AAnonymous UserThe room is very warm, spacious and bright. It just happens that we live in the back. The view is very wide. Sleeping at night will not feel noisy. It is very quiet. The front desk check-in is also very fast. When we have any needs in the middle of the night, such as water delivery, the hotel aunts will send it to feel the first time. Warm, this is also this trip, choose a very good hotel, I will come back next time.

Xiaokong Xiao Xu Xiao Zhang are very good, the hotel has laundry equipment, the toilet is automatically flushed. Breakfast is also good, next time I will book this hotel, five-star praise.

AAnonymous UserDue to a sudden downpour at Xiaoqikong Scenic Area, we had to change our travel plans and ended up visiting Huangguoshu Waterfall and Zhijin Cave. This hotel was a last-minute booking, but it completely exceeded our expectations. The facilities are quite new, and the place is spotlessly clean. What really stood out was the exceptional service from the front desk staff. They proactively helped my child with popcorn and even adjusted the size of a traditional ethnic hat with a clip when we borrowed the costumes. We truly felt like honored guests.

GGuest UserThis stay experience exceeded expectations! The hotel is in a great location, the surrounding transportation is convenient, and the subway station can be reached in 5 minutes on foot. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and skin-friendly, the smart toilet and small voice control were super intimate. The breakfast is rich in variety, and the freshly cooked wontons and local specialty snacks are surprising. Especially to praise the front desk Xiao Wang, not only helped us upgrade the room type for free, but also patiently recommended the surrounding attractions. High cost performance, will choose here next time!

There is no breakfast, but you can eat in the staff restaurant on the first floor for 10 yuan per person. GGuest UserThe room was clean. In Bijie, it felt like staying at a Marriott, truly the best hotel here. A big thank you to the lobby manager. Even though we, as older guests, are very sensitive to noise when staying in hotels, the manager was incredibly respectful and provided timely, patient service, satisfying our needs and resolving issues, no matter how impatient we might have seemed. Thank you. I also want to thank the Marriott restaurant for their service, abundant breakfast, and unique dinner, all with excellent hygiene. Having a Marriott hotel in Bijie is like having the Baili Azalea Scenic Area – famous and wonderful. The stay experience was excellent!

XXteroI enjoyed my first night so much that i extended my stay. Rooms and service were still top notch. When i left the hotel and arrived at my next destination, 200kms away, i noticed i forgot my passport and wallet with cash inside. My heart stopped and i started panicking. Fortunately, the staff quickly found my passport and money. They ordered an SF, to ship overnight express my passport to my location and it arrived promptly. My cash couldn’t be sent. So the hotel staff sent me the money electronically. I would’ve been stranded and living on the street unsure of what to do, but the staff at 水西 calmly guided and resolved the issue. I’ll never forget how much they helped me. 10000 stars!
