"I arrived at 10 PM, and there was only one person at the front desk. Since I was with my child, I requested a non-smoking room. However, upon entering, I found an ashtray and matches. The toilet paper in the bathroom, as you can see in the picture, was half-used from the previous guest. That's not the main issue, though. The problem is that this half-used roll of toilet paper had been severely wet, then folded into a triangle shape and air-dried, presumably to be used again by new guests. After calling the front desk twice, I finally received a new roll of toilet paper. The experience was terrible. Other facilities were acceptable, but the service definitely doesn't meet five-star standards."

"A friend helped me book this hotel, and he said it was quite famous in Tonglu. The hotel environment is relatively quiet. I didn't seem to see any rooms opposite, but there are two corridors, so it's easy to get lost. The front desk will remind you and there are signs. The room is quite nice, with large floor-to-ceiling windows and a large bed, making it very comfortable to live in. The room facilities and equipment are also very good, with many details, such as Nestle coffee, Lipton black and green tea, mouthwash, etc. The quality of the supplies is also good, and the toiletries are very fragrant. The service is very personal and enthusiastic. The sanitation is very clean and the details are well done. The evening snack and foot bath are also very good, not pre-made, very attentive, freshly made. Parking is free, highly recommended."

"The view from the room is superb, especially the balcony, facing the Fuchun River, with mountains, trees and roads in the distance. The boss is very considerate and will prepare fruits, snacks and tea when you go back (ps: the tea is better than outside), which makes you feel like you are home. There are few shops around, so it is not easy to order takeout at night, but it is convenient to have drinks downstairs. There are many people in the scenic area during the holidays, so it is also nice to stay downstairs in the homestay and chat with the boss."
