"This stay was incredibly heartwarming! My reservation originally didn't include breakfast, but the front desk staff, Kamy and Dora, thoughtfully offered it to me for free, which was a wonderful surprise. After checking out, I accidentally left some personal belongings in the room. The hotel noticed right away and promptly called me to inform me, showing how attentive and responsible their staff are. The front desk staff were gentle and friendly, and their thoughtfulness was evident in every interaction. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely choose it again for my next trip!"

"The hotel's environment and service are absolutely top-notch, and the breakfast spread is more than enough. However, the air conditioning is simply unacceptable. I understand it's a central AC system, but why the time restrictions? What kind of sense does it make to have the cooling only available from 2 PM to 12 AM every day? It was cool enough when the AC was on at night, but then I'd wake up feeling hot after falling asleep!"

The lobby features a book bar and wellness tea, while the in-room amenities are of excellent quality. The bath and hand towels are all high-temperature sterilized and sealed. The rooms are spacious and clean, making for a very comfortable stay, and the breakfast offers a wide variety of refined dishes. What truly stood out was the service; they paid close attention to our reservation requests and proactively upgraded our room, fulfilling our every need. The front desk and all staff members were incredibly polite, always asking if we needed assistance and offering help promptly and diligently. The hotel also provides services like car washing and station transfers. We stayed in two different room types with three people, and we all agreed this hotel offers fantastic value for money and made us feel right at home!"

"I'm a bit lost for words about this night. First, let's get the good news out of the way. Due to a group booking and limited availability, the hotel upgraded our room. The facilities were new, and parking was very convenient. But let's talk about the shortcomings, which are perhaps even more important to the hotel's guest experience. 1. Is the Tmall Genie immature? I couldn't get it to turn on the TV. Even worse, at 5:00 a.m., while I was sound asleep, it suddenly turned on the lights, curtains, and TV, and started making voice calls. I was startled! I had to get up and turn them off one by one. 2. The breakfast items were small in quantity and variety. Even more outrageous, the ”Home Inn noodles” were not available. When asked why, they said they didn't know. Home Inn constantly promotes and boasts about this bowl of noodles, from the rooms to the restaurant. Essentially, this bowl of noodles is Home Inn's promise and invitation. How could they just say it's gone? When I asked the front desk, they said it was because the hotel was new, then because there were few guests, and they couldn't come up with a reasonable excuse. 3. The pillows were uncomfortable! One pillow had a cassia seed core, which was too high and hard to use, and the other had a latex core, which had no slope and was too hard, making it impossible to sleep for most of the night."

"Booked a deluxe twin room for a trip with friends during the National Day holiday, and requested a non-smoking room. The 8th floor room they assigned was pretty good. Since we traveled during the off-peak period, there weren't many guests. Breakfast until 11 am was a huge plus. The room was very new and clean. I highly recommend it for tourists; you won't regret it."

"This hotel is simply amazing, with excellent service. The location is near the Grand Cross and it is convenient to go everywhere. The key is that everyone in the store is very, very nice, with a strong sense of service. They helped us with luggage, picked us up, and were polite and made us feel at home. The breakfast is also OK, there is a 24-hour laundry room, and snacks and hand cream are provided. It is simply a fairy hotel, and the price is not expensive. Everyone has a very good attitude, the manager, the front desk, the security guard, the cafeteria aunt, everyone is polite, the New Year is so warm ~ Good reviews, I extended my stay for another day, it is worth recommending!"

"The room was spacious and clean, and parking was convenient. It had all the necessary amenities, and I particularly liked the laundry room – the machines were quite new and even automatically dispensed detergent. While waiting, you could either work out or read. At night, sitting by the window, you could enjoy a beautiful night view. It's definitely worth experiencing, I'd recommend it to friends."

"The hotel's security guard was incredibly friendly and dedicated! The driver helped us with our luggage, and the security guard immediately took over, pushing the cart and leading us to the elevator, all the way to our room. He even turned on the air conditioning for us before leaving. 👍👍👍👍👍 This Aksu hotel was the best we encountered on our entire trip from Kashgar → Tashkurgan → Kashgar → Shache → Hotan → Kuqa → Aksu. The hotel is new, the rooms are spacious, and the facilities are clean, complete, and thoughtful. The service was also excellent! The breakfast selection was quite diverse too. Overall, every detail of this hotel shows great care!"

"A perfect stay! Convenient location, warm service, cleanliness, and complete facilities – absolutely flawless. The front desk was responsive and answered all my questions promptly; the beds were comfortable, well-insulated, and I slept exceptionally well; breakfast hours were flexible, from 7:30 am to 10:30 am, and the food was delicious. The hotel's greenery was refreshing, and the art decorations in the corridors were stylish. Whether for business or leisure, this is an excellent choice, offering great value for money – highly recommended! A huge shout-out to the front desk team! Check-in took less than 3 minutes, the process was clear and efficient, and the staff proactively verified my order information and provided detailed information about the hotel facilities, breakfast times, and surrounding transportation – professional and considerate. When I had questions about invoices, they patiently answered and processed them quickly, without any extra waiting. Their attitude was warm but respectful, making communication very comfortable and saving me a lot of time on my business trip – perfect service!"

"We booked a family suite, which was quite large. The shower was a bit small, and water leaked from the bottom if we showered for a while. Everything else was good. The parking lot downstairs was huge, and it was very conveniently located near the Old Street Night Market."
