Because hotels in the city center were too expensive, I booked a hotel 15 minutes away from the city center. The room overall looks a bit old, but it's still clean. The wooden door of the toilet cannot be closed completely due to moisture, and it is a bit inconvenient that there is no hair dryer attached, but otherwise it is okay.

The service staff is very friendly. It is across from the Queen Victoria Market, which is very convenient for shopping. The location is very good, very close to the park. There is a bar downstairs, so you can go downstairs for a drink in your spare time.

The Elgin Carlton Studios was small but perfect for a single or a couple for a few nights. Well located near to many restaurants with an enjoyable walk through parks to zoo precinct and easy tram return. Hot water wasn’t available but I’m sure the helpful team at the studios jumped onto that.

The different level of floor between kitchen and living room may hurt your feet if not careful enough. May recomemd to change kitchenware such as pan and add the toaster, rice cooker would be nice.

The host and staff are very good environment is also quite comfortable sunny and clean and sofa garden facilities are quite good a little will ring but very stable is the roommate certainly can not help with foot odor
