"Great location, just a 9-minute walk from Canada Place where the cruise ships dock. The north-facing rooms offer a peek of the ocean, while other directions have city views.

The hotel decor is a bit dated, but it's quite comfortable. The bedding felt like Egyptian cotton, silky and smooth!
The gym, outdoor sauna, and outdoor heated pool are on the 4th floor, all with city views. It was a good experience!👍🏻"

"This hotel has an old-money vibe, comparable to Shanghai's Peace Hotel. It's incredibly convenient for getting around; Canada Place, Gastown, the SkyTrain station, the Arc'teryx flagship store, and other high-end shops are all within walking distance. The ground floor itself houses luxury brand stores, and the church directly opposite is definitely worth visiting. As it's an old building, the rooms and bathrooms are indeed small, but the service is excellent."

"The hotel's soundproofing isn't very good, so light sleepers are advised to bring earplugs. The hotel can provide them. The honey salt restaurant on the first floor is beautifully presented, but the food is average. However, the location is excellent, with few homeless people around. The security seems good, and the nearby buildings are also very beautiful."

"This time round it's a bit disappointing as I was assigned a room just outside the swimming pool so I had to close all the curtains for privacy. Abit of aging as compared to my previous stay with them. The very good thing that I would like to recommend others to the hotel is that they would try their best to check you in even though you were very early. I had a 14+hrs flight and I would need the bed badly and they arranged without saying anything."

"It's a small hotel, but I booked it primarily because of its convenient location.
When I arrived at the hotel, the bellboy helped me unload my luggage and escorted me to the front desk.
His manners were smart and on par with those of a 5-star hotel.
Of course, check-in was smooth and the staff were very friendly.
The room was also relatively spacious for Vancouver, and the design was also very nice.
For dinner, I ate at the restaurant on the first floor of the hotel, and I was impressed by the ambiance and the high quality of the food.
Despite that, the price was reasonable.
It was a perfect hotel in every way.
