"Facilities: Similar to a standard budget hotel in China, there's no bottled water, no slippers, and no dental kit. Surprisingly, you can choose your pillow – I picked a latex one, which was quite good. The location is pretty good; there's a lovely park right across the street, and it's just a few minutes' walk to Chinatown, so dining is very convenient. Breakfast was just okay, and **definitely do NOT order coffee from the staff! Definitely do NOT order coffee from the staff! Definitely do NOT order coffee from the staff!** At other star-rated hotels, staff typically ask what kind of coffee you'd like and bring it to you without extra charge. But not here. They won't tell you that the coffee you order is an additional charge, claiming it's made from the bar – a Long Black costs 6 AUD, even though it's clearly just from a machine. It was truly frustrating to find out at checkout that the two coffees I had at breakfast were extra."

"My stay at Brady Hotel Central Melbourne was absolutely fantastic! The biggest highlight has to be its superb location – incredibly close to the subway entrance, making it super easy to get around. For foodies like me, it was even better: the hotel is surrounded by all sorts of restaurants and eateries. There's so much variety, and you don't even have to go far to find great food. The room itself was very comfortable, and the overall facilities and service were top-notch. It's rare to find a hotel in Melbourne with such convenient transport links and amazing food options nearby. It offers excellent value for money, and I highly recommend it!"

"Due to a sudden flight cancellation, I immediately booked a hotel near the airport. The hotel offers a shuttle service to and from the airport, which takes about 5-8 minutes to Melbourne Airport, making it convenient and quick. It would be even better if the hotel could proactively contact guests regarding the shuttle service when booking. The room was spacious, but the facilities were a bit old. The drainage in the shower/sink was slow, which needs attention. Overall, for a transit hotel to wait for a flight, all services were good."

"Booked a last minute 3 nights at this hotel during our recent holiday in Australia. We chose this hotel out of 3 others in the area based on price. Check in was smooth & easy & the receptionist was very helpful with the information she provided about the hotel & its facilities. The room itself was a real surprise, very modern, clean & comfortable. Fridge, TV, coffee & tea making facilities, complimentary water in the fridge, great toiletries provided in the bathroom too. Nice big walk in shower with a big shower head. There is also a bar/restaurant attached & we did eat there but the food is average although large portions, we did not try the breakfast buffet so cannot comment although it is an extra cost & not included. Overall very pleasantly surprised & it exceeded our expectations. Can highly recommend @ around 140 AUD per night, great value."

"Good for one people stay caused it is not much space. Ameities can requested at reception. Location quite good can walk to Southern Cross station, Flinder Station or Town Hall station. For Uber, driver might drop you at the closest street, Flinder Lane. Easy walk just 1 mins but quite hard if you have 2 luggages."

"The price is a bit high, but the service is excellent. The facilities are a bit old, and the room isn't very spacious. What they call a king-size bed is actually two twin beds pushed together, which would definitely lead to complaints in China if not disclosed beforehand. Once, housekeeping changed the duvet cover but didn't secure it properly, and we discovered some yellowish stains on the duvet itself. The air conditioning was a bit noisy, and our room faced the AC units of the adjacent mall, so there was some constant noise even during quiet times. Thankfully, I'm a good sleeper, so I didn't ask to switch rooms. Being right next to a shopping mall is very convenient. There's also a bus stop right in front, making it easy to get to the city center and the airport. Overall, I'm still satisfied."
