Firstly, Hanting Hotel's location was superb. It was conveniently situated in the heart of the city, making it easily accessible to popular attractions and public transportation. This was a major plus point for me, as I could explore the city effortlessly. Upon arrival, the reception staff greeted me warmly and check-in was smooth and efficient. The hotel's lobby exuded a modern and clean atmosphere, which was quite welcoming. Furthermore, the hotel's security measures were commendable, ensuring a safe environment for all guests. My room at Hanting Hotel was cozy and adequately furnished. The bed was comfortable, offering a good night's sleep after a long day of exploring. However, I did notice that the room lacked proper sound insulation, as I could hear noises from the hallway and neighboring rooms. This impacted my sleep quality slightly. The cleanliness of the room was generally satisfactory, although there were a few areas that could have been better maintained. The bathroom, while functional, could benefit from some upgrades to enhance the overall experience. In terms of amenities, Hanting Hotel provided basic facilities such as Wi-Fi, which was reliable and allowed me to stay connected throughout my stay. However, I found the lack of a mini-fridge or a coffee/tea maker in the room to be a drawback, as it limited my convenience and comfort. GGuest UserJust arrived to check in, the beauty at the front desk, Yue Xuan, poured two cups of hot tea for us, warm tea and her enthusiasm immediately drove the cold outside, The room facilities are complete, the supplies are clean and tidy, the mattress and pillows give a big praise, as always comfortable More praiseworthy is that the mobile phone and ID card fell in the room when checking out. Banyan Tree immediately contacted us and gave a big praise 👍 to one.

Llatvia3437An absolutely wonderful stay! I especially want to highlight and thank Jim, the customer service manager, for his help with the room temperature throughout my visit. On my first night, it was nearly 1 AM, and I couldn't sleep because the room was too warm. Jim responded to my WeChat message instantly. He immediately sent someone with a fan and ice to cool down the room. First thing the next morning, I told him it was still hot and asked if he could open the windows to air out the room during the day. Instead, he promptly arranged a suite upgrade for me. He also committed to keeping me updated all day on how he was managing the temperature in the new room to ensure maximum comfort. He even waited for me to arrive at the hotel at 10 AM, showed me the room, and made sure I was satisfied before helping me pack and move my luggage. Before leaving, he proactively offered a late checkout so I could get some proper rest. His service was incredibly thoughtful, proactive, and genuinely focused on the guest's needs. I haven't experienced this level of service in many years. Beyond that, the hotel is very new, and the toiletries are Byredo. My stay was very quiet and comfortable. I'll definitely be back!

KKakaxiThis hotel was a pleasant surprise! It really lives up to five-star standards. The lobby is huge, and the decor is incredibly high-spec. They even upgraded us to a family room for free, which felt like it was over 40 square meters. The cleanliness is on par with a five-star hotel, and it has a large bay window that lets in a lot of comfortable natural light. The bathroom is also very spacious, with both a bathtub and a shower. For the price, this is genuinely one of the most value-for-money hotels I've ever stayed in. Plus, the subway station is right outside, and it's within walking distance of the zoo where you can see the snow monkeys. All in all, it was fantastic!

JJessica YipWe are very happy with our stay. All the staff were very helpful especially our receptionist 小果，she arranged us free transport to airport and late checkout, also offered free use for the mini bar in fridge although we didn't use it but we are very appreciated her her offer. I would also like to mention the duty manager and her team was very helpful too , her and her colleagues helped us to take our laugages to the hotel mini bus, the journey to the airport was fast and smooth and the driver was very polite. There's so much good things I want to mention about including their cleaning team, including the cleaning supervisor and their team member孫娟，they were very attentive, they seen my glasses was on the table and she left me some cleaning wipes for my glasses. Their breakfast was so delicious and so many options too , including my favourite dim sum, the server 刘奎志was very friendly he can communicate with us in English too. The hotel itself is very large and have a fantastic gym and spa , there's also music restaurant and Japanese restaurant too. We will definitely come back to stay in this hotel if we visit Changchun again and definitely recommend this outstanding hotel to everyone!

AAnonymous UserOverall, the experience was great. It's very close to the Sky City shopping mall and the convention center, making it convenient for getting around and shopping. The lobby and rooms are stylishly decorated with a great atmosphere. The bedding was clean and soft, providing a wonderful sleep experience. The only minor drawback was that the soundproofing was just average. In general, it offers excellent value for money and I recommend it to anyone traveling for business or leisure.

There's a McDonald's nearby, and a taxi to the Manchukuo Museum costs about 11 yuan. Plus, you can do laundry at the hotel.

LLoud_SpeakerPros: - Great location with access to many small convenience stores and restaurants around - Hotel is housed within one of the highest building in Changchun - Breakfast selection was great and service of staff there was superb - Room assigned was on 33rd floor with great view of the city - Room size was big despite having a small window space - Futuristic and minimalist hotel with robot to send food to your door (deliveries) - About 10 mins walk to “The Hill”/“Wanda Shopping Mall” and Tram 54 Cons: - Not easy to find the exact location in Didi App as it’s very new and there are a few hotels of the same name around the area - Was told that they have disabled the aircond (Cold air) during winter and it will only blow warm air. With that, we were advised to turn off the aircond and we slept sweating as the temperature was not low enough for a great night sleep - To maximize space, there wasn’t any proper hanging (wardrobe) area that we can use to hang our winter jackets Overall (Summary) - Great hotel for its location and with much local delights around. Service was great with great selection of breakfast. High floor view of city. Just too bad there wasn’t any cooling aircond we could use as the window was tight shut. Great room size for family which is a plus point. Happy to come back again perhaps in the summer next time. Cheers

TTujidamowang&xianshengThe hotel lobby is quite clean, consistent with the Hampton by Hilton style. The room is well-equipped with facilities, including a mini-fridge. The breakfast offers a good variety, with both Chinese and Western options, as well as local specialties. The restaurant is quite spacious; it didn't feel crowded when we went for breakfast at 7:30 AM. We had a small incident during our stay: We checked in a little after 2:30 PM and went out to explore without going into the room first. When we returned around 9 PM, we found the room to be quite spacious. However, it didn't feel warm when we first entered, and actually got colder the longer we stayed. I turned on the AC for heat and saw the room temperature was 14 degrees Celsius, but the air blowing out didn't feel warm. Then I noticed the curtains kept moving, and realized someone had kindly opened the window for ventilation and left it open until evening. The front desk was quick to resolve the issue. They first sent a space heater, but it didn't really warm up the room. I wasn't satisfied, so I checked the AC again; it only went up 2 degrees in half an hour, so the heating was very slow. Eventually, the front desk moved us to a different room. Although it wasn't as large as the first one, being warm was the most important thing.

GGuest UserMy teenage daughter and I stayed at this hotel in a double room for 5 nights. We were impressed with the comfort of the beds, the breakfast and the service (although you will need to use a translation app if you do not speak Chinese). The breakfast was excellent in my opinion (wide variety of delicious Chinese dishes, salads, soup noodles, fried eggs, friend noodles and rice), but there was also toast and jam. While they did not have any knives to spread the butter and jam, we were able to purchase one across the road at a small but decently stocked supermarket. The hotel is located within walking distance of a unique mall (The Hill), many restaurants, and a very professional place (Oudi) for foot and body massage. Although don't expect anything to be open for dinner on Chinese New Year's eve. There was a snowy view out the window, and we were glad to be able to open the window sometimes as well as the rooms were well heated. While the hotel is right opposite a bus stop, it was far from a metro stop, so expect to take taxis everywhere. We would definitely stay here again if we returned to Changchun.
