The room amenities are quite new, and the electric curtains and smart toilet provided a good experience. Breakfast offers a wide variety of options, including local Yanbian specialties like warm noodles and beef soup with rice. During my stay, the hotel was almost fully booked, so the shower pressure from the rainfall showerhead was a bit low at night, and the internet occasionally disconnected. However, the 24-hour customer service was very responsive and promised to continue optimizing. The service industry is tough, and their proactive problem-solving is commendable. The staff even thoughtfully prepared a list of nearby hotel restaurants. Overall, the value for money is excellent, making it a great option for families visiting Yanji.

Facilities: Excellent! The location is super convenient. It's right next to Seomun Market, and only about a 10-minute walk to the Water Market. The famous 'Instagram wall' isn't far either, so you can easily stroll there. There are also well-known restaurants nearby, like Hanjeong Samgyetang (Ginseng Chicken Soup). Hygiene: The room was very clean and tidied frequently. Service: The service was truly outstanding. They would escort us to the elevator when we left, and helped us with getting water. They even gave us frozen pears and frozen persimmons to eat, and the persimmon and frozen pear juices were delicious. Breakfast was also very hearty. I'm genuinely impressed! The room was spacious too. I was traveling with my mom, and they remembered that she likes hot tea and coffee, which was a lovely touch. I was so pleased. We initially only booked for one night, but decided to extend our stay immediately after arriving.

Everything was great! The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, and the 'Guo Bao Rou' (sweet and sour pork) was even better than what you'd find in a restaurant. The bedding was comfortable, and the room was spacious and clean. They have several washing machines and dryers available. It's conveniently located; if you turn left out of the hotel, you'll find the famous Yanbian University internet-famous wall and a snack street. The hotel is also just a few hundred meters from the riverside, perfect for enjoying the night view and sunsets. As for food nearby, I don't recommend Da Pu BBQ; it wasn't good.

When checking in, the front desk informed me that the two rooms I booked couldn't be on the same floor. I paid 89 for a membership to upgrade the rooms and have them on the same floor. However, that night I found a very large ant on the bed. It was late, so I dealt with it myself. Later, I realized the window wouldn't close, so I called staff to close it for me. Just as I was about to turn off the lights for bed, I found another flying insect, similar to a cockroach, by the bedside. It was truly disgusting and terrifying, but I just endured it and slept. The sink design is also problematic; turn it on low and there's no hot water, turn it on high and water splashes everywhere. Overall, it was quite disappointing.

This is a fantastic hotel! Everything here is very well organized. The hotel staff speaks English. The transfer from the station of the high-speed railway took and brought us to the hotel. The room already contained welcome fruits and gifts. Spacious room on the 10th floor with a beautiful view. The room has everything and even more for comfort to feel at home. There are cups for coffee and tea. Wine glasses and even a corkscrew to open the bottle. The fridge already had chilled water. In such heat, it's a pleasant concern. In the bathroom, everything was also organized beautifully and a pleasant little thing - a rose petal. Soft pillows, comfortable beds. The hotel is very conveniently located. There are many attractions: Dinosaur Museum, Korean Folk Garden, Dinosaur Kingdom. The Pearl Tower can be quickly reached by taxi. Great and varied breakfast every day. Me and my friends really enjoyed staying in this hotel. I want to come back here again!

There is a small view at the entrance of the hotel. There is a rooftop on the fourth floor. You can take pictures. It is also very beautiful. You must choose to live here.

After checking out at around 8:00 AM the next day, I received a call from the hotel around 4:00 PM, saying there was a large, noticeable oil stain on the stool in my room, suspecting it was caused by my stay. I explained that I'd noticed the oil stain on my pants while tidying up, and I assumed it was from the stool. Naively, I thought the hotel would apologize. It wasn't until the staff member explained that I'd probably sat on the stool outside and then returned to sit on it, causing the stain. Then I realized they were implying compensation. I asked the staff if they'd found any oily debris in the room. If not, why were they so brazenly questioning me? Although we mediated the issue through the platform and received an apology on the hotel's behalf, their actions were deeply offensive and completely ruined my afternoon outing. They were questioning the guest without any basis. First, I hadn't eaten anything in the room, not even fruit. Secondly, checking out at 8:00 AM and contacting the guest 8 or 9 hours later to report the stain was extremely unprofessional.
