great. Check-in is a bit slow but understandable as it is India’s largest hotel. Special mention to Anshu at reception who is so welcoming and was best friends with our daughter. Overal you cannot go wrong!"

"A solid hotel in the ”old” part of Mumbai. Location is great - close to the metro station with a direct connection to the airport. Nothing to complain about in terms of staff attitude, cleanliness or amenities. My room was good. The only downside about the room is the AC location: right in front of the bed, and it blows directly at you. Please also keep in mind that there's active construction works literally behind the wall. They finish by 9 PM, but a day time nap or just a chill in the room just won't happen."

"I stayed here for a nearby meditation retreat and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is very clean, but the standout feature is the incredible staff. From the doorman and front desk to the room service and dining waiters, everyone was so welcoming and always served me with a smile. They were also very accommodating with my meals, kindly providing less spicy food options upon request. A truly friendly and comfortable environment—I highly recommend it!"

"Facilities: Newly renovated hotel 🏨, with Wi-Fi and complimentary bottled water. Service: Called the front desk 📞, and they responded very quickly. Hygiene: Quite clean and tidy. "A rather depressing place, much like Mumbai itself. The building exterior is completely dilapidated, and the surrounding streets and structures look like slums. The hotel is on the 2nd floor, accessed by a steep staircase with no elevator. The hotel itself is clean but quite basic. The rooms are tiny, and the windows are small. It's tolerable, but not for $60 a night. The linen is old but clean, housekeeping is good, and the staff are helpful and always ready to assist, which is a plus. Breakfast consists of two eggs cooked however you like, juice, and tea served in unwashed cups. Verdict: Not worth staying here, even though it's in the city center (and the Taj Palace isn't worth it either – step outside and you're met with squalor, poverty, and rats). It's simply not worth the money. Choose modern chain hotels near the airport and take a taxi into the city center."

"The hotel is located very close to the international airport, which is convenient. However, on the day I visited, there was a road blockage which was not shown on Google Maps. My driver asked me to get down and walk, which I declined, and instead we had to take a 2.5 km detour to reach the lobby. The staff explained that this was due to government work and that even they had to commute the same way. At the front desk, service felt a bit cold. For example, guests are asked to collect their own welcome drink, which is fine, but not something I’ve experienced at other Mumbai properties. I also tried calling the restaurant and service desk multiple times for dinner, but no one picked up. On the positive side, they did offer me a complimentary breakfast, which was a nice gesture. Overall, cleanliness was good and the hotel is decent if you just need a convenient stay while transiting through the international airport. For leisure purposes, however, I would recommend avoiding this hotel."

Overall, it was a relaxing and comfortable stay, and I would definitely recommend it for both business and leisure travelers."
