The hotel's location is superb, just a few minutes' walk from Sanyuanqiao subway station. The front desk staff were incredibly efficient, making the check-in process quick and seamless. The room, though not large, was clean, tidy, and well-maintained, with a smart layout. The bedding and pillows were very comfortable.

Located on a main city road, it offers excellent connectivity for getting around, with very convenient transfers. The staff are warm and friendly, providing meticulous and thoughtful service. The restaurant's food is delicious and fresh, with authentic ingredients. The smart robot is flexible and useful, providing efficient and hassle-free deliveries. The complimentary drinks selection is extensive and available anytime. Overall, a truly wonderful stay.

I'd seen this hotel before but never had the chance to stay, so I finally got to experience it this time. The city view room had an absolutely stunning view, and with good weather, I could take tons of photos during the blue hour. Liu Shujun at the front desk handled my check-in quickly and professionally, and her service attitude was excellent~ (Take the escalator to the 3rd floor for check-in at the front desk, then the elevator to your room~) It was very quiet, with great soundproofing, so I could get a good night's sleep!

My business trip stay at Atour S was absolutely perfect. The overall design is sleek and minimalist, and the lobby's Bamboo House (Zhuju) bookstore is wonderfully quiet. The guest rooms are spotless, featuring deep sleep mattresses and smart home controls that are incredibly convenient. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, and the檜木 (Hinoki wood) toiletries were a thoughtful touch. But what really won me over was the 'Late-Night Congee Service' (Shenye Zhou Dao): freshly prepared hot congee with side dishes served every night from 9:30 PM to 11:00 PM. Coming back late and having a warm bowl of congee was incredibly comforting. The front desk service was gentle and attentive, and the 24-hour gym and self-service laundry facilities were excellent. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices. This hotel truly combines a sophisticated, humanistic feel with warm, attentive service. It's my top choice for accommodation when traveling, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time.

My recent stay at the Crowne Plaza Beijing Sun Palace far exceeded my expectations. The hotel's strong Yunnan-inspired decor is truly unique, and the guest rooms are spacious and comfortable with expansive views and excellent amenities. What truly surprised me, however, was the exceptional service from two staff members, who completely turned around a small issue we encountered at the start of our stay. On the evening of our arrival, we were bothered by mosquitoes in our room. After we reported it, the duty manager, **Fei, immediately came to our room. He didn't make excuses but patiently listened to our concerns with a sincere and humble attitude. He quickly provided a solution – not only did he change our room, but he also thoughtfully provided mosquito coils. The entire handling process was professional and efficient, and his calming words were perfectly delivered, instantly dispelling our dissatisfaction and making us feel respected and valued. Front Office Assistant Manager Angel also followed up with a very sincere and comprehensive review the next day, which deserves commendation! Our room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the Yunnan-themed decorative details were exquisite. The breakfast offered a rich variety, and the Yunnanese snacks were particularly distinctive. Aside from the initial room adjustment, everything else was perfect. Special thanks to Manager **Fei and Assistant Manager Angel for their outstanding service. They truly embody the Crowne Plaza brand values with their professionalism and sincerity. Next time I'm in Beijing, I will definitely choose this hotel again!

Overall, it was pretty good. The front desk staff were very friendly and patient. However, there was an unpleasant odor in the hallway. You should expect a small room; it's practically just enough space for a bed, extremely small. There wasn't even room for a backpack. Shower time was limited to 15 minutes, followed by a 30-minute wait for hot water. Soundproofing was so-so, but it's very close to the subway, so transportation is fairly convenient.

The breakfast was plentiful and delicious, with a great variety and excellent taste. The staff were warm and attentive, making for a fantastic experience. The hotel environment is beautiful, with a university sports field right outside the window, bringing back many youthful memories during my walks. The atmosphere was wonderful, and my stay was very comfortable~

I booked this hotel because it was new, and I went in with a 'let's see what happens' attitude! Turned out to be full of pleasant surprises! Much better than expected! It's a 30-minute taxi ride from Beijing Capital Airport T2. The Liufang subway station is just a 5-minute walk away! I cycled to Yonghe Temple in just over 10 minutes! A taxi to the Forbidden City takes 30 minutes! It's also about a 10-minute taxi ride to Pop Mart Land, which is very convenient as it's within the Third Ring Road! So, I stayed for three nights and then extended for another three! Right downstairs, there's a McDonald's and a 'Kangyan Shang Roubing Dawang' (a local pancake restaurant). Facilities: The smart heated toilet seat was a hit with my child, who found it very comfortable. There's also a laundry room with dryers on the sixth floor! The room even has a mini-fridge! Essential for keeping drinks cold when traveling in summer! Cleanliness: Housekeeping cleaned every day. Environment: Comfortable and tidy! The bed is a 2-meter king-size, so there was plenty of space even with a child. Service: Always responsive to requests. Highly recommended for a family trip to Beijing, especially during the summer holidays!!!

The cleaning lady on the second floor was incredibly diligent every day; coming back after work to a spotless room felt so comfortable. All the amenities, like the hairdryer, were fully stocked.
