The deep sleep mattress and pillows completely erased my travel fatigue, and the THANKYOU toiletries had a pleasant, soothing scent. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and attentive, and they even offer free luggage storage. The free gym, self-service laundry room, and book bar in the common areas are super practical. Breakfast was a delightful mix of Chinese and Western options, rich in variety, nutritious, and delicious. Every detail here shows thoughtfulness. Cleanliness: The entire floor was carpeted, and everything was meticulously clean; I couldn't spot a single speck of dirt. Environment: The hotel is conveniently located right by the roadside. Ride-sharing apps pinpointed it perfectly, and my driver was very friendly, even reminding me, 'It's on your right,' as I got out. Service: When you're in a new place, you often stumble upon these little pleasant surprises. The kind lady at the front desk even gave me a complimentary breakfast. Even though I woke up past 9 AM the next morning and missed it, I'm still incredibly grateful ๐Ÿ™. "The environment, cleanliness, and service were all excellent. The only minor drawback was that we had booked a family room online a week in advance and specifically requested a quiet room. However, we ended up with a room right by the elevator, which was incredibly noisy. We couldn't get a good night's sleep for two nights. Paying family room rates only to be situated right next to the elevator was truly frustrating."

"The room was decent, and I really liked the sink design. They also provided plenty of complimentary water. The area around the hotel felt a bit deserted, and you had to walk through an underpass to get to the subway. On the bright side, the breakfast was quite good and varied, with noodles, steamed dumplings, and nice mini cakes."
