"A nice small apartment is located in a new building in a good area near the center. A little uncomfortable with a transparent glass, but with a very warm floor. The apartment has all the necessary dishes and bathing facilities, and it was also very nice to find salt, pepper, tea and coffee. In general, everything was nice"

"Our first visit to Yerevan was a success, in no small part thanks to the wonderful discovery of these apartments. It's hard to beat this. If you're looking for a place to stay, you've found it. The location is 100 out of 100. Almost everything you'll want to see in Yerevan is within a few minutes' leisurely walk. Northern Avenue is around the corner, and a little further on, Republic Square is on one side and Freedom Square on the other. You can wake up early in the morning and go to the Cascade to admire the view of Mount Ararat and the city at sunrise, and in the evening, catch a musical fountain performance. Visit Vernissage during the day. Go to the market and buy the freshest, most delicious food, especially since there's a refrigerator for storing it. Two shops with a wide selection are nearby. The apartment has an induction stove, a kettle, and all the necessary utensils. And if you don't feel like cooking, the famous Tun Lahmajo and Lavash are just a few minutes away. Or walk a short distance along Northern Avenue and choose a cafe to your liking. The building itself, where the apartments are located, is relatively new. There's security and underground parking (for a fee), which is very convenient if you're driving. If you don't plan on driving, there are free spaces nearby, which are available early in the morning. You can park there for free. However, finding a free space in the evening can be difficult. The apartments themselves are new, everything is clean and fresh. The owners are very friendly and always ready to help with any questions. We really enjoyed our first visit to Yerevan. We hope to visit this hospitable and beautiful city again soon. P.S. "Excellent apartments in the heart of Yerevan. We had contactless check-in and check-in (we needed a photo of our passport for check-in), then they sent us a video guide and a code to the locker, where a key card was waiting. We had no problems getting in, and the receptionist was always available to clarify and assist us. If we need to leave our luggage after check-out, they'll give us a new key. The room itself is stylish and clean. The only thing was some mold on the bathroom ceiling. Otherwise, everything was great. The bed and sofa were comfortable."

"We arrived at 3 nights, we were met and immediately set in a free room (as we were a little out of the flight, for us it was pleasant)In the morning we were moved to our booked room. When booking,you must understand that this is a spa complex and it is located outside the city.To the city by taxi.Since cars are many,continuously supplied in congestion.There is a supermarket in the pedestrian accessibility.The workers are responsive and friendly,you can clarify and decide any Question.Thank you for the hospitality!)
