"The room was spacious enough, with its own courtyard, quiet and comfortable. It's located near Water Street, making it convenient for commuting. Across from the hotel is a large park with excellent air quality, perfect for walking and exercising! The hotel also has a clean underground parking lot. There's also a Dongpo Restaurant nearby, serving authentic Sichuan cuisine. Overall, it was a wonderful experience! Xiao Xu drove us to the high-speed rail station in his Mercedes-Benz, and Xiao Wang was also a big thank you. 😊"

Breakfast is served on the second floor and features local specialties like hot and sour noodles and 'chaoshou' (Sichuan-style wontons), as well as a delicious cold mixed mushroom dish. The hotel is conveniently located near Dongpo Water Street and Sansu Temple, and it's easy to catch a taxi. Su Shi Park is right across the street. "The front desk staff was very welcoming and polite and upgraded the room. The room was large, clean, and well-equipped. Although it's an old government hotel, everything is new inside. Parking is convenient inside the courtyard. The hotel is near the bustling pedestrian street in the city center and not far from the Su San Temple. There are slippers and toothbrushes available in the corridor. The breakfast is rich in variety and includes local snacks. It is highly recommended and deserves a five-star rating."

"The hotel and room are comfortable and well situated (if a little noise as the room overlooked a busy square. The main issue is that they falsely advertised a pool/gym which was the reason I chose this place. After sleeping there for the night, I went to find the pool only to be told they didn’t have one (there is signage in the lift and downstairs). Trip says the pool is “under construction” but it is clearly out of action. Had I known on check in that the facilities weren’t available, I would have stayed elsewhere, Trip and the hotel have refused a refund. Terrible customer service and dereliction of duty."

"The new hotel is located in downtown Meishan. We arrived close to midnight, and the security guard was incredibly welcoming, getting into our car and leading us to the garage. He directed us to park before leaving. Due to limited availability, we booked a family room. The window was a bit small, but the facilities were relatively new, and the cleanliness was quite good. The linens were clean and soft, and water and takeout were delivered by robots. Because it was a family room, they even provided children's toiletries, a thoughtful touch! 👍🏻 The water pressure was excellent; even on the sixth floor, the water flow was fast. The air conditioning required pressing a green indicator light to activate, and the projector was good. The room's soundproofing wasn't great. We were woken up at 8 am on Saturday by a wedding procession who blocked the elevator, which was incredibly annoying... The hotel breakfast was clean, hygienic, and had a wide variety. After complaining to the lobby manager about the wedding procession disturbing guests, they sincerely apologized and offered explanations. The security guards promptly intervened, and the manager even gave us a complimentary cup as an apology. Upon check-out, we simply gave the room key to the front desk; there was no room check. Overall, the hotel is fantastic, especially the service team. Their overall professionalism is excellent, and their adaptability and problem-solving skills are commendable. Worth a second stay."

The hotel was very nice and clean. There were three hot springs, and the front desk lady was very helpful, providing tips and services. Unfortunately, our arrival was delayed by heavy rain, preventing us from climbing Mount Emei. Instead, we drove to the nearby Liujiang Ancient Town and Guangming Temple. Guangming Temple is highly recommended, and a must-see if you're not in a hurry. The temple also offers vegetarian meals, rice paddies, lotus ponds, and a hydrangea gallery. So, even if you can't hike, staying at this hotel is a great way to relax and recuperate. It's well worth it.

FFuqinOur entire stay, from check-in to check-out, was incredibly smooth. We've stayed at Club Med in Lijiang before, and this experience at Heilongtan was a bit different. When our car arrived at the hotel entrance, there were no bellhops to assist with luggage, and the lobby felt rather disorganized with no one to greet us. This might have been due to it being a weekend and our late arrival around 10 PM. However, it still felt a bit lacking and forced. That said, it doesn't detract from an otherwise excellent review. Apart from that one point, everything else was practically perfect. There's nothing to complain about. This trip was for two adults and one child, focused on spending quality time with our little one, so we didn't arrange for childcare. The facilities were very comprehensive, and our child had an absolute blast. We even caught a fireworks show the night before we left, which was a nice stroke of luck. Breakfast was quite varied, and there was plenty of seating. Despite the weekend crowd, everything was well-organized with no chaos. We stayed for two short days and will definitely bring our child back to play again. Vivi from Guest Relations provided attentive care throughout our stay, making our family feel very at ease and ensuring all our requests were met – absolutely fantastic! I forgot to take photos in the end, so I've used a few official ones. A bit of a shame, but I'll make up for it next time.
