"The apartment is in a great location, close to the Airbus station, with plenty of good restaurants nearby that stay open late. The only downside is that it's close to the railway, so it can be a bit noisy at times. We also found a bandage on one of the quilts when we arrived, which did not belong to us. It would be appreciated if the cleanliness and inspection of the bedding could be improved."

"I stayed for 5 nights and here are my thoughts: 1) Although I requested a high floor in the notes, the hotel assigned me a room on the 5th floor (the hotel has 22 floors). 2) The room wasn't cleaned daily. One day, the housekeeper just left the clean towels on the bathroom floor. 3) There's a laundry room on the first floor, but only 3 out of 6 washing machines were working. 4) The bedding was quite clean, but unfortunately, the mattress was a bit too soft. 5) The location is convenient, with a Metro supermarket nearby."

"We had a wonderful stay at YTI Garden Hotel Melbourne. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with fresh bed sheets, soft pillows, and clean towels provided. We especially appreciated the convenient kitchenette, which included a microwave, electric stove, and cooking utensils, making it easy to prepare simple meals during our stay. The hotel thoughtfully provided most essentials, so we only needed to bring our own toothbrush and toothpaste. The location is excellent, safe for families and just a short walk from major attractions, shopping malls, restaurants, and cafés. Most importantly, the staff were exceptionally kind, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay, always willing to assist with any questions or requests. Their warm hospitality made our visit even more enjoyable. Thank you to the entire team at YTI Garden Hotel Melbourne for a pleasant and memorable stay. We would happily stay here again and recommend it to other travelers."

"Perfect for couples! The location is super convenient, right within the tram free zone, and getting to Southbank is a breeze. **Amenities:** The hotel facilities are great too. You can cook your own meals as the kitchenware is very complete. There's also a washing machine and dryer. The gym and pool are fully equipped. **Cleanliness:** Good, quite clean. **Ambiance:** The hotel is very new and the overall vibe is pleasant. **Service:** The service was excellent and very friendly. If we needed anything, the front desk would promptly deliver it to our room."

"Great location.  Pretty room.  Heater in the apartment sucks, its old and wasnt heating up the apartment at all. Multiple power trips due to the heater.  Service sucks. No proper instruction given prior to check in.  Doorin id was given wrongly on email and did not amend it."

"Pros: Good accessibility and a building structure with excellent security. The view from the veranda is very good. It is spacious and pleasant. The staff are friendly. There is a large supermarket across the street that is open until late. Cons: There was no shampoo or conditioner, only body wash, and although the vertical blinds are double-layered, one side was missing. I would like to stay here again."

"While our room does require renovation, service by the hotel team was awesome. Entire team served all our request with a lovely smile in their face! I would recommend this hotel for the staff hospitality and service. Rooms are being renovated is what I understand. It's at the heart of CBD and convenient for all amenities."
