Excellent
Tianyue Grand Hotel is definitely going into my list of top hotels i’ve stayed at thus far. The ambience of the hotel was great, the environment was nice, breakfast had a good spread & more importantly the service and hospitality here was incredible. The staff who attended to me went above and beyond to make this stay feel like home & I’ve really not come across any hotel with such service. Moreover, there are also complimentary fruit bowls, light snacks & wantons provided for guests throughout the duration of your stay. After checkout, the staff also gave some light snacks and drinks as a gesture of appreciation. Overall, it was a memorable stay & I 10/10 would recommend this hotel to any travellers coming to Cangzhou.

This is a traditional style Chinese hotel, nice condition and helpful staff. Clean and close to where I needed to be. Only issue I had with hotel is there is no coffee at the breakfast buffet.

The facilities are new and the hygiene is good. The parking lot is large, the view is nice, the breakfast is OK, the floor is heated, it is so hot in winter that you have to wear short sleeves and open the window, the smart toilet is also hot, the service staff are very friendly, but the smart check-in is inconvenient, not faster than manual, and not very easy to use. There is no disabled access, it is too steep, I can't push it down and I dare not go down, there are a lot of steps. Healthy people have no other problems.

First and foremost, I will remember the friendliness of the staff. The building is a bit old, but passable. It is located out of the city center and within an industrial zone, but I became satisfied with the location when I found out that just a few hundred meters away is a street with many busy restaurants. Hungry tummy approved. I did not go, but there is a club just next door which must be convenient if you want to party. The parking is spatious, so if you come by car you shouldn't have problems.
