Hygiene: Very clean and tidy
Environment: Many delicious restaurants nearby can be reached on foot, which is great. I like the scenery at the elevator entrance. There is a pot of green plants next to the glass window.
Service: The service is very timely and thoughtful. What impressed me most was that when I came back and entered the lobby, the PA aunt who was doing hygiene in the lobby said hello to me. She was really enthusiastic. The waiters in the breakfast room were also very enthusiastic.
Facilities: There are yoga rooms, gyms, self-service laundry rooms, tea bars, and chess and card rooms. They are really good and cost-effective.

GGuest UserIt was a very good living experience. It was very spacious. We stayed on the first floor, and the balcony had a great view. It was beautiful for taking photos. The bed was also very large and warm. My baby cried when he slept because he was too hot, haha 😄. We even took off the down pad on the bed. The housekeeper service was also very good. The lady was very nice, and my baby loved them too. When we went to Wawu Mountain, they offered to lend us skis. We didn't think we needed to buy them, but the owner happened to lend them to us. Thank you so much, haha. It felt very practical when we went up there. It wasn't so tiring to drag the baby around. I will definitely stay here again next time I visit.

Looking out the hilly pastoral scenery, the morning tea garden terraces are misty, the environment is particularly quiet, the whole homestay has 5 rooms, which is too suitable for people who like a quiet holiday. Soup pot and breakfast, afternoon tea are delicious, and the bedding is very comfortable and clean. The guy at the homestay is very good and pet friendly. As a price of 1400, it would be better if the room facilities were more intelligent and equipped with a better sound. Overall it is recommended.

GGuest UserOur family of three stayed in a family room. Since our children were adults, we called ahead to confirm three beds, which were very comfortable and not crowded at all. The hotel was very nice and clean. There were three hot springs, and the front desk lady was very helpful, providing tips and services. Unfortunately, our arrival was delayed by heavy rain, preventing us from climbing Mount Emei. Instead, we drove to the nearby Liujiang Ancient Town and Guangming Temple. Guangming Temple is highly recommended, and a must-see if you're not in a hurry. The temple also offers vegetarian meals, rice paddies, lotus ponds, and a hydrangea gallery.
So, even if you can't hike, staying at this hotel is a great way to relax and recuperate. It's well worth it.

I was incredibly lucky this time, as I received a free room upgrade. FFuqinOur entire stay, from check-in to check-out, was incredibly smooth. We've stayed at Club Med in Lijiang before, and this experience at Heilongtan was a bit different. When our car arrived at the hotel entrance, there were no bellhops to assist with luggage, and the lobby felt rather disorganized with no one to greet us. This might have been due to it being a weekend and our late arrival around 10 PM. However, it still felt a bit lacking and forced. That said, it doesn't detract from an otherwise excellent review. Apart from that one point, everything else was practically perfect. There's nothing to complain about. This trip was for two adults and one child, focused on spending quality time with our little one, so we didn't arrange for childcare. The facilities were very comprehensive, and our child had an absolute blast. We even caught a fireworks show the night before we left, which was a nice stroke of luck. Breakfast was quite varied, and there was plenty of seating. Despite the weekend crowd, everything was well-organized with no chaos. We stayed for two short days and will definitely bring our child back to play again. Vivi from Guest Relations provided attentive care throughout our stay, making our family feel very at ease and ensuring all our requests were met – absolutely fantastic! I forgot to take photos in the end, so I've used a few official ones. A bit of a shame, but I'll make up for it next time.

My family went out for a hot spring bath together. When I arrived in the afternoon and turned on the lights, I felt that the whole room was very clean and beautiful. The ground was wooden and the bathroom was tiled. I thought the wooden floor was already very good, but when I turned on the air conditioner, I found that it was not. There is another switch that also controls the temperature. I turned it on without much thought, only to discover that there is floor heating under the wooden floor. The wooden floor in the entire room is heated and it is very comfortable to walk on. The TV in the room is embedded in a TV wall. The colors of the round table and chairs next to it can be seen to be consistent with the decoration of the entire room, and they look very coordinated. There is a children's playground on the first floor downstairs, with trampolines, projection games, slides, carousels, building blocks, etc. It is quite good to take the children to play in it before dinner. We soaked in hot springs at night and saw that there were indoor and outdoor ones. There were several pools outdoors. The decoration was like a pavilion hung with lanterns for lighting. It was a simple style. We found two pools, one high and one low, next to each other to soak in.
