They offered complimentary breakfast, and when we asked for local food recommendations, they suggested 'Warehouse No. 3 Restaurant,' which had excellent ambiance, service, and dishes. The breakfast was also rich and delicious. Since we had a late flight, the front desk attendant kindly arranged for a late check-out after learning about our situation. It was a truly delightful experience."

"It is the best hotel I have ever stayed in in Nanjiang! It has to be Atour! The mattress is very comfortable to sleep! very quiet! Free parking, and laundry room! The most important thing is that the breakfast is very rich and delicious. The service attitude is very good. The tea and drinks in the mini Atour Village are free. The mineral water is free. I also sent so many souvenirs when I left the store! Let me suddenly have a full impression of this store in Aksu! Will stay on the return trip! Recommended! The tea in Atour Village is particularly delicious, and I will have two bottles next time I prepare to be thick-skinned! Aksu's Lingling rice noodles are really fragrant."

"The experience was extremely poor and I was very disappointed! 1. On the evening of arrival at the hotel, they asked who my travel companions were. I told them I booked and paid online, and my name was on the records. They just needed to tell me the room number. Why did they insist on asking who my companions were? Were they afraid of making a mistake? Didn't they check everything beforehand? This kind of service left me speechless! 2. I mentioned online that there were lobby bar privileges. I asked what they were, and they only replied that they were available the following afternoon. I asked what the lobby bar privileges were, and they said the next day. Seriously… I asked twice and got the same answer. The next morning, I saw that there were lobby bar privileges too??? 3. When I went out, I encountered a staff member and asked if they had a tote bag. They gave me one so I could pack things for a meeting. When I returned to my room, I found several laundry bags instead??? 😂 There was only one laundry bag hanging on the clothes rack in the room. I don't need a laundry bag, I need a tote bag…😱 Am I supposed to take a laundry bag to the meeting…? 4. After finishing the meeting on the 3rd floor, I went down to the 1st floor, which led to the coffee shop on the other side. I went to the lobby and asked a waiter. The waiter said there was nothing I could do; if you come down from the 3rd floor, you can only go down to the coffee shop. I asked, ”So every time I come down from the 3rd floor, I can only go to the coffee shop and then walk around to the lobby?” She said, ”Yeah, there's nothing I can do.” 🤷♂️ I'm really…😓"

"Highly recommended! The entire experience from check-in to check-out was pleasant. The room was clean and hygienic, well-equipped, and the bedding was very comfortable; I slept soundly until morning. Excellent value for money! The hotel's design is stylish; both the lobby and rooms are impressive, and the location is superb! Although located in a bustling area, the rooms were very soundproofed, making it very quiet at night and not disturbing my rest at all. There are also many options for eating, drinking, and entertainment nearby. I will definitely stay at this hotel again next time; it's truly amazing and highly recommended!"

"My first impression of the hotel wasn't great. The road in front was closed, and the street outside was packed with parked cars! It took us ages to find the parking entrance. The female security guard at the entrance had a really bad attitude. She was there for both check-in and check-out. When we asked for a luggage cart, she just wheeled it over and stared at us, not offering to help. We had to specifically ask her to move each bag. It was the same when we checked out. Eventually, we just gave up and moved our own luggage to the car. We've been on a road trip, and this is the first time we've encountered anything like it! I initially let it go during check-in, thinking she was a female security guard and perhaps working hard, but since it happened again at check-out, I have to mention it. It really tarnishes Hilton's image, doesn't it? Also, the room felt a bit small. The bathroom and shower are together, and it felt like the door couldn't even open properly. I strongly suggest installing some hooks and towel rails; having none at all is really inconvenient! There were some good points though. The bathroom had a non-slip mat, which most Hampton by Hilton hotels on our trip didn't. With my elderly mother, safety comes first, and normally when I ask hotels for one, they can only give us another floor mat. Another plus was the humidifier in the room. That was a lifesaver! Sometimes on our trip, my throat felt so dry at night. As someone from the south, I'm giving a big thumbs up for the humidifier!"

"Our stay at the Vienna Hotel for our Aksu trip was very comfortable, thanks to the incredibly diligent staff. We stayed for 3 nights. The breakfast was delicious, and they kept our room pleasant and clean. The shuttle service to Aksu train station was also a great convenience. Special thanks to the staff who helped us find travel pamphlets and a rental car. On top of that, the people of Aksu are genuinely hospitable to visitors. ^^ I'll definitely be back to explore the endless deserts and canyons of Aksu."

"The first time I came to Aksu, I saw this newly opened hotel on the Internet and felt good. I booked a room in advance and checked in. I rarely wrote reviews when I stayed at the hotel, but the experience of staying was too satisfactory. Not only the room was large and affordable, all the facilities were fully equipped. The corridor room was clean and tidy, the bed was soft and comfortable to sleep, the waiter was warm and thoughtful, the front desk had free hand coffee, and the free breakfast was varied and the service was thoughtful. There is also a gym where you can do aerobic and anaerobic exercise. There is a Tianbai Shopping Mall next to it. It is very convenient to shop. I first arrived at Aksu. Mesu Hotel left a good impression on me. I will stay here next time I come to Aksu! Like 👍"

The hotel was combined with the gynecological hospital, which was a bit uncomfortable. The hospital sign was bigger than the hotel. There were few breakfast varieties, and the service staff was not very nice. It felt like you could eat or not, and the restaurant was too small. It needs renovation."
