"Highly recommend this hotel! It's the perfect choice if you're driving, as the parking garage is huge with three levels. The breakfast offers a great variety, it's rich and delicious, with bread and sausages – a really good spread. The front desk staff are very welcoming and helpful. The facilities are excellent, including a safe and a scale. There's even a lounge on the ninth floor where you can enjoy free live music from singers, sip coffee, and take in the beautiful night views of Yanji. Fantastic value for money!"

"This trip to Yanji, I chose to stay at the Orange Crystal Hotel near Yanbian University's famous 'influencer wall', and it was a great experience. The hotel's location is excellent, just over a kilometer from the Yanbian University influencer wall, easily reachable by foot or public transport. Across the street is People's Park, which is especially beautiful at night. There are many Yanji delicacies around the hotel; the original Heba BBQ restaurant is only 200 meters away. The hotel facilities are very new and clean, and the breakfast was incredibly rich. The staff service was also impeccable; they not only gave us a Yanji travel guide but also upgraded our room. We even received a souvenir upon check-out. All in all, I'm very satisfied with choosing to stay at the Orange Crystal Hotel for this trip."

"The hotel has a very unique design and is conveniently located close to the commercial district, not far from the famous 'influencer wall' (Instagrammable spot). They upgraded our room for free, and the room was spacious with very comfortable bedding. The service was exceptionally warm and attentive. They offer complimentary bottled water that can be refilled anytime, and the breakfast was good. There's also parking available right in front of the hotel."

"I booked this hotel because I found online the owners feed stray cats. Owners/staff are very helpful and friendly. I even rebooked an extra night on the spot since I decided to stay in Yanji a bit longer and that was all sorted smoothly. I also asked for a different pillow, as the one on the bed was quite large and I got a new smaller pillow right away. Cleanliness of the hotel is OK. The room itself is fine, but even in February it was very very warm. So I ended up sleeping with the window open. Location is fine, I personally don’t mind walking and taxi’s in Yanji are relatively cheap. Regarding amenities, there are two washing machines but one dryer. So I took some useless trips to see if the dryer was finished yet so I could dry my clothing. Breakfast is also OK."

"Facilities: The design is trendy, with a separate wet and dry area in the bathroom, a humidifier, and consistently hot shower water. Environment: The location is fantastic, right next to West Market. You can get almost any popular takeout from the city center delivered here. Service: The added value services like the foldable foot bath and brown sugar ginger tea were life-savers – they truly helped an 'Yanji princess' recover from a fever. When I called to ask for a thermometer, they promptly brought one up. For takeout orders, the front desk arranges for a robot or a staff member to deliver to your door. During peak takeout hours, the two robots were almost constantly in motion. The breakfast is excellent for a hotel of this caliber, offering everything from noodle stations and fruit to stir-fries, congee, and bread. Overall, it's a highly recommended hotel in the heart of Yanji."

"Yanji left such a strong impression on me, I'm still thinking about it half a month after returning! And this hotel, in particular, exceeded my expectations! As soon as we arrived in Yanji, the hotel called us to guide us to the parking lot. Later, because of some renovations in the back, the manager came out to help us park and even carried our luggage! The service was truly heartwarming, and the hotel environment was excellent too! The facilities were complete! They were so welcoming to my child, even giving them a small gift! What really stood out was the hotel breakfast. Out of all the hotels I've stayed in, this one's breakfast was the most to my taste. The beef soup and rice was even better than what you find outside, and the warm noodles were delicious too! All the aunties in the restaurant were incredibly friendly! Truly fantastic, I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit!"

"Facilities: Excellent! The location is super convenient. It's right next to Seomun Market, and only about a 10-minute walk to the Water Market. The famous 'Instagram wall' isn't far either, so you can easily stroll there. There are also well-known restaurants nearby, like Hanjeong Samgyetang (Ginseng Chicken Soup). Hygiene: The room was very clean and tidied frequently. Service: The service was truly outstanding. They would escort us to the elevator when we left, and helped us with getting water. They even gave us frozen pears and frozen persimmons to eat, and the persimmon and frozen pear juices were delicious. Breakfast was also very hearty. I'm genuinely impressed! The room was spacious too. I was traveling with my mom, and they remembered that she likes hot tea and coffee, which was a lovely touch. I was so pleased. We initially only booked for one night, but decided to extend our stay immediately after arriving."

"The hotel experience was great. The room was clean and tidy, and the breakfast was superb, offering Chinese, Western, and Korean options. All the staff were very polite, and the VIP manager was exceptionally attentive, even recommending a list of local delicacies upon check-in. It's definitely worth another visit. It's also super convenient, just a short walk across a small road to the floating market, and the popular 'bullet screen' wall is only a ten-minute walk away."

The space was spacious and tidy, without a trace of clutter, instantly creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The soft, large bed was so comfortable I didn't want to get out. The clean, pure white bedding was soft and breathable, ensuring a deep and restful sleep. The underfloor heating worked perfectly, maintaining a warm temperature even in winter. The furnishings were thoughtfully designed, making me feel completely at home and relaxed. The towels and bath towels were all disposable, and their cleanliness and comfort were impeccable. What's most noteworthy is the service attitude. From initial inquiries during booking to any needs after check-in, the staff responded exceptionally promptly. Before check-in, they patiently explained the location and check-in process, and thoughtfully recommended nearby restaurants and attractions. Overall, this stay was perfect. The environment was great, the accommodations were comfortable, and the service was incredibly heartwarming. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in this city!"
