Nice hotel, will stay back.

Breakfast is the same every day, and the location is next to Syracuse University. The decoration facilities of the hotel are relatively outdated and the bed is too soft. We booked it for 4 days. We couldn't stand it until the third day and we had to change the hotel. Ctrip’s policy on room reservations is not flexible enough. When encountering special circumstances, they need to communicate with the hotel. They will refuse directly. We negotiate with the hotel and the hotel basically agrees to refund one day’s room rate. As long as Ctrip communicates with them, it’s fine. Ctrip customers directly Tell us that because we ordered no refunds, we can't communicate and feel depressed.

One of the few hotels in Syracuse is also the most expensive booked in this trip to the US East. It is more expensive than New York and Washington, but the room is also large and the suite is set. The biggest highlight of the hotel is that the bedding is comfortable, silk quilt, sleep well, breakfast and dinner order are good

No room service during the pandemic!

This is an older 3-star hotel. The fixtures and facilities look a bit dated, yet the overall atmosphere inside is cozy and comfortable. It’s totally worth staying if you don’t mind slightly worn furnishings. There are shopping malls and diverse restaurants nearby, making dining and shopping super convenient. On-site parking is hassle-free, and the rooms are quiet for a solid rest. It serves as an ideal overnight transit stop when driving from New York to Niagara Falls. The rates are reasonably priced with great value for money, and I would book this hotel again on my next road trip
