"The biggest advantage of this hotel is its location right inside the airport terminal. If you have an early flight the next morning, staying here is incredibly convenient. You don't have to worry about traffic or time, and you can get a little extra sleep. However, my overall experience was that the value for money wasn't great. The price of over 300 a night felt a bit high compared to the actual stay. The hotel was also a bit hard to find. I initially followed Google Maps, and the navigation showed a long detour. I ended up having to check Xiaohongshu (a Chinese social media platform) for directions to find the correct route. I'd recommend first-time visitors do some research beforehand. The room was larger than I expected, and all the necessary facilities were provided. There was even a small lockable cabinet next to the bed for valuables like phones, wallets, and passports. For larger luggage, the front desk offers a locked luggage storage area, with each item individually secured, so security is quite good. The staff were also very friendly and enthusiastic when communicating, patiently helping with any issues. That said, as soon as I entered the room, there was a strong, somewhat artificial scent, like the air fresheners often used in public restrooms or malls in China, or a heavy incense smell. I personally didn't like it, and after a while, it became a bit uncomfortable. Also, the duvet on the bed was quite thin, so if you tend to get cold easily, it might not be comfortable enough. Overall, the main value of this hotel is its convenience for catching early flights. If you're just staying to catch a plane the next morning, I'd still recommend it. But for a regular leisure trip, I think the value for money for over 300 a night is just average, and the overall experience was fairly unremarkable."

"This one just beats all my other stays in Japan, it was seriously that good. The location is near Umeda Station, a super quick three-minute walk, and it was so easy to find amazing local cuisine nearby. The public bath is the absolute MVP here. I was totally not expecting someone with a tattoo on the back like me to be allowed in, but it was fine. My Japanese friend even said, ”Your public bath is way too good to be the one of a hotel, it should be a private public bath.” The quality is superb, and the amenities are fully equipped with everything you have in your own bathroom: hair spray, shampoo, hair conditioner, sponge, razor, nail clipper, nourishing cream, toothbrush, toothpaste and woww a lot. You put heart in every detail. It was my first experience with a Japanese public bath, and it was the best. The staff are super friendly but still uphold guests’ privacy. Having a lot of guests, it was surprisingly enough to sleep. Just one quick recommendation: The hostel requires a daily check-in even when you book consecutive days. For us, it was no problem sorting out and communicating with staffs. But some foreign guests seemed a bit confused by the process. If they could clarify that for non-Japanese speakers better, the place would be beyond perfect! Thanks for the excellent experience!"

"This was my first experience staying at a capsule hotel so it takes some getting used to at first, but I was really pleasantly surprised. The shower facilities are very nice and clean. The capsules are quite basic but comfortable enough and they all have charging ports. Lockers, towels and roomwear are all provided free of charge. The location is good - just a 1 minute walk from the metro station. The staff all speak basic English and are happy to help. The Wi-Fi is really fast and reliable. I didn’t use the public bath during my stay but it seemed to be popular when I was there. I would definitely stay here again!"

"The hotel's location is fantastic, right near many popular attractions, and there are tons of dining options, from trendy spots to budget-friendly restaurants. It was clean and tidy, no complaints there. My only issue was the check-in time, which is super late at 5:00 PM – probably the latest in all of Japan. I had an overnight flight, landed at 8:00 AM, and had to tough it out until 5:00 PM to check in. My eyes were bloodshot while I was out exploring, and I even dozed off for 20 minutes at an attraction. They wouldn't let me check in early either. I really hope they can optimize the check-in time to be a bit more reasonable and guest-friendly!"

"This was my first time staying in a capsule hotel, so I was quite worried, but I found the facilities to be clean and especially considerate towards women. They provided sanitary pads, hair lotion, and spray in the restrooms. Even for the affordable price, I was very satisfied. The space separation was well done, and it was so cute that the front desk handed out candies! However, it's about a 15 to 20-minute walk from the city center."

"Was surprised by the look of the hotel and 5 star like amenities provided. The women only floor was super clean and each shower had different showerheads. There even was a mirror in the capsule. The only downside is that the hotel is close to Awaji station and it’s easy/cheap to go to Kyoto/Nara, but going to Osaka centre is kind of more expensive then expected. Also, you have to leave your room from 11:00 to 17:00."

"Absolutely incredible experience. The public bath and amenities was a wonder after a long day of sightseeing. The bed was comfortable and spacious, all areas were clean. The staff were impossible to fault as they were polite and thoughtful on every opportunity. For the price of a hostel room this is service for a higher end hotel."
