"I stayed here for 4 nights and had a really good overall experience. The location is super convenient, right in the heart of Dotonbori. You just need to cross the road to reach Shinsaibashi, which made shopping and exploring extremely easy. There are also multiple exits of Namba Station nearby, so transportation is very convenient. The area is lively and full of food options, convenience stores, and shops, so everything you need is within walking distance. Despite being in such a busy area, the hotel itself feels comfortable and a good place to rest after a long day out. I really enjoyed my stay at Acro and would definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Osaka."

"The location is fantastic, just a two to three-minute walk across the street from Namba Subway Station Exit 22. You take off your shoes downstairs, and check-in is on the second floor. Once you get your key, you can head to your capsule, the bathrooms, and the locker area. The showers are Japanese-style, just like in the movies – you sit down to wash thoroughly before soaking in the tub. It's only two streets away from Shinsaibashi, and there are tons of food options nearby, which ended up costing me a lot, haha! This will definitely be my first choice next time I visit Osaka."

"Absolutely incredible experience. The public bath and amenities was a wonder after a long day of sightseeing. The bed was comfortable and spacious, all areas were clean. The staff were impossible to fault as they were polite and thoughtful on every opportunity. For the price of a hostel room this is service for a higher end hotel."

"I traveled alone this time and chose this hotel. The location is excellent; from Namba Exit 13, you take the elevator directly to the third floor where the front desk is. There are two self-check-in machines, and you can select Chinese for a smooth check-in process. You can check in after 5 PM, but you can store your luggage and they'll give you a numbered tag. Both the third and fourth floors are part of the hotel and require key card access. Each floor is divided into different rooms, with about 12 beds per room. On the same floor, there are both male and female rooms, so you might encounter people of the opposite sex on your way to the restrooms or showers. On the third floor, the bathing area features a public bath with both cold and hot soaking tubs, a sauna, and a member-exclusive room (don't go into the wrong one!). There's also a restroom, a changing area (for clothes and towels), washbasins, and vanity tables – everything you could need. After walking a lot each day, a soak is very relaxing. Afterwards, there's a water dispenser with room temperature and iced water (no hot water). I stayed on the fourth floor, which has two independent shower rooms. They've thoughtfully provided shower head holders at different heights. The fourth floor also has vanity tables and washbasins, but no stools (the third floor has them). The restroom is next to the washbasins, with a smart toilet that's very clean. You need to change into slippers before entering the restroom. The room size is quite good; a 24-inch suitcase can be fully opened. On the first day, a bath towel, small towel, and pajamas were provided on the bed. The room has three lights and two mirrors. The brightness of all three lights is adjustable, so you can slowly adjust the lighting when you wake up in the morning, avoiding glare. There's a lockable drawer under the bed for use. You can hang clothes next to the mirror, and there are three hangers. My stay experience was excellent. The hotel provides a very comprehensive range of amenities (pajamas, disposable slippers, towels (you can get fresh ones daily), toothbrushes, hair ties, earphone cables, earplugs, combs, razors, etc.). The staff were also wonderful, patiently explaining the bed's location and important information. If I travel alone again, I will definitely choose this hotel!"

"Surprising amount of amenities for a stay at this price. As long as you can deal with the occasional snoring (maybe bring earplugs if you need them), it’s kind of a steal. Apparently for only a little more there’s individual capsules, will have to try that someday. If you’re used to visiting onsens/sentou’s just think of it as that and an extra capsule to sleep in. They even offer to hold extra luggage at the front desk, and you can keep it there after checkout, wasn’t sure they’d offer at this price! A great deal all in all, good local vibes. Good central location too."

"This capsule hotel is incredibly well-equipped, and the service is great too. It's only one stop away from Shin-Osaka, or about a 10-15 minute walk if you don't mind not transferring."

"I experienced both the deluxe single room and the capsule single room. Both room types are on the same floor and neither can be locked. The hotel has a great atmosphere and is very quiet. The sound of me unzipping my backpack in the room was already quite loud. Based on different budgets, I would recommend both the deluxe single room and the capsule single room. I was very satisfied with my stay here and would definitely come back if I have the chance. Cleanliness: Surprisingly clean, from the hallway and room to the bathroom."

"This hotel has very clear pros and cons. Pros: Excellent location (just a short walk over the bridge to the airport) and extremely comprehensive amenities. Great value for money. There's also a convenience store and restaurant downstairs. Cons: Not soundproof or light-proof, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Cleanliness: Very good and clean. Amenities: Extremely well-equipped with a communal bath, showers, water dispenser, washing machine, and restrooms. It's small but has everything you need, including pajamas, towels, and various toiletries."

"Was surprised by the look of the hotel and 5 star like amenities provided. The women only floor was super clean and each shower had different showerheads. There even was a mirror in the capsule. The only downside is that the hotel is close to Awaji station and it’s easy/cheap to go to Kyoto/Nara, but going to Osaka centre is kind of more expensive then expected. Also, you have to leave your room from 11:00 to 17:00."

"Capsule hotels with high ceilings don't feel too closed in, and are great value for money if you're just going to sleep. The friendly staff were also very comforting. They're located all over the country, so I'd like to continue using them in the future."
