My husband and I stayed overnight in Vancouver to see a hockey game. The hotel is close to many amazing restaurants within walking distance. It is also close to Rogers Stadium so that is always nice so we don’t have to pay for parking or cabs.
The staff were amazing and accommodating as we’d asked to have a room with a balcony, which they were able to do. We had dinner out but had brunch in their restaurant which is on the 5th floor. The atmosphere was so magical, all decorated for Christmas but it was also warm and inviting.
For whatever reason (maybe bcause it was a Tuesday morning) we were the only ones in the restaurant until half way through our brunch, then only one other couple shared the dining room with us. The food was INCREDIBLE and our server Lee was the sweetest most kind person I’ve ever meet. After our brunch we sat by the fireplace with our coffees, relaxing before our 12 pm checkout. It felt like we were in a Manhattan brownstone. We will definitely be coming back in the future and certainly will recommend this hotel to our friends. Staying at LHermitage was an oasis in the midst of a very hard 3 weeks of me just having lost my mom. Thank you 🎄❤️

JingqianjinThis hotel has an old-money vibe, comparable to Shanghai's Peace Hotel. It's incredibly convenient for getting around; Canada Place, Gastown, the SkyTrain station, the Arc'teryx flagship store, and other high-end shops are all within walking distance. The ground floor itself houses luxury brand stores, and the church directly opposite is definitely worth visiting. As it's an old building, the rooms and bathrooms are indeed small, but the service is excellent.

Guest UserEve's hotel was great in that the room and bed was comfortable and the private ensuite washroom was a bonus. One point tho would be to have the shower head holder fixture repaired so that the shower head would be fixed.
But again this is just minor.
The common kitchen was very clean and well equipped.
The common living room area was nice but only I could not figure out how to watch TV or Stream on it.
There also was a washer dryer which was a huge bonus .
I would definitely recommend this hotel.

We recently stayed at the Century Plaza Hotel in Vancouver and had a great experience. The hotel's location is very convenient, situated right in the downtown Vancouver. It made exploring the city and accessing public transportation very easy.
Our room was spacious, big space, clean, and well-appointed with a kitchen. The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. We also appreciated the thoughtful touches like complimentary coffee and tea.
The staff at Century Plaza were always friendly, helpful, and ready to assist with any requests, which enhanced our stay even further.
One of the highlights was the on-site restaurant C|Prime, which served delicious Italian meals with a good variety of options.
Overall, our stay at Century Plaza Hotel was fantastic. We will definitely return on our next trip to the city!

The hotel's soundproofing isn't very good, so light sleepers are advised to bring earplugs. The hotel can provide them. The honey salt restaurant on the first floor is beautifully presented, but the food is average. However, the location is excellent, with few homeless people around. The security seems good, and the nearby buildings are also very beautiful.

wabbwty20060703For downtown Vancouver, the price of this room is very reasonable, and the location is super convenient. Especially, the bedding is really comfortable. Plus, you can store your luggage for free! I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm here. I truly felt the warmth and inclusivity in this city.

The hotel service was great, and the coffee was delicious. We stayed for 6 nights in total. I had a cup of coffee every day, but on the last day, it was just watery, I wonder why? We arrived early on check-in day, and the front desk staff, wanting us to have a comfortable stay, upgraded our room since we were staying for 5 nights. However, the toilet in the bathroom had a slight leak. We didn't switch rooms because it wasn't a major issue, and we were out all day anyway. The hotel's location is excellent; you can actually walk to most places, or take the bus or subway. There are many diverse food options nearby, including Asian and American cuisine. At night, the area downstairs is very lively with many nightclubs. The hotel room provided an umbrella, which is essential as Vancouver is a rainy city, and a safe. The bathroom and room size were both quite decent. But I wonder if booking through Trip.com means the rooms and beds would be smaller?

Shawn ZY1The hotel's location is excellent, just a ten-minute walk from the cruise terminal, and shopping nearby is very convenient. While the hotel facilities are a bit dated, the rooms are quite spacious. The staff were warm and attentive, even granting us a late checkout. Breakfast was a bit simple, but tasty.

Warm home is the highlight of our trip in Vancouver! It was very clean, tidy and well organized and I can get info from the host whenever I need it, we felt like home when I stepped into the house!
Me and my friend stayed in two separate rooms in the guest house and we shared bath together, for our convenience the host even arranged us to share same bath together and we were the only two guests in the house!!! Thanks for the flexibility kindness:) the kitchen is also very cozy and they have basically everything we need to have a simple breakfast at home and even we can also make something fancy too bc the set up is pretty good.
Other than that, the host did our a big favor to let us storage our 3 giant suitcase in the house for almost a month bc we had a trip to another city, what a lovely stay there, I miss everything already.
I highly recommend everyone to stay in the warm home! It is close to everything and easy to take bus to visit the city:) also we enjoyed privacy and quietness in a very nice neighborhood:)
I didn’t take many pictures but it’s the one of my room in the loft, cozyyyyy, I love it a lot:) I will definitely choose here for my next trip to Vancouver:)

Anonymous UserFacilities was good but not really because the amenities are not complete they dont have slippers, toiletries need to be requested at the front desk and get by your own. Bottled water also you need to request.
To the coffee lovers they have many choices you can get it to their lobby. Inside the room has a coffee also and tea.
Front desk was so helpful especially to Ms. ALOKA who such a good service and willingly helped me. To get my ride from the hotel to the BC ferry. Thank you so much her service is beyond expectations.
