Here, you can always experience the warmth and comfort of ”home away from home,” making it a hotel you'd definitely want to stay again and again.

Xxiwei123An absolutely fantastic experience! First off, the facilities are quite comprehensive. Beyond the usual hotel amenities, they also provide laundry detergent and chargers, and there were fresh lilies in the room! Besides breakfast, they offer afternoon tea and late-night snacks, all of which were high-quality, not just an afterthought. The front desk staff were also lovely, greeting me every time I came and went. You can pick up yogurt, tea, and fruit at the front desk, and they even helped me get a package delivered to my room when they saw me waiting for it. You can do laundry and work out here. I got oil on my clothes late at night, and the hotel took them and returned them to my room early the next morning. I stay in hotels frequently, and I've never experienced such excellent service at this price point! Seriously recommend! My only minor complaint is that the bathroom doesn't have a retractable clothesline. Also, a small suggestion: when housekeeping cleans, they don't need to put items back in their original spots. I moved the vase to use the large table, and the cleaning lady moved it back.

WWeiweian77The hotel's location is excellent, right next to the Wanshou Palace Historical and Cultural District, and it's about a 700-meter walk to Tengwang Pavilion. Its architectural style really stands out on the street, giving it a unique, almost isolated feel. The retro cruise ship theme design is very stylish. The rooms are spacious, and the bathroom and shower are separate. The service was also fantastic; all the staff were very enthusiastic. They even gave us a souvenir gift when we checked in and checked out. It was a superb stay overall.

Overview:
I recently stayed at Hampton by Hilton Nanchang and found it to be a pleasant and comfortable experience, offering great value for both business and leisure travelers. Located conveniently in the Honggutan District, the hotel is well-positioned for access to local attractions, shopping centers, and the business hub of the city.
The Good:
1. Comfortable Rooms:
The rooms were modern, clean, and well-maintained, with all the essentials for a relaxing stay. The bed was very comfortable, and the room featured an ergonomic work desk, which was great for getting some work done. I also appreciated the thoughtful touches like USB ports and plenty of outlets.
2. Facilities & Amenities:
The hotel offers a well-equipped fitness center, which I made use of during my stay. It’s not a full gym, but it has enough equipment for a quick workout. The business center and meeting rooms also looked professional and seemed perfect for business guests. Complimentary Wi-Fi was fast and stable throughout my stay.
3. Breakfast:
The complimentary breakfast buffet was a highlight, offering a good mix of Western and Chinese dishes. From fresh fruit and pastries to local delicacies like dumplings, there was something for every taste. The breakfast area was clean, and the staff was attentive to refilling items and clearing tables.
4. Service:
The staff at Hampton by Hilton Nanchang were friendly and helpful. Though not everyone was fluent in English, they made a genuine effort to assist with all requests. I felt welcomed throughout my stay, and check-in/check-out was a breeze.
5. Location:
The hotel’s location in Honggutan District made it convenient for accessing both the business district and local attractions like Tengwang Pavilion and Nanchang’s Star of Ferris Wheel. Taxis and public transportation were easy to access from the hotel, making it convenient to explore the city.
The Drawbacks:
1. Room Size:
While the rooms were clean and comfortable, they weren’t particularly spacious, especially if you’re staying for a longer period or with family. It was fine for a solo traveler or a couple, but families might feel a bit cramped.
2. Limited Dining Options:
While the breakfast was great, the hotel’s on-site dining options beyond breakfast were somewhat limited. There is a small restaurant, but for more varied meal options, you’ll need to explore nearby restaurants or order delivery.
3. Noise:
Depending on your room’s location, you might hear some street noise, especially during busy times. It wasn’t overwhelming but could be noticeable for light sleepers.

The room has excellent lighting, is spotlessly clean, and the bed is very soft and comfortable for sleeping. The bathroom even has a toilet seat cover and disinfectant wipes, which felt very thoughtful. The hotel is also very close to the subway station, just a 3-minute walk away, making it easy to get to various attractions in just a few stops.

JJason Zhou WSLocation: The location is not right smack central to all the popular tourist spots but it's close enough to get to 万寿宫 on foot (5 minutes). Also, it is close to the river and if you are lucky enough, you get a room with a fantastic river view!
Cleanliness: The hotel I am not sure if it's new or what but it's very nicely maintained. The beds are good, the sheets are clean and everything is really superb.
Service: Maybe it's just me (Singaporean) cause I am very impressed with their receptionist services like helping me out with payment, booking of car etc etc but all these according to my local friends, they say it's just the basic in service industries~
Facilities: Honestly, if you are here looking for a gym or a pool then sad to say, it's non-existence, even the breakfast I would recommend not to get it unless you are traveling with elderly and they need something to eat early in the morning then for that price point, it's still reasonable. Otherwise, go out hit the streets and there are tons of fantastic food options for you to choose from.
Lastly, overall impression is superb and it's definitely super value for money. In fact for the price I paid I would say it far exceeded in value. Which is the reason why, I will always choose this hotel when I am back in Nanchang~ (I tried other hotels, to be honest, the rooms are not as great)

GGuest UserThis hotel boasts an excellent location. You can step right out onto Jewelry Street from the back alley, and it's a short stroll to Wanshou Palace for some local food and sightseeing. Tengwang Pavilion scenic area is just another 10-minute walk away, which is incredibly convenient. The underground parking is ample, and they even offer authentic local mixed noodles in the evening, which is a lovely touch.

XXinSwallowI was very satisfied with my trip to Nanchang. I booked a Home Inn, which was near the subway station, just a 5-minute walk away. The location is in the old city, and although it's a bit dated, there are many delicious local snacks nearby, and it's convenient for getting around. The twin room I booked was a bit small, but it was small yet fully equipped, and the room was clean and tidy.
