The room was clean and comfortable, making for a very pleasant stay. We had a dedicated butler, whom we added on WeChat, so we could easily ask questions. They were very helpful, providing recommendations for dining and attractions. They even went out of their way to arrange tickets for the hot spring water park for both adults and children for the next day, allowing us to play until 3 PM before heading home. Upon check-in, we received VIP fruit, and milk was delivered in the evening, which the kids loved. The water park deserves a special mention; the children had an absolute blast and are already looking forward to their next visit. We also watched the fireworks in the evening, which were beautiful and spectacular, though my phone couldn't capture the stunning effect seen with the naked eye. For dinner, we went to the second-floor restaurant and ordered a la carte. The steamed white fish was absolutely delicious, enjoyed by both adults and children. We ordered five dishes, and all were fantastic.

We are very happy with our stay. All the staff were very helpful especially our receptionist 小果，she arranged us free transport to airport and late checkout, also offered free use for the mini bar in fridge although we didn't use it but we are very appreciated her her offer. I would also like to mention the duty manager and her team was very helpful too , her and her colleagues helped us to take our laugages to the hotel mini bus, the journey to the airport was fast and smooth and the driver was very polite. There's so much good things I want to mention about including their cleaning team, including the cleaning supervisor and their team member孫娟，they were very attentive, they seen my glasses was on the table and she left me some cleaning wipes for my glasses. Their breakfast was so delicious and so many options too , including my favourite dim sum, the server 刘奎志was very friendly he can communicate with us in English too. The hotel itself is very large and have a fantastic gym and spa , there's also music restaurant and Japanese restaurant too. We will definitely come back to stay in this hotel if we visit Changchun again and definitely recommend this outstanding hotel to everyone!

During this trip back to Northeast China to visit relatives, I originally planned to stay at another hotel, but seeing a newly opened Lirui Hotel nearby, I decided to give it a try. This impromptu decision turned out to be the warmest part of the entire trip. We arrived at the hotel late at night with my child, and the staff had prepared bread and yogurt for the little one who hadn't eaten dinner. Their words, ”The child can't go hungry,” instantly put my mind at ease. When I asked if they had a crib, they immediately brought out an extra bed and carefully helped us settle in. Even more touching were the thoughtful details: because I didn't want to go downstairs to do laundry, the hotel thoughtfully provided two brand-new laundry basins, a clothes rack, and laundry detergent to be delivered to the room; and since it was Christmas, the receptionist, knowing my child liked toy trains, surprised us with a Christmas train toy. What moved me most was that the hotel, knowing I lived in Hangzhou and hadn't been back to Northeast China for many years, quietly prepared Northeast specialties and a childhood favorite drink, Zhenzhen. This kind of family-like thoughtfulness made us extend our stay for two more nights. Lirui's service was not only professional but also full of human warmth, making our trip home truly heartwarming and touching. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to all travelers. I stayed here during Chinese New Year. The front desk staff was very patient, showing us different room types and locations. They were also very flexible and quickly helped us find a suitable room. The hotel lobby is spacious with high ceilings, which made for a very comfortable first impression upon entering. I forgot to take photos at the hotel, so I'll just share some pictures I took while wandering around the area instead.

I returned to Changchun two years later and booked the same Oriental Yuehua Hotel. As always, the experience was fantastic! The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Front desk agent Qi Yu was warm and attentive, and check-in was quick and efficient, even offering a room upgrade. The breakfast was plentiful, combining Chinese and Western cuisine, and was delicious! I'll definitely stay at Oriental Yuehua again next time I'm in Changchun!

This stay experience was really great! As soon as I entered the lobby, I was attracted by the beautiful decoration style and the environment was very stylish. Xiao Xu at the front desk was super friendly and the check-in speed was very fast, so I didn't have to wait at all. The room was cleaned spotlessly and lived in peace of mind. Breakfast is even more pleasant, rich and rich, highly recommended to everyone!

It's an older hotel, but still a well-established five-star. The room was super spacious and clean, though some of the facilities are a bit dated. The food was decent. Overall, I'd recommend it.
