SstormkunisWhat an absolutely incredible hotel ! I am blown away with how helpful the staff were and how caring , I was leaving on the last day at 4am and a manager made me breakfast to take with me , I have had the best 5 nights away , the room was incredible ,food incredible location is perfect as you are literally 8 mins walk from two of the nicest beaches in Ksamil ,
The staff helped with food recommendations ,and tours and places to visit , and if I needed anything they were so happy to help , I will most definitely be telling all of my friends and family to stay here if they venture here ,and I hope to come back soon
I want to send a massive thank you and send my gratitude to everyone ,thank you so so much for making a solo traveller feel less alone

VVan BidenOperated by a charming family who are attentive to your every need. The facilities, both external (pool, terrace, etc.) and the rooms, are very clean and new. All rooms have balconies with great views, whether facing the pool or the beach area. The breakfast is abundant and varied. The staff are very helpful. The atmosphere is very peaceful, perfect for an area with so much tourist activity. This is the best hotel we stayed at during our vacation in Albania (we stayed at 5). Unbeatable value for money. We would return without hesitation. Thank you Duka's Hotel.

SSarah McClementHotel was absolutely lovely. Really modern and clean. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice as well. The only downside is it is a bit further out than I would like but even so it's only 15 mins walk to most places

The pool is a great asset and we were lucky to get a sea view room.
The owners couldn’t have been more helpful .

SSebastianAs for the hotel, nothing to say, super good facilities. The downside is that the night we arrived, we arrived after check-in time (due to the delay of our flight), and despite having notified the situation in advance, they did not want to give us a solution. It wasn't until we arrived and insisted a little that in the end they sent us to an ”apart hotel” very close and they assumed the cost. We understand that at that time the system did not allow them to give us our room, but having notified us 4 hours in advance, I think they could have done something more to help us, in short, there was not so much collaboration and desire to help from the hotel. Other than that, it was a good stay.
