"This Hotel was perfect! We had a suite on the 8th floor with a wonderful view of the mountains and the city. The staff was amazing, friendly and accommodating when welcoming us! There is a free laundry room available to all! The hotel is perfectly located in the hart of the city right on the pedestrian street Zhengyang and 2 minutes from the Prince Jingjiang City to visit! Great breakfast at the Percent restaurant on the 9th floor also a restaurant for lunch and dinner! Right above a large underground shopping center! I highly recommend and will be back again!!!"

"I chose a relatively new hotel on Trip.com. The location is super convenient; it's a 7-minute walk to Xiangshan Park and a 5-minute walk to ZhengYang Street and DongXiang Alley, making everything easily accessible on foot. I booked a family room, which was incredibly spacious. From the room's balcony, I had a beautiful lake view and could see the Twin Towers, which are even more stunning when lit up at night. Breakfast was also very satisfying. The hotel provided a dedicated butler service upon check-in, who sent a detailed guide covering dining, entertainment, and activities. This saved me a lot of time I would have spent researching on XiaoHongShu. Upon arrival, staff members helped open car doors and handle luggage. They also assisted with opening car doors when we took a taxi. The service was excellent. Finally, upon check-out, the front desk attendant gave us a souvenir and helped us into our car. It was a very comfortable stay for two days. Extremely satisfied!"

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Guilin and would highly recommend it to international travelers. The rooms are exceptionally clean, spacious, and very comfortable, making it easy to relax after a day of sightseeing. The hotel is thoughtfully designed and well-maintained, and you can really feel the attention to detail throughout the property. What stood out most was the service—staff were attentive, helpful, and went beyond our expectations to meet every need quickly and efficiently. Communication was smooth, even for international guests, which made the entire stay stress-free. A lovely bonus was the Italian-style coffee machine located downstairs, which served excellent coffee and made mornings even better. Overall, a fantastic experience and excellent value. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Guilin."

"The hotel is located right by Rong Lake, near the Two Rivers and Four Lakes scenic area, which is very quiet. In the mornings, you can hear birds chirping from the park. It's a 15-minute walk to the free Elephant Trunk Hill scenic area, and a 7-minute walk to see the Sun and Moon Pagodas at night, where you can also take a cruise. This location pretty much covers all the attractions in Guilin city. All the hotel staff were lovely, and I especially want to thank a female staff member or supervisor at the front desk – I'm not entirely sure which she was. It had been raining for days, and after checking out, we canceled our train to Yangshuo, fearing flooding and that we wouldn't be able to enjoy ourselves there. She told us that since we had traveled so far, we should still go and see it, as the scenery is beautiful and it doesn't rain constantly; we wouldn't know until we got there. So, we re-bought our tickets and went. She even helped us make a waterproof cover for our child's camera, which was incredibly thoughtful. When we got there, we found it hadn't rained for the past two days, and we were able to enjoy bamboo rafting and everything. The scenery truly was breathtaking, and it was definitely worth the trip! Coming all the way from Beijing, it certainly made our long journey worthwhile. We came here in a hurry this time and didn't plan anything, relying entirely on the information and advice from the front desk concierge. Their explanations made everything so much clearer. We'll definitely choose this place again for our next trip."

"The family room was very spacious, and they provided a baby cot, which is a huge plus for families with infants. The front desk staff were very kind and helpful. The hotel's location is excellent; it's about a 10-minute walk to Elephant Trunk Hill, and right next to it are Dongxi Alley and the pedestrian street, making dining very convenient. The Lao Dongjiang rice noodles were really good, and I also recommend trying the glutinous rice balls. The prices in Guilin are incredibly affordable! Just a heads-up: avoid the '40-year-old restaurant' for beer fish that taxi drivers recommend – it's overpriced and not tasty at all."

"The room's floor-to-ceiling windows offer a direct view of the Li River and Elephant Trunk Hill – an unbeatable location. The entire room features a minimalist luxury wood design, and the marble bathroom is spotless with no dead corners. It's fully equipped with a bathtub and double vanity, and the toiletries are exquisite. For breakfast, you can enjoy authentic Guilin rice noodles. There's also a public laundry room and gym available. The front desk service was attentive, proactively recommending touring routes without any upselling throughout our stay. Away from the main road, it's very quiet. For its price range, the views, cleanliness, and amenities are all well-balanced. It's definitely our top choice when visiting Elephant Trunk Hill."

"Upgraded to a balcony room for one night, directly facing the beautiful Li River and Fubo Hill. The evening breeze was so pleasant. The double sinks, toilet, and shower room were all separate, which was very convenient. Later, we moved to a 180-degree river view room, where I could just relax on the tatami mat and gaze at the river – truly a stolen moment of leisure. The oversized bathtub was perfect for a relaxing soak and stress relief. The mini-bar was free, and the complimentary fruit at night was delicious. The butler and front desk staff were all so kind, polite, and provided excellent service, always ready to help. They proactively asked daily if we needed anything, if the room temperature was comfortable, or if we wanted to choose different pillows. We slept wonderfully every night. The hotel breakfast offered a great variety, including two types of rice noodles (dry and soup). There were also two kinds of herbal teas daily, like luo han guo and goji berry. We had dinner à la carte, and the food was delicious, the ambiance beautiful, making it perfect for photos. The hotel package included a photoshoot with a good selection of outfits. The photographer was patient and meticulous, and selecting the photos was a smooth process. My mom absolutely loved the hotel's cultural handicraft experience; she made three phone charms and really enjoyed it. I also tried the hotel spa. The masseuse was quiet throughout but worked hard, and her technique was very good. The most memorable part of our Guilin trip was our stay at Lijiang Courtyard. We felt completely at home. We'll definitely book here again next time!"

"The environment has an antique charm with a strong traditional Chinese feel. It's right at the entrance of East-West Alley, offering a tranquil escape amidst the bustling area. The dining area provides coffee and tea, and there are even ethnic costumes available to try on, which shows the owner's thoughtfulness. The location is excellent, right at the entrance of East-West Alley, and across from Zhengyang Road Pedestrian Street. There are also small shops to browse within the same complex, and Elephant Trunk Hill and Sun and Moon Pagodas are all within walking distance! Highly recommend."

"We spent 3 nights at this hotel and it has been a great experience and stay here. The check-in staff was excellent and the service from everyone was great,couldn’t ask for anything more. The breakfast was great, the location is really good for everything. Thanks to Jolin, Kevin and. Jean for the great and wonderful service. You cannot go wrong staying here. The laundry facility is great for us as we are traveling for an extended period in China."

"The environment here is really great! The lady at the front desk saw we had two large suitcases and even upgraded our room. The hygiene is excellent, and there's a full-length mirror. I especially loved the large window that made the room so bright during the day. I was surprised to find a scale, and the slippers were even individually sealed. They offer laundry and drying service; you just hand your clothes to the front desk, and they'll take care of it. Plus, they gave us a late check-out. The hotel is also super close to the scenic spots, easily reachable by foot or a shared bike. I highly recommend it to everyone!"
