"This is an amazing place to stay at in Guilin. We got access to one of the busiest pedestrian streets in the city, where you can find all kinds of local street snacks, decent food, and all kinds of fun novelties; there’s also Western food chains like KFC, McDonald’s, Starbucks, and so on. Beyond all that, one end of the street led us to the Solitary Beauty Peak, then there’s an underground mall connecting to the other end that leads to the Sun and Moon Pagodas. All mentioned were within walking distance. As for the views from our room’s window, just look at the pictures! Many thanks to the very friendly and supportive staff here. We will definitely come back to this hotel when we visit Guilin again."

"Really easy to find and in a great location with most things within a 10-20 mins walk away! The owner was so lovely ! I mentioned I was hungry then 10 mins later a knock on the door… she brought me some food which she had cooked herself and it was lovely! Rooms are basic but have everything you need! The lobby is such a lovely vibe and smells amazing ! Based on what you pay , you couldn’t ask for more"

"The hotel is located right by Rong Lake, near the Two Rivers and Four Lakes scenic area, which is very quiet. In the mornings, you can hear birds chirping from the park. It's a 15-minute walk to the free Elephant Trunk Hill scenic area, and a 7-minute walk to see the Sun and Moon Pagodas at night, where you can also take a cruise. This location pretty much covers all the attractions in Guilin city. All the hotel staff were lovely, and I especially want to thank a female staff member or supervisor at the front desk – I'm not entirely sure which she was. It had been raining for days, and after checking out, we canceled our train to Yangshuo, fearing flooding and that we wouldn't be able to enjoy ourselves there. She told us that since we had traveled so far, we should still go and see it, as the scenery is beautiful and it doesn't rain constantly; we wouldn't know until we got there. So, we re-bought our tickets and went. She even helped us make a waterproof cover for our child's camera, which was incredibly thoughtful. When we got there, we found it hadn't rained for the past two days, and we were able to enjoy bamboo rafting and everything. The scenery truly was breathtaking, and it was definitely worth the trip! Coming all the way from Beijing, it certainly made our long journey worthwhile. We came here in a hurry this time and didn't plan anything, relying entirely on the information and advice from the front desk concierge. Their explanations made everything so much clearer. We'll definitely choose this place again for our next trip."

"I genuinely recommend this hotel! The location is absolutely perfect, really close to the scenic spots in Guilin city, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing. The rooms were spotless, and the soundproofing was surprisingly good; I slept wonderfully undisturbed at night. All the staff were very enthusiastic, and Anna and Jolin provided excellent service, responding quickly to any requests. The breakfast tasted great, and there was a good variety to choose from. My entire stay was very comfortable, I honestly can't find anything to fault. This is my top choice when visiting!"

"Traveling on a rainy day is indeed inconvenient, but there are definitely fewer people around. The hotel service was excellent and satisfactory. Its location was convenient for pickups and drop-offs. It was clean, quiet, and offered great value for money at this price. Very satisfied! A taxi from Guilin West Station to the hotel cost 45 yuan. Waiting for a ride-hailing service takes too long, and you often can't even get a booking, which I assume is common at any high-speed rail station. To get to Elephant Trunk Hill, use Entrance 3. Don't waste time going to Entrance 1, as you'll only see the elephant's backside. The one-hour Four Rivers cruise for 80 yuan per person isn't really worth it, unless you have an excess of time and nothing else to do. I recommend visiting Liu Sanjie's Former Residence instead! The cable car offers beautiful views of the 'A Thousand Miles of Rivers and Mountains' scenery."

The decor has a unique and stylish design, with a lovely natural wood aesthetic that's very pleasing to the eye. The room is spacious enough, the bed is super soft, and it's incredibly relaxing to come back here after a tiring day of exploring. The location is absolutely perfect, very close to attractions, making it easy to go out for food and sightseeing. The view from the window is also beautiful, and the service details are excellent, with many thoughtful amenities provided. The ethnic cultural and creative products in the lobby also have a strong local flavor. Overall, it was a great experience, and I'd highly recommend this place for your trip."

"The soundproofing of the corridor is not very good. When I first opened last month, I came to live. The room was equipped with a small bag of laundry detergent. The laundry room was also equipped. This time I came to live twice. I can understand it without putting it in the laundry room. I don’t know why, there is no electric mosquito coil liquid, others are okay."

"The room was a good size, and the bed was very comfortable. The front desk staff, especially the ladies, were really helpful. The hotel even provided recommendations for nearby attractions and places to eat. We tried the 5.5 yuan rice noodles and the Chun Ji roasted goose right outside the hotel, which were both delicious! The hotel's location is super convenient, within 1.5 km of all the main attractions, so you can easily walk everywhere. They also have a dryer, and the entrance is stocked with various emergency medicines and hair ties. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit."

The location is fantastic – literally steps away from a great food street, and just a 10-minute walk to Elephant Trunk Hill and the Two Rivers and Four Lakes scenic area. The front desk staff proactively recommended local spots for rice noodles, and they offer free luggage storage, so checking in late after exploring was no issue. Full marks, highly recommend! The room was spotless and well-maintained. Staying here made our trip effortless and comfortable, offering incredible value for money. The bedding was pristine with no odd smells, and there were no water stains or dust on the corners, windowsills, or bathroom glass. The towels were dry and fluffy, and the bathroom had no moldy smell – perfect for anyone who's particular about cleanliness. Daily housekeeping was incredibly thorough, replenishing water and tissues promptly and taking out the trash. The attention to detail in cleanliness was superb, and the service was wonderfully warm. Anything we needed was quickly delivered to our room after a quick WeChat message. The surrounding local snacks are also a five-star recommendation!"
