I booked a luxury king room for one night. Ctrip stated the room size was 40-45 square meters, but realistically, room 2129 felt more like 20 square meters at best. There's no way it was 40-45 square meters; I feel like I completely wasted over 1400 RMB. The bathroom didn't have a bathtub, only a shower and toilet. The sink area was also tiny, not even big enough to put a makeup bag on. For a room costing over 1400 RMB with breakfast included, it felt more like a 3 or 4-star hotel in the 400-600 RMB range the moment I walked in. My business partners have offices in this building, and international colleagues have stayed here before. This hotel is also on the pricier side compared to others in the area, so I thought it would be very upscale. I chose to stay here the night before an early meeting nearby, but the overall experience was quite poor. The room size and facilities are not comparable to other five-star hotels at all. Furthermore, the bar right next to the front desk on the first floor was incredibly noisy at night, like a street food stall, completely lacking the ambiance expected of a five-star hotel. I'm not sure what this hotel's positioning is. The air conditioning in the room was extremely loud, making it almost impossible to sleep with it on. The curtains also had very poor blackout, and I was woken up at 5 AM by the light leaking through. Moreover, when an international colleague stayed here, they mentioned the air conditioning might not have been cleaned, as they started coughing on the second day and were later diagnosed with a lung infection. I strongly recommend the hotel clean its air conditioning regularly and promptly, and provide accurate room information to avoid misleading consumers!

The location is fantastic. It's only a 16-minute walk to China World Trade Center and The Place is right next door. There are also plenty of great restaurants nearby, for example, a branch of Siji Minfu (Peking Duck) is just a 14-minute walk away – a shame I didn't have time to go this trip. The complex itself has some convenient shops and you can even sit outside for a quiet meal. The hotel shares a large green space with the community downstairs, which is really pleasant. It offers the best of both worlds: bustling city life outside, and a peaceful retreat inside – truly a different side of Beijing living. The service was excellent; the front desk staff, especially one young lady, was very enthusiastic and patiently helped me with my laundry and other requests. If I'm traveling solo again, I would definitely choose to stay here.

We chose Beijing for our high school graduation trip, and stayed at this hotel for five nights out of our six-day journey. Since it was before the peak summer season, the price was quite reasonable, and the overall experience was very smooth! The hotel's hygiene and cleanliness were excellent. I didn't experience any skin discomfort during our five-night stay (though this can vary for different people). The robot delivery for takeout was prompt and convenient; no need to go downstairs. The hotel breakfast offered a good variety of both Chinese and Western options. It wasn't just generic pre-made food; the dishes were fresh. We stayed in a twin room. The room had good natural light, and the window size was appropriate. Some rooms seemed to face office buildings, while others faced the road, but overall it was quiet. The air conditioning made a slight noise, but it didn't significantly affect our sleep. The laundry room on the second floor was well-equipped with washing, drying, and steam ironing facilities. You could do it yourself or leave your laundry card for staff to assist. Also, we requested room cleaning every day after we left. Coming back in the evening to a tidy room was a pleasant feeling, and they never moved our luggage around. Issues were resolved promptly. One evening, our key card wouldn't open the door, and someone came upstairs to fix it very quickly. Additionally, opposite the front desk on the first floor, there's a coffee machine, ice dispenser, small fridge, and lemon water, all with disposable cups provided – very convenient. There are many shopping malls near the hotel. Across the street is a 24-hour Lawson convenience store. A bit further is a mall called 'Saite +' (赛特+), which isn't huge but has everything you need, making it quite practical for daily life. If you don't want to go too far but want to eat at a restaurant, you can check the food establishments on the map in advance. The subway is about 600 meters away, I think? There's a shared bike parking spot right downstairs, so you can cycle if you don't want to walk. Plus, the subway is Line 1, which makes it easy to get anywhere. There's also a Mixue Bingcheng (蜜雪冰城) nearby~ For taxis, the pick-up point is directly at the hotel entrance, so it's easy to find.

The location is excellent, close to everything. The hygiene is great, and the toilet is a smart one. They offer free laundry with washing and drying facilities. The front desk staff are also incredibly nice. Overall, it's really good, and I'll definitely book this place again next time I'm in Beijing!

The location is pretty good, near the financial district. However, this is the first time I've encountered a hotel of this caliber where the mini-bar had no drinks. I was quite shocked when I felt unwell in the middle of the night and wanted a carbonated drink but couldn't find any 😱. I called the hotel (using the number linked directly on Trip.com) from outside because of an issue, and they said it was the main switchboard and they needed to transfer me to the front desk. They were all busy, so they asked me to leave my number and said they'd get back to me later. But I never heard back. These two points really don't match the service level expected of a five-star hotel!

Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by Aria at the front desk. She was incredibly helpful with my luggage and made the check-in process incredibly smooth and efficient. She even thoughtfully reminded me of breakfast times and elevator locations. Her soft-spoken and detailed service, coupled with her genuine hospitality, truly made a fantastic first impression – the front desk service alone deserves five stars! Such a pleasant welcome made my stay very comfortable, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time.

This Orange Crystal hotel is my top choice when shopping in Sanlitun. The location is unbeatable, just a few minutes' walk to Taikoo Li, and super convenient for metro access. Despite being in a bustling area, it's surprisingly quiet. The overall design has a light luxury vibe, creating a wonderful ambiance. The lobby has a sophisticated scent, and the rooms are clean with no strange odors, plus the soundproofing is excellent. All rooms are equipped with smart amenities, and the Sealy mattress is soft and aids sleep. The bathroom features a dry/wet separation and high-quality toiletries, and the mini-bar drinks are complimentary. The front desk staff are efficient and enthusiastic, and housekeeping is meticulous and attentive. The breakfast buffet offers a rich variety of both Chinese and Western options. There's also a 24-hour gym and self-service laundry room, covering all needs for both shopping and travel, ensuring comfort and convenience. My stay was perfect, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Sanlitun.

The hotel's location is excellent, just east of Guomao. It's a three-minute bike ride to Line 6, which is super convenient. Plus, the price is very reasonable, making it a great place to stay. The hotel facilities are comprehensive, with a spacious gym and laundry room in the basement. The decor is quite modern. Cleanliness: The room was spotlessly cleaned by the auntie, and the bed was tidy. The auntie was also very friendly and deserves a thumbs up. The 'Xiaodu' smart assistant in the room can control the air conditioning, curtains, and lights, which is quite fun.
