小小鲁哥The hotel room was spacious, and both the bed and pillows were very comfortable. During my stay, there was a promotion where I got a free pillow. The front desk staff were enthusiastic, and the WeChat customer service was always quick to respond. The laundry room had 5 washer-dryer machines, and the staff even folded my clothes and delivered them to my room, which was super convenient. A big thanks to the guy who helped me carry a bunch of packages upstairs on the evening of February 14th.
I really hope the prices don't go up in the future. I definitely don't want to go to the one on Hongqi Street! 😂

Breakfast is fresh, delicious, and offers a huge variety. Underground parking is convenient and fast. The front desk staff are friendly, provide service with a smile throughout, and patiently answer all questions. Five-star rating!

GGuest UserVery satisfied. It was clean, and both the room and bathroom were spacious. The bed was comfortable. They should really update the picture of the family room on the homepage – the real green is much prettier than in the photos! It might be a bit far from the subway station, but we took taxis everywhere, so it wasn't an issue. We even left a pair of shoes we bought for the trip at the hotel before heading home, and they called to ask about them. Once they knew we didn't want them, they helped us dispose of them. Great service!

GGuest UserHilton's brand reputation definitely holds up. The location is excellent, the environment is comfortable, and the overall atmosphere is very elegant. The front desk staff, both the young men and women, provided exceptional service. What impressed me most was being able to check the washing machine's status right from my room's TV. The hotel is very close to Xinmin Street, about a ten-minute walk, so you can easily explore it day or night. There's a direct bus from Changchun Station right outside the hotel, and it's just a few hundred meters walk to Cultural Plaza. Plus, there's convenient access to the subway and attractions like Jingyuetan and Changchun West Station. The breakfast selection is rich and high-quality.

GGuest UserVisited during the May Day holiday. The hotel was very quiet and conveniently located. It was much more comfortable than business hotels in the same price range.
**Amenities:** Everything worked perfectly, and all products were from reputable brands.
**Cleanliness:** Very good.
**Environment:** The lobby was incredibly grand and exquisite.
**Service:** It was exceptionally quiet, the windows had excellent soundproofing, and the bed wasn't too soft, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep. Definitely worth the price.

GGuest UserThe first impression when you walk into the lobby is that it is grand and luxurious. When checking in, the front desk lady Mei Nan came out from the backstage and reminded me with a sweet and warm smile, ”Sir, I have upgraded you to an executive room for free.” I felt extremely warm and respected. Walking into the corridor of the room, I saw many famous paintings of flowers and birds, which made me feel very elegant. Because the room has good privacy, I did not close the curtains before going to bed at night. When the sun rose at 6 o'clock in the morning, I woke up naturally and saw the sunlight falling in the hall, which touched me very much. It was my first time to Changchun. It was the team spirit of Guosheng Metroview that made everything go smoothly for me! Next time I come to Changchun, I will definitely go to Guosheng Metroview first and feel their team's service enthusiasm again, especially the shallow and sincere smile of Wang Mei Nan when she receives guests😊

SshiyangThe staff were overall very polite and hospitable during our stay. For instance, they helped fixed our room’s defective thermostat and promptly delivered us additional toiletries to our room by request.
The breakfast area had a large selection of foods to choose from, allowing guests to customize their own plates to their liking. There was also a professional chef present to cook up additional dishes, such as fried eggs and noodles - both of which were excellently made.
The room we were given, however, did not have a good ventilation system as there were multiple instances where the smell of cigarettes flooded into our room. Consequently, this forced us to open our window to air out the room. Our bathroom door also could not lock - let alone close at all. We hope that only our room was affected.
With all said, our overall experience at this hotel was pleasant and we would recommend anyone visiting Changchun to come stay at this hotel.

ZZhongshanThe room was very new and the bedding was super comfortable. Even though there was subway construction outside, I didn't hear any noise. The breakfast was plentiful, especially the corn and the local sour cabbage soup, which were delicious. The restaurant staff were very polite. The lovely front desk lady upgraded my room to one with a bay window, which made it feel very spacious and bright. It's also very close to 'You Shan' (a mountain/attraction), just a 5-minute walk, so the location is excellent. I'll definitely come back!
