"The hotel is in a great location in the city centre, within walking distance to tourist attractions and transport links. The reception staff were friendly and helpful and quickly resolved some minor issues I had. The room was reasonably comfortable, although the walls were very thin making it noisy. The cleaning service seems disorganised: I was only given a hand towel when I arrived that I think may have been used, and the cleaning staff barged into my room without knocking when I was on the toilet. Overall I think it's a good choice for short stays of one or two nights but I wouldn't want to stay longer."

"The staff were very polite and responsive. The room was clean, but there were no toothbrushes, toothpaste, or razors (you have to ask for them at the reception). The room also lacked the advertised tea table, and on the 3rd and 4th days, no tea and coffee sachets were provided (they probably saw that we already had our own tea). The towels were not changed once in 4 days (they probably thought we were very clean). The hairdryer was broken, and we had to ask for a replacement. The rooms don't have balconies. Breakfasts were monotonous. What was good: the view of Mount Ararat from the window, and a beautiful and convenient entrance area and lobby. The circus, which we visited, is nearby. The service is two-star quality."

"Excellent hotel, good location, responsive staff. They went with a friend to Yerevan for 6 days, considered budget options, as the journey was spontaneous, and the budget was relatively limited accordingly. Stop on Menua. The area at the hotel is not too picturesque, around the bus and construction shops, but there is a supermarket and pharmacy in the walk. First we were settled in a room on the first floor, but as it was different from the room we booked on trip.com, we changed it to a room on the 3rd floor without problems. The rooms are clean, there are all facilities, including sets with one-time toothbrushes, the only thing I didn't have - rubbish in the room. There is an elevator in the hotel, which is important for those who like to walk on their two whole days :) To the center by taxi to go about 7-10 min, if there is no traffic jams. When leaving the hotel, we were asked to leave things in the room next to the receptors, which is very convenient given our late departure. The hotel will suit people who do not seek luxury, consider a comfortable option on money and location. If you are important to the picturesque territory around and walking to the main streets with institutions, I would recommend looking at a less budget option. If I go to Yerevan again, I will first consider this hotel, thank you ❤️"

"The location is excellent, close to all the top attractions. Yet, the hotel is set back on a second line, making it quiet. The hotel also has good soundproofing for the walls and floor (there's a carpet in the corridor). The room is small; if you lay out two suitcases, there's not much space left to walk. The bathroom is also small. There are no bathrobes in the room, and I would have liked more towels, at least one extra for each guest. However, there is an iron, hairdryer, and ironing board. The mattress and pillows on the bed are average; you don't get the feeling of a great night's sleep. The hotel and room are a bit worn. It's not critical, but in some other countries, you could get better accommodation for the same budget. The buffet breakfast has a rather limited selection, but all the products are high quality and well prepared."

"+ location (center) + 5 mins walk from the bus station from airport (100 bus - last station) + shop 24/7 food and drinks + around there’re a lot of shops + money exchange inside the shop + very helpful workers + free upgrade room (thx men on reception, you’re the best) + water (2 bottles / every day) - swimming pool: you have but you don’t have!!!!!wtf you need a cap, so stupid. Can’t use it!!!!! - Soviet Union hotel :) be ready for it, carpet on the floor from that times)))))))"

"The hotel is clean and beautiful, both inside and out. The staff are friendly, and I have no complaints there. BUT!!! It left a bad taste in my mouth: for a 4-star hotel, you have to pay extra for a toothbrush and a bathrobe. Everything is extra here. The breakfast is standard, like you'd find anywhere else (scrambled eggs, sausages, porridge, vegetables), but it's priced like a steak dinner at a fancy restaurant 😖🤦👀! I felt like the prices within the hotel were totally unreasonable, about double what they should be. So, we didn't eat breakfast at the hotel, and we bought toothbrushes 🪥 at a store for 190 drams instead of 300 drams... I have mixed feelings about this place."

"Title: Wonderful stay in the heart of Yerevan ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an amazing experience at Royal Plaza. The location was perfect—close to restaurants, cafes, and main attractions. The room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. Staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. Facilities were excellent and well-maintained, making our stay even more relaxing. Would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Yerevan!"

"Everything was great! We took a taxi from the airport, and it was a quick 20-minute ride. The hotel was renovated in February 2026, so our room was brand new and impeccably clean. It was incredibly well-lit, which was really convenient – I've never seen so much lighting in a hotel room before. Thank you so much! The bus station is right across the street, and it's not far from Republic Square. There's a call button at the reception desk for staff, which was quick and handy. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you! We recommend it."

"Very nice hotel which combines modern style and old teaditions. Owner family famous for traditional carpet manufacturing. They have collection which pieces they shoewd in hotel hall . Also rooms are dexorated with carpets. This is unique and presents you armenian culture in details."
