"The hotel interior is amazing. The room was quite spacious. However, I noticed a problem with a lack of proper cleaning (there were dust and hair of other people left when I checked in) and good air conditioning (a very high humidity in the room). The rest was great, I enjoyed my stay."

"Location is excellent. Less than 5 mins walk to mall and JR station. Service by front desk is impeccable. The front desk is most helpful with the check in and assisted us with our carpark parking validation many times as we drive in and out often. A male staff took a map and show us the restaurants nearby where we can have our meals. On our check out day; he even offer to help us take photos and assisted with our luggages."

"The hostel is nice with a nice layout that gives you some privacy. However since every bed has its own light people just kept it on the whole night so I couldn’t sleep. Also the dormitory is small and showers and toilets are inside the room and people started to use the hairdryer early in the morning. The owners are nice tho, and when I complaint they gave me an eye mask as a gift which was very thoughtful. Location is great."

"The room was fantastic! The lobby was also very bright, and there's an outdoor area with a great view. The open-air onsen on the top floor was absolutely amazing, super clean, and incredibly relaxing! The hotel is right above Chinatown, making it very convenient for getting around."

"This is a great hotel, conveniently located near Chuo-bashi (Central Bridge) and Nagasaki Station, with easy access to public transport. The hotel facilities are excellent and comprehensive, including a washing machine and dryer, a large public bath, breakfast service, and a bar. The 3rd and 11th floors offer panoramic city views through their floor-to-ceiling windows. The service is also superb, truly impeccable. One thing to note is that disposable slippers are not provided, so you'll need to bring your own. However, there was one significant issue: my room had a strong body odor smell, and the entire 9th-floor hallway smelled the same. Even opening the window didn't get rid of it, and the air freshener provided by the hotel didn't help either. Perhaps I was just unlucky."

A convenience store and a shopping mall are located nearby, directly below the hotel. The hotel itself is located on the second floor of the shopping mall, requiring an escalator ride to access. The room was clean and spacious for a solo traveler, even featuring a dedicated area for hanging clothes. The bathtub was also quite satisfactory and clean. I was very pleased with my stay and hope to return should I visit Nagasaki again in the future."

The Hamamachi shopping district and Shinchi Chinatown are also within easy walking distance, making it incredibly convenient for shopping sprees or savoring local delicacies like Nagasaki Chawanmushi and sushi. The guest rooms are equipped with practical amenities, including air conditioning, a refrigerator, and a flat-screen TV. A thoughtful touch is the option to request daily housekeeping service directly via the TV. The beds are comfortable, and some room types offer ample space, ensuring families don't feel cramped. "The hotel is located between 2 tram stations. It’s also not far from You Me department store. The price is good for twin bed room with non-smoking. The wall is quite soundproof so barely hear noises from nearby rooms. The bathtub is fairly big comparing to other business hotels. The staffs are quite helpful and we do appreciated."

"The location is fantastic, very convenient for getting around, right by the 'Ohuraigashi Station' tram stop. The surrounding area is also very pleasant. The room isn't large, but it's perfect for two people, well-equipped, clean, and the bed and pillows are comfortable. The front desk staff are polite, efficient, and speak English. There was no additional accommodation tax to pay upon check-in."

"Very nice onsen hotel, onsen with good view but specific time period for male and female to use the pool with view at 11 floor. My dinner timing slot was specified to be  at 7:30-9pm but when a go in at 7:30pm sharp most other guests are already inside. At 8:30pm food are already gone!"
