"Although it's only three stops from the airport, taking either the Skytrain or a taxi from the airport can be quite expensive. I'd suggest that this hotel, along with others nearby, consider offering a shared shuttle bus service. The rooms are clean and well-equipped. There's also an entertainment area, and a delicious Chinese restaurant downstairs."

"Stayed at the former Trump Tower in Vancouver. The location is super convenient for getting around, very close to downtown, and not a far walk to Stanley Park either! During my stay, the breakfast area was under renovation, so all meals were delivered via room service. The fully automated facilities in the room were fantastic. Overall, a really great experience!"

"The staff were courteous and friendly, we arrived early and they were very accommodating allowing us to check in prior to our scheduled time. They were also very knowledgeable and took the initiative to let us know what services were available and how we could enhance our stay. They also offerred to hold our bags before and after our stay allowing us the freedom during our trip. Overall it was a fantastic stay at Hotel Willo"

"A fantastic stay for our family trip! We had two large beds, and the location was excellent – very quiet yet convenient for getting anywhere. Cherry blossoms were just around the corner. We even extended our stay here after coming back from Nanaimo Island. It's not far from the airport and about 30 minutes from the ferry terminal."

"The location was fantastic! It was super easy to get to the city center, so we had no trouble finding places to sightsee or eat. There were tons of restaurants and shops nearby, which made getting around during our stay incredibly convenient. On the other hand, there was a gap under our room door, and we could hear some noise from the hallway and the bathroom area. This was especially noticeable at night, so if you're looking for a really quiet stay, you might want to keep that in mind. Overall, the excellent location was a major plus, and I felt it offered decent value for money."

"The hotel's exterior looks a bit old, but the rooms are newly renovated, making them quite modern by international standards. The bedroom is spacious, and the bathroom is clean. Our room was located above the lobby, offering great views from the floor-to-ceiling windows with no noise issues. The free airport shuttle bus was punctual, and the driver kindly helped us with our luggage. The shuttle departs from the hotel entrance every half hour on the dot and takes 10 minutes to reach the airport. This makes it easy to estimate the shuttle times for the return trip from the airport. There aren't many dining options in the immediate vicinity, so we ate at the airport."

"The hotel's location is superb. It's easy to go to several interesting spots around and also there are plenty of restaurants in a walking distance. The room size is quite large. It's very convenient for us to expand our luggages. All of the staff, we met, are super nice, polite, and very helpful. Overall experience we had here is very positive."

"Facilities: Excellent. Hygiene: Clean and tidy. Environment: Great atmosphere. The only minor issue was the presence of some homeless and mentally unwell individuals nearby, but they didn't bother me or attack anyone, so it didn't impact my stay. Service: The service was fantastic, and I have to mention it. My English isn't great, and sometimes I needed a translator, but the front desk staff were incredibly patient and communicated with me with constant smiles. This made me feel at ease and not embarrassed. If I ever go to Vancouver again, I'd definitely choose this hotel. I hope they continue to maintain their high standards and keep improving!"

"Really surprised by this hotel. High-IQ, diverse staff (they have many languages covered) that had better service than many 5-stars I have stayed at: #1: I extended my stay through trip.com; normally, this is a comedy of errors: housekeepers knocking in the morning, front desk calling and asking when I'll be leaving, etc. This hotel handled everything perfectly without bothering me. On trip.com, you can make special room requests, but this is the first place that actually followed it automatically! #2: Smart facilities choices: QUIET door closers (this is a bigger deal than people realize; most hotels have cheap auto door closers that slam the doors, so your mornings start with the sound of slamming doors at 6AM.), huge in-room refrigerators (small ones probably cost the same, but are useless for guests), lovely patios looking at the Minoru Park, #3: Great location near a large mall and restaurants. Areas of improvement: Breakfast was quite good, though I wish they had hash browns and they need to refrigerate the cream cheese (it says so on the label); had some bad stomach issues with that or maybe the shared serving utensils. Rooms could just use some touch up paint on the metal door frames and some parts of the walls. It would be fast and easy to have maintenance do one room a day. Finally, the air conditioners (heat pumps) are pretty noisy at times. Bring ear plugs."

"Eve's hotel was great in that the room and bed was comfortable and the private ensuite washroom was a bonus. One point tho would be to have the shower head holder fixture repaired so that the shower head would be fixed. But again this is just minor. The common kitchen was very clean and well equipped. The common living room area was nice but only I could not figure out how to watch TV or Stream on it. There also was a washer dryer which was a huge bonus . I would definitely recommend this hotel."
