The lobby features a book bar and wellness tea, while the in-room amenities are of excellent quality. The bath and hand towels are all high-temperature sterilized and sealed. The rooms are spacious and clean, making for a very comfortable stay, and the breakfast offers a wide variety of refined dishes. What truly stood out was the service; they paid close attention to our reservation requests and proactively upgraded our room, fulfilling our every need. The front desk and all staff members were incredibly polite, always asking if we needed assistance and offering help promptly and diligently. The hotel also provides services like car washing and station transfers. We stayed in two different room types with three people, and we all agreed this hotel offers fantastic value for money and made us feel right at home!"

"This stay was incredibly heartwarming! My reservation originally didn't include breakfast, but the front desk staff, Kamy and Dora, thoughtfully offered it to me for free, which was a wonderful surprise. After checking out, I accidentally left some personal belongings in the room. The hotel noticed right away and promptly called me to inform me, showing how attentive and responsible their staff are. The front desk staff were gentle and friendly, and their thoughtfulness was evident in every interaction. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely choose it again for my next trip!"

"The hotel's environment and service are absolutely top-notch, and the breakfast spread is more than enough. However, the air conditioning is simply unacceptable. I understand it's a central AC system, but why the time restrictions? What kind of sense does it make to have the cooling only available from 2 PM to 12 AM every day? It was cool enough when the AC was on at night, but then I'd wake up feeling hot after falling asleep!"

"The hotel indicated that it was opened in 2024, but the equipment inside was not new. It should be that some things in the old hotel were old and renovated. The sofa was stained. We stayed in 2026. The room was very hot and the central air-conditioning host was not turned on, resulting in no use. The waiter sent us a fan. But there are many varieties of early, suitable for our appetite. Parking is free."

"My first impression of the hotel wasn't great. The road in front was closed, and the street outside was packed with parked cars! It took us ages to find the parking entrance. The female security guard at the entrance had a really bad attitude. She was there for both check-in and check-out. When we asked for a luggage cart, she just wheeled it over and stared at us, not offering to help. We had to specifically ask her to move each bag. It was the same when we checked out. Eventually, we just gave up and moved our own luggage to the car. We've been on a road trip, and this is the first time we've encountered anything like it! I initially let it go during check-in, thinking she was a female security guard and perhaps working hard, but since it happened again at check-out, I have to mention it. It really tarnishes Hilton's image, doesn't it? Also, the room felt a bit small. The bathroom and shower are together, and it felt like the door couldn't even open properly. I strongly suggest installing some hooks and towel rails; having none at all is really inconvenient! There were some good points though. The bathroom had a non-slip mat, which most Hampton by Hilton hotels on our trip didn't. With my elderly mother, safety comes first, and normally when I ask hotels for one, they can only give us another floor mat. Another plus was the humidifier in the room. That was a lifesaver! Sometimes on our trip, my throat felt so dry at night. As someone from the south, I'm giving a big thumbs up for the humidifier!"

"The lady in the lobby was very welcoming. Seeing that we had a lot of luggage, she immediately used a cart to help us move our luggage. She even pushed it a long way to deliver it to the room. The front desk staff had a good attitude and helped us upgrade the room. The room was very large. The surrounding environment of the hotel was very beautiful."

"The room is clean and all-round five-star praise! The room was cleaned very meticulously, the dead corners were dust-free, and the bathroom was dry and odorless. The whole house is full of intelligent experience, voice control lights, curtains, smart toilets, and all equipment can be controlled while lying on the bed. The giant screen viewing effect is excellent. The bed is soft and comfortable, and the sound insulation effect is outstanding; the air conditioner is low-noise operation, the constant temperature effect is good, and the body feels warm. The location is excellent, the travel is convenient, the front desk service is warm and intimate, the response is fast, and the experience of staying is directly full!"

"The hotel's security guard was incredibly friendly and dedicated! The driver helped us with our luggage, and the security guard immediately took over, pushing the cart and leading us to the elevator, all the way to our room. He even turned on the air conditioning for us before leaving. 👍👍👍👍👍 This Aksu hotel was the best we encountered on our entire trip from Kashgar → Tashkurgan → Kashgar → Shache → Hotan → Kuqa → Aksu. The hotel is new, the rooms are spacious, and the facilities are clean, complete, and thoughtful. The service was also excellent! The breakfast selection was quite diverse too. Overall, every detail of this hotel shows great care!"

"I have been traveling for a month and I am very satisfied with my stay. The hotel is high-temperature, the lobby is spacious and bright, the architectural style is unique, the corridor is large and wide, equipped with washing machines, dryers and fitness equipment, the room has floor-to-ceiling windows, the view is very wide, and the breakfast is rich and delicious. It has its own parking lot, and the farmer's market is at the door. No matter what the business trip is worth experiencing, it is highly recommended!"
