"We booked two rooms and were very happy with our stay. The hotel is surrounded by beautiful greenery, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. We especially loved the authentic Asian-style interior and the overall local vibe — it really gives the hotel a special character. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a balcony and a large, very comfortable bed. You could choose between using the air conditioning or the fan, which was very convenient. We were particularly pleased with the breakfast. There was a choice between European options, such as eggs, and traditional local dishes. Fresh fruit was also served every morning, which we really enjoyed. The swimming pool was under renovation during our stay, but the hotel kindly offered us access to the pool at a neighboring hotel, which was a thoughtful solution. The staff were very polite, friendly, and welcoming throughout our stay. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience and would definitely recommend this hotel!"

"My son and I chose this hotel and didn't regret it for a second. It's close to everything, the area is really pleasant, with cafes and restaurants to suit all tastes. The staff were very friendly; we felt well cared for and welcomed. The breakfasts were delicious and they even accommodated all our 'quirks'. Our room was beautifully decorated, clean, and fresh. It was a bit noisy in the evenings due to the Hard Rock Cafe, but finding a hotel in the city center without evening music is an impossible task. Since we stayed for over a week, they treated us to lunch, which was a very pleasant and unexpected surprise! We wish this business all the best and will definitely be back!"

"We greatly enjoyed our stay at Indochine Serenity Boutique. The personnel was very hospitable and helped us book a tour to Tonlesap lake the same day. The breakfast is nice and nourishing enough for exploring the temples, and there is nothing better after a hot day in the sun than soaking in the pool. The hotel is located near the key spots on a quiet peaceful street. The lotus flowers at the reception is an exceptionally nice touch!"

"This hotel was such a pleasant surprise. From the moment you arrive, the super friendly staff make you feel like a VIP at a luxury resort. It's definitely a great place to get 5 star service even if youre on a backpacker budget. Everything from the bathroom to the bedroom, the restaurant and the pool is extremely clean. The food was delicious and affordable, with friendly 5 star service from Miss Phim. The breakfast had 4 menu sets which included something for everyone's tastes, and was included in the price of the room. They provide services like bike and scooter rentals, tours of Angkor Wat, transportation to and from the airport or bus station. Overall wonderful experience and would definitely recommend staying here. Great job Indochine Sanctuary!"

"The hotel is in a perfect area, staff are super friendly and respectful. The rooms are good, clean and cozy. We got an upgrade of the room, than the new room was just too humid and no doors in the bathroom, but still amazing. The hotel is just amazing, coffee break is perfect and beautiful swimming pool. Just 3 things must change: 1 the gym is really too small and without essential things. 2 the sauna is always broken and can't use 3 no any place covered to smoke and relax, if raining you will run without a proper place to smoke, since can't smoke in the room. But it's definitely a hotel to rent again if back to Siem reap."

"I stayed here for 4 nights due to a botched reservation from another of their property under the IndochineGroup. I was travelling with a friend and we booked a studio double room with pool view and balcony each. Overall I had a good stay although the maintenance of the hotel could be a lil better. I would like to give special mention to a really exceptional staff, Mr Sadaka, for being the highlight of my stay. He was perhaps the only one who easily comprehended our requests, great situational awareness and resolved whatever issues that we brought up with professionalism and positivity. The rooms were spacious with basic amenities. I think the hotel is a little old and you can see that they are doing their renovation in parts. Some room floors are diff from the others. And some parts of the wall have old mold that they either missed out or just didn’t care. There is a fridge, TV (not working), thin bathrobes and a station with coffee and tea. Bed was king sized and comfy with clean white sheets. Bathroom is a little dark and looks moldy but maybe it’s just really old. They provide shower gel and hand soap in a pump bottle. Maintenance of the room could probably be better with a new coat of paint. There were mold stains below the luggage shelf which they prob thought no one would notice. The swimming pool was a real blessing after a hot morning walk. It’s surrounded by the ground level rooms (pool view) and has a quaint little sunken bar where you can enjoy your cocktails while swimming. The walls inside the pool at the deeper end is covered with a layer of brown mold/fungus which peeled off into the water when I touched it. Loads of bits floating after. They have a good restaurant in the lobby and an even more quaint cafe serving local dishes just next door (there’s a sliding door from the restaurant) MUST check it out! There’s also a good bagels place just outside on the right of the entrance. Perfect if your room doesn’t come with breakfast. They also have a good massage service where you can choose to have it in the massage rooms above the cafe or in your room. There is a 20% discount if you are a guest. Location-wise, it’s really convenient with loads of eateries and the famous Pub Street just a 10min walk away."

"I'll start by saying that I was slightly hesitant about going to this particular hotel, but looking back, I realize I worried for nothing – everything was simply wonderful. Check-in was fast, the room was on the 4th floor, and there's no elevator, if that's important to anyone. After traveling to Angkor, an elevator would have been nice, of course! 😁 The room itself isn't a 'wow,' and I didn't expect anything spectacular, but it's quite charming. It was clean, hot water was available, and the AC worked perfectly. The lighting in the room was a bit dim, but that wasn't an issue for me. However, I really loved the hotel grounds; everything was clean, green, and tastefully done. The staff was very polite. Although some tiles in the pool were chipped, it didn't spoil my overall impression; the water had a beautiful hue, and I got some great photos. I booked a stay with breakfast, and while the breakfasts weren't varied, they had everything you needed – you won't go hungry. The hotel is about a 15-minute walk from Pub Street. The road is good, and I enjoyed the stroll; it wasn't a bother at all. I'll also add that from the airport bus stop, you just need to turn the corner, and it's a 1-2 minute walk. To sum up, for its price, this hotel is simply top-notch."

"Very nice lounge area with pool. The staff is very nice and polite. The room is nice, but it does smell a bit mouldy. Especially two of the pillows, I did not feel comfortable sleeping on. Apart from that my stay was very pleasant. The aircondition was clean. And they have a very good tour service, that picks you up at the airport."

"The room felt airy and generously sized, soft lighting, and a fresh, clean scent that made it immediately inviting. The staff were warm and attentive, greeting guests with genuine smiles and making early check-in possible as soon as rooms were available. The location was hard to beat, right in the middle of a lively area packed with restaurants, cafés, bars, shops, and banks just steps away. We only had a difficulities to connect with the hotel Wi-Fi during our stay."
