GGuest UserOur stay at this lovely hotel was very nice. It is located close to shopping, restaurants and easy access to the interstate loop for getting around Charlotte. The room was a one bedroom suite. It was set up well for accommodation of the three of our party. Very clean and quiet. The breakfast was very tasty. We enjoyed our weekend stay & would choose the same location upon further travels.

GGuest UserI like safety car park, and I get bedroom/living room are separated., rooms are clean, Staff and Night bartender very friendly foods is good. But breakfast price is not including coffee!! I not mind to pay $4 for a cup of coffee. But most hotels are breakfast price have coffee included (plus breakfast not a buffet.)

MMs Envy AllofmeWe traveled to Charlotte for my 17 yr old daughter birthday. The hotel is next door to Southgate Mall. There's plenty of fine dining within walking distance of the hotel & the hotel has a nice restaurant in it as well. Room was spacious & clean. We also enjoyed time at the pool. I would book again for sure.

GGuest UserThe room was spacious and clean, and the concierge gave us cookies when we checked in. There was water tea and coffee complimentary in the room. We were there for a concert at the spectrum center, which is only about a 5 minute walk away. The restaurants and cafes around are all very good as well.
