"The location is a bit far, but the hotel has fantastic views and a private beach. The breakfast was plentiful, and we had a spacious, private room. The only downside was that the facilities were a bit dated; otherwise, everything else was perfect."

"Check in was smooth. Villa was big, love the spacious living room. Unfortunately need to improve on housekeeping cleanliness. There was a standing stack of cigarette ash left on the dining table beside the pool. There was unwashed coffe stain on the rim of the coffee mug, no stirrer was provided for the coffee and tea satchets, not thoughtful. We hardly use the 3rd floor so cant comment. You need to move the furniture yourself if you wanna sit outside on the 3rd flr. Master bedroom was huge, with view of the sea. Toiletrie, dental kits were provided. The toilet door was abit faulty, could not close properly..sigh.. Bathroom wall looked mouldy/ dirty. We were greeted by thunderstorm the next morning, the wait for buggy took more than 15min in the morning--breakfast peak + inclement weather. Water started seeping into the 2nd flr landing during the pour, and water was dripping from the bathroom...itz crazy..fortunately we were checking out that day already.. Cant comment on other facilities as we didnt get to try..will i go again...maybe after their next round of refurbishment."

"I had a wonderful stay at the hotel with my husband and son, where I celebrated my birthday. The room was clean and comfortable, and all staff were courteous and attentive. Special thanks to the General Manager, Mr. Bart, for being kind and approachable. It is no wonder the team is excellent under your leadership. Thank you as well for the complimentary drinks. I also commend Pritty for her excellent service at the restaurant. The food was very good, especially the carbonara. I truly appreciate the thoughtful birthday greeting from Zamzam, Noven, Aura, and the rest of the team. Thank you to the front desk and all staff for the warm hospitality."

"The hospitality from this place was awesome. From the drivers to the spa staff, receptionist, security, F&B and even room and mantainence. They're polite and friendly and will always find time to chat or give you recommendations to explore the city. The place was well maintained, with a few newly added accomodations. The food was great too! We loved the variety even though we were there for 3 days, our breakfast was never the same. A fair range of activities. They're highly responsive if you drop them a message on their website, they will connect with you via WhatsApp and requests are very seamless! Plus point, it's elderly friendly as they have buggies to take you to anywhere within the resort."

"The staff were the highlight of the stay — consistently polite, humble, and attentive, providing excellent service throughout. Unfortunately, the villa itself was quite run down and appeared to lack proper upkeep and maintenance, which was disappointing given my expectations. There is insufficient power plug for phone / tablet charging. The breakfast spread was decent, with a reasonable variety of options to start the day. Overall, while the service was excellent, the condition of the villa fell short of expectations. Would I return? No."

"An Amazing Wellness Retreat — We Can’t Wait to Return! We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Nirup Island. From the moment we arrived, the team went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They helped with our luggage, arranged our speedboat transfers seamlessly, and even provided buggy rides around the island — including from our yoga classes to the padel courts. The service was exceptional throughout our stay. Housekeeping was impeccable, with daily turndown service and beautifully maintained rooms that were always spotless and comfortable. Breakfast offered a great variety of choices, and one of the highlights was the incredible wellness programme. Every morning we could start the day with yoga, Pilates, and other wellness activities, making this feel like a true wellness retreat rather than just a resort stay. The padel court is simply breathtaking, surrounded by endless sea views, and the beach is equally beautiful. We visited during the low season, so the island felt peaceful, exclusive, and uncrowded — exactly what we were looking for. Watching the sunset here was magical, and every corner of the island felt relaxing and rejuvenating. We loved our experience so much that we’ll definitely be bringing our family and friends on our next visit. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable. We will most certainly be back!"

"We stayed for 3 nights. Some mixed feelings about the hotel, but happy overall. Positives: - Very friendly and helpful staff - Lovely location - Free pick up from the ferry terminal - We were upgraded to two sea-view rooms (only paid for one upgrade and one free) because our family and children needed two conjoined rooms. - Requested a late check out and given one extra hour. - Rooms were good and had all the basic amenities - Great pool - Good rates Some negatives - Breakfast was kinda disappointing. On our first morning, there wasn’t even a buffet spread. Instead we were given menus without many options to order from. I guess they didn’t have enough guests to warrant preparing a breakfast buffet. But the buffets returned for the next days. Again, basic options without too many choices. Expected a bit more, but can’t complain too much for the price. - Water from the bathroom often leaked out into the bathroom, leaving the entire floor often wet. - Lots of mice running around loudly in the attic. Overall, 4.5/5 experience. Would recommend."

"We had an absolutely incredible stay at Kiki Beach Resort! The location is stunning, but what truly sets this place apart is the exceptional service. Every single staff member we encountered was incredibly warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. You can really tell the workers take pride in making guests feel at home. The food was another massive highlight—absolutely delicious, fresh, and beautifully prepared. Every meal was a treat! If I could make one tiny suggestion for an otherwise perfect setup: since the toilets have a beautiful open-concept design, it would be amazing if the resort could consider placing a bottle of bug repellent in there for guests to use. Thank you to the amazing team at Kiki Beach for an unforgettable getaway. We will definitely be back!"
