"We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Willo (which was renamed from YWCA Hotel after we booked). Nice they offered free coffee and tea in the morning. We arrived early in the morning and were able to leave our luggage in the storage room, before we went discovering the city. It seems like they have just renovated and also exchanged the bath amenities to new ones while we were there. We booked the room with the shared bathroom, which also connects to another room. You can lock the bathroom from both sides, so this worked well for us. We were looking for the best price-quality ratio of a hotel that is centrally located and it really is. We arrived using the airport train and walked to the hotel. The Vancouver Stadium is just across the street so very convenient for the people looking for accommodation for the World Cup. In fact we could also see the stadium from our hotel room. Highly recommend this place!"

"The property itself is a bit dated but very comfortable. The staff kindly allowed us to check in early morning after our cruise. We stayed in a large suite that featured a wonderful view of the docks. A huge highlight of our stay was being able to watch the FIFA World Cup final game right in the hotel theatre on July 19—it was an amazing setup and a great atmosphere! That being said, the room itself could use some maintenance. The coffee machine was defective, and every single door in the room was squeaking loudly—they seriously need to be greased with some WD-40. Overall, it’s a comfortable stay with excellent service and great views, but a few quick fixes in the rooms would go a long way. In"

"A fantastic stay for our family trip! We had two large beds, and the location was excellent – very quiet yet convenient for getting anywhere. Cherry blossoms were just around the corner. We even extended our stay here after coming back from Nanaimo Island. It's not far from the airport and about 30 minutes from the ferry terminal."

"The housekeepers at this location steal! They not only steal, they lie when found out. I came with my dad and wanted to drop him off for an early flight before coming back to relax before checking out. I specifically told multiple receptionists that I wasn’t checking out as I left on the shuttle. When I got back, not only had they checked me out, they raided my fridge full of food I’d saved for my Ferry ride and ate everything! And since it hadn’t even been 3 hours since I saw the food, it was so obvious that they were lying when I asked where it was. The poor receptionist at least refunded the money I spent on the food but my goodness! Up till the end, the housekeeper kept lying. She even went as far as bringing me a warm bottle of Pepsi to make up for all the food she and her cohort stole, as if that did anything. I was so close to losing it at that point, but I noticed how horrified the receptionist was at the audacity and chose not to make a scene, only to get my food refunded. Some advice, do NOT put anything in your fridge unattended. 0/10 for playing in my face like that and lying."

"I had a really great stay at this Airbnb. The place was exactly as described clean, cozy, and very well organized. Everything I needed was provided, and it felt comfortable from the moment I arrived. The location was convenient and quiet, which made it easy to relax after a long day. The host was also very responsive, friendly, and helpful whenever I had questions. Overall, it was a smooth and pleasant experience, and I would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and reliable stay."

"The hotel's exterior looks a bit old, but the rooms are newly renovated, making them quite modern by international standards. The bedroom is spacious, and the bathroom is clean. Our room was located above the lobby, offering great views from the floor-to-ceiling windows with no noise issues. The free airport shuttle bus was punctual, and the driver kindly helped us with our luggage. The shuttle departs from the hotel entrance every half hour on the dot and takes 10 minutes to reach the airport. This makes it easy to estimate the shuttle times for the return trip from the airport. There aren't many dining options in the immediate vicinity, so we ate at the airport."

"Stayed at the former Trump Tower in Vancouver. The location is super convenient for getting around, very close to downtown, and not a far walk to Stanley Park either! During my stay, the breakfast area was under renovation, so all meals were delivered via room service. The fully automated facilities in the room were fantastic. Overall, a really great experience!"

"Hotel is convenient located near eatery and airport. Sharon the front desk was extremely helpful to locate my reservation . Trip.com gotten my reservation thr agoda and Sharon spent fair bit of time to trace my agoda booking number. As trip.com booking number is not found in trip.com. Sharon worked extra hour to trace my booking to avoid me to make any payment as couldnt locate trip.com booking. Overall, my stay was plesant and shittle service is good and prompt."

"The hotel is conveniently located about 20 minutes from Vancouver Airport by train to the nearest station, and then a 10-minute walk. It's close to major tourist attractions, which is a big plus. There are plenty of restaurants along the street, but it can get quite lively late into the night on Fridays. The breakfast included in the price offered great value for money, which was a huge help. I would definitely consider staying here again if I visit Vancouver."

"This hotel's location is super convenient! It's about a 10-minute walk from the SkyTrain station, and there's a T&T Supermarket and Walmart nearby. The hotel offers breakfast, and my favorite is always the freshly made waffles with coffee. As a Chinese person, I prefer drinking hot water, and you can borrow a kettle from the front desk."
