"The hotel's location is excellent, right across from Fuchun River Park, making it very convenient for sightseeing. There's plenty of parking available. All the staff members we encountered were incredibly warm and friendly, and we had pleasant interactions with them. Our room was spacious, and the bedding was comfortable and clean. The facilities were comprehensive. Breakfast was a lavish spread. Overall, a great experience."

"The Senbo Grandma's Home resort is nestled amidst lush green mountains and rivers, spanning a vast area. Getting around primarily relies on shuttle buses, making it ideal for family vacations. We booked a duplex starlight room, a family room, and a treehouse king room. Overall, the starlight room offered the best experience. The treehouse room we stayed in last had a bit of a musty smell, and late at night, we discovered the bathroom air conditioner was leaking, and it made a creaking noise while cooling. However, the hotel staff responded quickly, and someone promptly arrived with a box and towels to deal with the leak, and they also said they'd call a technician for repairs. The kids had so much fun they didn't want to leave. When we checked out, the butler even gave them a small gift, which made them very happy. Due to time constraints, we also visited the nearby Heartbeat Park and the newly opened water park. We didn't get a chance to explore many parts of Grandma's Home, which is a bit of a shame."

"This boutique hotel truly deserves every excellent review it has received. It is conveniently located very close to OMG and exceeded all of our expectations. The hotel was spotlessly clean—honestly even cleaner and better organized than a four-star hotel we stayed at in Shanghai. Every corner of the property was well maintained, making our stay very comfortable. What really makes this hotel exceptional is Mr. Jiang. He is one of the kindest and most helpful hotel staff members I have ever met. He went above and beyond to assist us with booking theme park tickets, explaining the entry procedures, and making both our check-in and check-out smooth and hassle-free. When he learned that we are a Muslim family with halal dietary requirements, he generously allowed us to use the hotel’s kitchen to warm up our food, which meant a lot to us. His kindness, hospitality, and unlimited generosity made our stay truly memorable. Thank you, Mr. Jiang, for everything. We will always remember your exceptional service and hope to visit again in the future."

"Our river-view room offered a stunning panorama, perfectly capturing the essence of Fuchun Mountain. The riverside path stretches for several kilometers, making for a lovely post-dinner stroll. We spent an entire afternoon mesmerized by the river views from our sofa, sipping tea and watching the boats go by – it never got old. The hotel's facilities are comprehensive and thoughtfully designed, with a charming European-style decor. On our first night, the mattress felt a bit too soft, but the front desk promptly sent someone to flip it to the firmer side, ensuring a comfortable second night's sleep. The only minor drawback was that the air conditioning turned off at midnight. A fantastic bonus is the food street conveniently located near the hotel."

"The location is great, with plenty of convenient dining options within walking distance. The front desk staff upgraded me to an executive room, which had a slight river view. It's just a short walk across the street to the riverside, and the environment is lovely. The hygiene was also good. The only minor issue was that the shower water pressure was a bit low, with a weak stream. Everything else was very satisfactory."

"The hotel is newly opened, and I booked a river view room. The 21st floor offers a fantastic view, and the room itself is very clean and hygienic. What's most unique is the separate design for the toilet and washing area, which is very thoughtful. The breakfast was abundant and excellent. I particularly enjoyed the Tonglu rice cakes, roujiamo (meat burger), and roasted sweet potatoes. It's better than the food at other hotels I've stayed in. The most satisfying aspect was the hotel's service. The front desk ladies were all wonderful and attractive. On the day of check-in, a butler even added me on WeChat for service. I had two children with me, one older and one younger, and the front desk lady kindly offered free breakfast for the older child. Every day, we received a generous supply of fruits and snacks. Having stayed at so many hotels, this is the only one I genuinely recommend and have taken the time to write a review for. Minor drawback: Currently, there are no charging spaces for electric vehicles, so EV owners need to charge their cars elsewhere."

"The hotel is very close to the ancient city of Yanzhou, and it takes about 15 minutes to walk to it at most. It is nice to take a walk along the river after dinner, and you can also watch performances in the ancient city. Facilities: I booked a parent-child LOFT room. There is a 1.8M large bed on each floor, two bathrooms, and a small tent and toys for children upstairs, which is also very considerate. The overall feeling is that the room is relatively large, which is just right for our family of three. There are chairs and tables outside the room, which is very friendly to men who smoke. Breakfast is on the M floor (B1 floor), and the category is not particularly rich. It would be more perfect if there were more varieties. At the same time, there is a swimming pool and a small playground for children to play on this floor, as well as a children's reading area. At the same time, the hotel also provided us with a welcome meal, which can be used for dinner or lunch during the stay. Overall, I am quite satisfied with this hotel. The check-in experience is also good"

The underground parking garage isn't finished yet, and if you accidentally drive in, there's no direct elevator up, so be careful not to make that mistake. The front desk service was very enthusiastic. The newly opened room is super spacious, very clean, and cozy, with a beautiful view outside the window. Breakfast is on the 25th floor; the beef noodles are delicious, and I added instant noodles. They also have oat milk. It would be even better if there was a toaster."

It's been renovated, the carpets are soft to the touch, the breakfast is plentiful, and they even serve heartwarming late-night porridge. "The hotel's location is excellent, with a riverside view. I booked a standard room, and the hotel upgraded me to a higher floor and provided complimentary breakfast, which was very thoughtful. The river view room also offered a great view, with the Fuchun River stretching out before me. The distant mountains, dark and picturesque, complemented the calm river waters beautifully. However, the hotel windows need cleaning, as there were many stains on the outer panes, which affected the view. Overall, it was still very good. The hotel decor is grand, with a strong Portuguese-Macanese style. The facilities are showing signs of age and need maintenance soon, otherwise, they won't match the overall high-end aesthetic. The overall value for money is quite high, I recommend staying here!"
