"I really liked the ventilation in the capsule. It was cold in the hallway where the capsules are at night because the air conditioning was on. There were no odors, so the capsule itself felt fresh too. I'm not sure how the ventilation is set up, but I was pleased with it. The common area on, I think, the 10th floor was usually empty, so I could sit and eat alone, which I also liked. After this, I stayed at a couple more capsule hostels in Japan, and this one was the best in terms of the capsule design and living area. My only complaints were with the kitchen and cooking facilities. But for sleeping, it's an excellent option. The showers and toilets were great too."

"Whenever I have an early morning flight from Kansai Airport, I always stay here the night before. It's still the best option in terms of both price and time. It's not a traditional capsule hotel; these are large pods where you can actually stand up, and the bed is spacious. They provide makeup remover, facial cleanser, toner, and lotion. There's also a hot bath to relax in, and a coin-operated washer/dryer combo. I've tried staying in Osaka and catching the first train, or staying in Rinku Town and taking the train or airport bus – both were exhausting, and I was always worried I'd miss my alarm. Staying here, people start packing and leaving around 5 or 6 AM, which helps me wake up. Since I'm a pretty sound sleeper, I actually quite like that."

"I traveled alone this time and chose this hotel. The location is excellent; from Namba Exit 13, you take the elevator directly to the third floor where the front desk is. There are two self-check-in machines, and you can select Chinese for a smooth check-in process. You can check in after 5 PM, but you can store your luggage and they'll give you a numbered tag. Both the third and fourth floors are part of the hotel and require key card access. Each floor is divided into different rooms, with about 12 beds per room. On the same floor, there are both male and female rooms, so you might encounter people of the opposite sex on your way to the restrooms or showers. On the third floor, the bathing area features a public bath with both cold and hot soaking tubs, a sauna, and a member-exclusive room (don't go into the wrong one!). There's also a restroom, a changing area (for clothes and towels), washbasins, and vanity tables – everything you could need. After walking a lot each day, a soak is very relaxing. Afterwards, there's a water dispenser with room temperature and iced water (no hot water). I stayed on the fourth floor, which has two independent shower rooms. They've thoughtfully provided shower head holders at different heights. The fourth floor also has vanity tables and washbasins, but no stools (the third floor has them). The restroom is next to the washbasins, with a smart toilet that's very clean. You need to change into slippers before entering the restroom. The room size is quite good; a 24-inch suitcase can be fully opened. On the first day, a bath towel, small towel, and pajamas were provided on the bed. The room has three lights and two mirrors. The brightness of all three lights is adjustable, so you can slowly adjust the lighting when you wake up in the morning, avoiding glare. There's a lockable drawer under the bed for use. You can hang clothes next to the mirror, and there are three hangers. My stay experience was excellent. The hotel provides a very comprehensive range of amenities (pajamas, disposable slippers, towels (you can get fresh ones daily), toothbrushes, hair ties, earphone cables, earplugs, combs, razors, etc.). The staff were also wonderful, patiently explaining the bed's location and important information. If I travel alone again, I will definitely choose this hotel!"

"The bathhouse and sauna were excellent! After a day of exploring, a good soak and steam were exactly what I needed. The water temperature was a bit on the hot side, so it took some getting used to. However, the shower faucet was a bit inconvenient as you had to continuously hold it down. The facilities were generally well-equipped, but disposable slippers had to be purchased separately, so I'd recommend bringing your own. The luggage storage area was quite small, and if you arrived late, there was often no space in the room, meaning you had to leave your luggage in the stairwell."

"Everything is fine exept the thinnest and hardest pillow I've ever seen in my life. A bit old amenities add a touch of true charm to here. They speak a bit English. The only unpleasant point was my communcation about the locker key I couldn't find in the morning. They immediately asked me to pay 7.000 yen as for lost item, not even suggesting to wait for it to be found by staff or guests, as I hadn't left the premises. Of course, the key was found by someone very soon."

"The hostel is located nearby JR Namba station (South Exit) only 1 min by walk and there is the elevator in the building on the right hand side of south exit of JR namba station that you can use to get down and the building is connected with JR Namba station south exit. There is separate floor for only women that you have to tap the keycard in the elevator to go up to your floor and tap again on the door to get in the main room. On the women’s floor, there are living room, bedroom, bathroom, toilet rooms, onsen rooms, changing room, locker rooms, makeup spaces that offer you the makeup remover , cleansing foam, hairdryer, hairspray, Hair straightener, Curling iron) and all are separate rooms in the same floor. Moreover, they offer you for first check in with free pajamas, towel, hair towel, slippers, and more facilities that you need for travel. Also there are vending machines, laundry machine and dryer machine on the floor that you can use 24/7. The staff were super nice and helpful! There is a good tiny coffee shop nearby the hostel, I’d highly recommend!"

"This was my first experience staying at a capsule hotel so it takes some getting used to at first, but I was really pleasantly surprised. The shower facilities are very nice and clean. The capsules are quite basic but comfortable enough and they all have charging ports. Lockers, towels and roomwear are all provided free of charge. The location is good - just a 1 minute walk from the metro station. The staff all speak basic English and are happy to help. The Wi-Fi is really fast and reliable. I didn’t use the public bath during my stay but it seemed to be popular when I was there. I would definitely stay here again!"

"The location is excellent, just a short distance from Shinsaibashi and Dotonbori for shopping and dining. The hotel's large bathroom is fantastic, and they provide POLA toiletries. There's also a guest lounge by the entrance with complimentary coffee and tea, where you can dine."

"This is a new, clean capsule hotel with separate floors for men and women, so I was able to stay there with peace of mind. The amenities were also luxurious, with a changing room and shower booths equipped with shower heads from several companies, including Refa, a Nobby hair dryer in the bathroom, and Refa and Yaman hair dryers in the powder room. I was also impressed to see Refa straightening irons and curling irons, as well as a Panasonic facial massager, in the powder room. I was also happy that the bath towels were changed daily. It's conveniently located near both JR and private railways, and the interior design is sure to appeal to inbound tourists. I'd love to stay here again!"

"This hotel absolutely exceeded my expectations; it's almost on par with a five-star hotel. I've stayed in many capsule hotels, and this one is the best. The large public bath has everything you could possibly need, they even provide swim trunks! Razors, toothbrushes, hand towels, bath towels, pumice stones, exfoliating mitts, and multiple types of facial cleansers – they have it all. Can you believe there's even an open-air bath? They also offer massages, but those are extra. And seriously, they even have a blood pressure monitor! After showering, you can grab a drink and some noodles, which can be charged directly to your room. The luggage area has a huge packing table, with space underneath for oversized luggage (I didn't use it so I don't know if there's a charge). The lounge area has sofas for watching TV, and even a smoking section – it's incredibly convenient! Right outside the hotel is Umeda Higashidori Street, where bunny girls invite you to all-you-can-drink deals, and there are all sorts of food options around. The capsule itself is quite spacious, and the bedding is incredibly clean – I mean five-star hotel quality clean. I don't understand why the rating is low; for me, the only 'downside' is that there are too many amenities and services to explore before I had to check out. For a capsule hotel, the service is almost too much! One final friendly tip: you'll still need to buy your own toothpaste..."
