ММАРИЯ 1007We stayed in a club room on the 15th floor! Excellent service and living conditions! There's a constant stream of people in the lobby on the ground floor, as it's a historic hotel. The breakfast was good, but the room was a bit dark. The pool was crowded, noisy, and uncomfortable. We highly recommend spending at least one night in Manila's very first hotel!

Breakfast: Very rich and comprehensive, with everything you could ask for.
The front desk, security, guards, and restaurant staff all greeted us with smiles, which added so much to the experience. It was absolutely wonderful! 👍🏻

The location is very convenient — just a short distance from Rizal Park, Intramuros, and shopping areas like Robinsons Place Manila. It made moving around the city easy without long travel time.
The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, perfect for resting after a full day of walking around Manila. What stood out the most was the hospitality of the staff — they were friendly, accommodating, and always ready to help.
If you’re looking for a hotel that balances comfort, location, and affordability, this is definitely a good option when staying in Manila.

DDingdong RosalesAffordable hotel at the heart of Manila Chinatown! If you want to experience Manila Chinatown, the world's oldest chinatown, then the Ramada is the best place to start. I took a Binondo Food crawl and decided to book a room so I can fully enjoy Binondo. The room was quite spacious, wide doors and hallways (good access for people on wheelchairs), and quiet. Surprisingly very quiet! Despite it's very central and busy location, I was able to sleep and rest quietly. Aside from the occasional church bell, you won't really hear much of the noise from downstairs. As yu step out of the hotel lobby, you will be welcomed by the hustle and bustle of Binondo. Food stalls and restaurants everywhere. It is a gastronomic adventure and a shopper's paradise. Just a few steps away from the long lines of foodies are bazaars and shops where you can find anything from clothes to jewelry to Chinese charms.
At the top of the hotel is Mento, their in-house dining spot, their breakfast buffet is decent but nothing too exciting. You may skip this and go straight outside, you'll need your appetite to fully experience all the food choices available. Just be ready to fall in line for minutes, some really popula shops have lines that go for hours!
Overall the hotel is nice, comfortable and quiet. It may feel a bit old, and could use some refurbishing, but I say that's part of the Binondo charm. Old city, rich in tradition, but feels quite like home.

GGuest UserMy family and I stayed at this hotel for 1 night. what we noticed is the nice interior design of their lobby at the 4th floor and the friendly staff. We liked that they also have sauna facilities and an inner patio/park at the 5th floor that serves as the view of surrounding rooms. My kids loved their calamansi drink during breakfast. It is also convenient that the hotel has a connecting way to Lucky Chinatown Mall..Few things that we noticed that they can improve on would be:
-Their breakfast selection (maybe add cereals for kids)
- TV cable needs auto configure everytime you turn them on
-Spa area needs to be maintained and should have at least 1 staff manning the place.
Given a chance, we will be staying again in the future.
